I traded in 2 consoles recently and got a good value for them. Friendly staff and a nice selection of not just games but keyboards, computer mice, headsets, toys and collectibles, board games, etc.

I love this store. I usually buy out all the pokemon cards at this location. Customer service is cool too.

Me, my husband, and my 2 year old had a super awesome person tonight at GameStop. Best ever. He treated us with the up most respect ever. He helped us with what we needed and even had us get a screen protector. He was just so amazing at his job. I cannot remember his name. But he was awesome

For a gamestop this is a good location. The regular employee who is normally in there (maybe manager) is usually friendly. They also recently updated the store and its quite modern

Im only giving 2 stars because this is the only game store in my area. The store is poorly stocked, selections are limited and thats IF they even have what were looking for. A month ago, I tried to exchange 2 controllers, they literally had 1 controller for my console and it wasnt even the same kind as what I needed to exchange. They offered to take our number and call us when another controller came in.... guess what? Were still waiting on that call, and yes we have followed upUnfortunately, having a good customer service experience is very rare, most of the time no one answers the phone or it rings more than 10 times before anyone answers at all. Poor customer service is normal for this store too, the associates seem annoyed or irritated when you try to ask questions, theyre just very rude. Then again,, maybe its part of the companys business plan, the standard poor customer service does make me appreciate the 2 good experiences Ive had.

Black Friday morning wouldnt sell you a ps5 or Xbox x unless you purchased a warranty, game, or accessories.

Negative employees! So This particular GameStop has always been a easy hop n skip due to multiple stores in the vicinity, BUT as of late the employees and customer service has fallen off big time! Two months ago I purchased a Super Nintendo with the warranty only to return it due to the console having issues and the employee didn’t want to pay back the $10.00 warranty. He argued instead of showing transparency or professionalism. I vowed to stop going there. Then I heard MKT 11 had the ultimate edition to upload all of the characters for the PS4 so I ran into GameStop to grab it only to be played out of another $39.00 for a game that was $40.00 brand new? The employee talked me into buying the $39.00 dlc but neglected to tell me that I needed to have the PlayStation pass to play with the new characters I was livid! So I rushed back and pointed out the facts and the manager rudely said that I couldn’t get my money back and I explained that the employee didn’t explain to me how it worked! I have had enough of the bias from the area and the store in general at this point! Englewood GameStop is way better!

Cool staff. Usually a quick visit. Honestly still prefer the location closer to home for me, this location seems a bit more cluttered because of smaller floor space but still a lot of merchandise all around you.

By far the worst GameStop I have ever been to in my life, managers and employees always come off as rude every time I’ve ever entered this place, this location is nothing but terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would because that’s honestly what they deserve. If you need to go to a GameStop go to the Brandt Pike location and do yourself a favor and avoid this GameStop location.

Nice setup in this store. Employees seemed a little distracted when I visited, I was I. The store over 10 minutes and nobody offered to help me with anything. Thats actually not a bad thing, I was just browsing and preferred to be left alone, but usually when I go in these stores Im pestered with try this game, join this club type of talk. Id go back here.

The experience I had tonight is absolutely unacceptable. I bought the ocean blue controller in January along with the one-year warranty. I just took it in to have it replaced and they basically told me they could not except the warranty and couldn’t replace it without me paying extra money even though I already paid the extra $10 for the warranty in January. I had the receipt and sticker. I then call the Huber Heights location and they told me that there shouldn’t be any problem since I had everything and to come up there and they would take care of me. So now I have to drive 15 mins out of the way. Never again will I shop here or recommend to anyone. Been spending money with this company for 20 years. I will never spend another penny with them again.

If you’re trying to sell your things and you’re smart you’ll go to Huber heights CLARKADE where you’ll actually get what it’s worth, this place will try to say something is wrong with your things and offer you little to nothing then turn around and sell it full price. Also EVERY employee in this place is worthless and doesn’t know anything about a n y t h i n g.

They have a lot of cool stuff here. Its a nerds miny paradise. Games, shirts, posters and other memoribilia.My favorite thing they do is pre-ordering systems. You can pre-order special edition consoles and pay them off slowly until the release date. I just pre-ordered the Spider-Man system.The only place they lack is in all the retro games and systems. For this I would go to Second Time Around on Brown. I actually prefer to shop there anyways. They have all the games, movies and CDs you could want. They just dont have the memoribilia that GameStop has.

Didnt have the used version of Mario Odyssey that the web site said they had, which was the reason I drove an extra 20 minutes to their location. Complicated process for getting in store credit and got a very low $27 for the brand new Zelda: BotW game. Another customer was also turned away for selling a brand new game, because the gane was still in its original plastic and was notified itd be another 24 hours before he could sell it because he was on camera. Im usually disappointed by Game Stops service, but this was an especially disappointing visit.

The people that work there no their stuff. Some of the games that i buy for my xbox360 still wont play. It reads disc error. But i must say that they will order a brand new copy and have it delivered to your house. They always try to make sure that their customers leave with a smile.
