We needed new carpet in 3 of our bedrooms. As soon as we walked into Carpet House, my husband and I were greeted and made to feel warm and welcome. Kevin was very knowledgeable and asked great questions to figure out what would be the best carpet for our budget. The whole process was great. There was clear communication, the price was good, scheduling was fast. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not to mention the installers were amazing! My wife and I went into the store looking to have our stairs to the basement redone. Doug introduced himself and was very nice and patient with us considering we were buying a small piece of carpet. He showed us a really nice remnant gave us a great price on it and padding. the gentleman they sent out to do the installation was very professional and very nice guy. He had the job knocked out in no time and wanted to show us the work in case we saw any problems he wanted to make sure we thought it was done properly. The difference between the old carpet and the new carpet and the feel on my bare feet is night and day. My dogs love it too.definitely will be getting them back over to do the kitchen and the basement later.Thanks guys for the great job!!

Wow! What a great experience. We had them install hardwood flooring in our home, which entailed removing existing carpet and a fair amount of ceramic tile. They did three rooms plus entry way, half bath, closets and hallways. Doug and Jackie were great to work with. They prepared us for what to expect and kept us informed every step of the way from scheduling through completion. I consider myself to be picky about these things and I can’t complain about anything they did. Their installers are very nice and did a beautiful job; their attention to detail is incredible. We highly recommend them.

Great customer service and product knowledge. This was the third place I went to for what I originally thought would be new wood flooring, but changed my mind to premium vinyl after getting additional information from the owner, Doug. The first two places I tried were thoroughly unimpressive from a product knowledge and answering follow-up questions perspective. Totally great experience. Purchased carpet here after checking out other places in town. Doug and his wife Jackie were wonderful. Doug knew just the right carpet for us and made the decision process very easy. His knowledge of carpet is amazing and he is honest. Jackie and I sat on the floor looking at different color samples. This is our second installation with the Carpet House, but the first with the new owners Doug and Jackie. I cant say enough about the wonderful job they do! They had great ideas on laminate flooring to match our dark wood trim, and we are so happy with the finished product.The installers were top notch as well. We had over 50% of the first floor included with this job. The guys didnt an amazing job, flooring looks perfect, they arranged our furniture back as they worked, and they cleaned up every day. They also spent a large amount of time creating a curved wood trim section around our fireplace instead of putting in some cheap rubber substitute. Real attention to detail to make everything look right!We recommend them to any of our friends or family looking for new flooring!

We were in need of nearly an entire house of recarpeting and vinyl flooring in our Beavercreek home. After spending a good deal of time in various well known carpet stores in the area and becoming increasingly frustrated with the poor customer service, I decided to try Carpet House. The difference was amazing! I was greatly assisted by Adam, who showed sincere interest in helping me find products that would work well with our budget and compliment other aspects of our interior design. Once we had settled on our choices, the owners, Doug and Jackie became personally involved in measurements, best layout, scheduling and pricing...all done with the utmost consideration and professionalism. Because of the size of the job, it was split into two days. Carpet House retains their own full time installers which was another aspect that greatly appealed to us. We were given the dates and times when the installers would arrive and they were at our front door EXACTLY on time. Our vinyl flooring was installed by Tim & his excellent crew, and the carpets by Brad, Bob and their assistant. I can say, unequivocally that you will find no installers with a higher WORK ETHIC than these guys!! There was excellent attention to detail, and ALL took great care to ensure that no damage was done to furnishings, walls, woodwork, etc. When they finished, it looked showroom fresh! I would be remiss not to mention assistance from Andrew, who was always a pleasant point of contact on the phone and also assisted in some design recommendations.
