Everyone is very friendly, helpful and willing to do what they can to work with you. No B.S. or pushy sales, no hidden fees or extra taxes. What your told is what you get. Just called to ask a couple questions about some of the stuff listed on the website. The girl said just go online, which ok thats not a problem I guess, but then she hung up the phone on me. Not really mad but I have to say customer service was pretty awful wont be calling again or going to this store.

Was a little disappointed that he couldnt help me with my problem but he pointed me in the right direction and my phone is great so I appreciate all their help they do a great job if you want to come to Cricket Nows the Time they are some great offers and here at Woodman Drive they do an awesome awesome job and while youre at it you can get you some Old Hickory BBQ next door are stopping at the new coffee cafe

I have been going to this cricket for about 2-4 years with my mom and Mike has always been there and helped her and I with whatever it was we needed. She lives in Huber and travels here specifically because we’ve always had such good experiences. There also is a new worker named Nacy and she was very helpful as well, she put my screen protector on and there’s no bubbles l! She was also very friendly and helpful, was also multitasking and helping other customers as they came in and was very respectful to us and the other customers she helped!:) would 10/10 recommend!

Terrible!!! The big guy behind the counter says hes a phone tech. No he doesnt know a thing. Sold me a cricket turbo hotspot told me all good things about it I got the $70.00 plan only to be able to watch one movie and when I called and told him he laughed about it. Talked me out of my whole paycheck for nothing! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND $200 TO WATCH ONE MOVIE!!!!! Spectrum has a better internet plan unlimited high speed for 60 a month. A lot cheaper then to be able to only watch one movie for $188.00 screw you cricket!

They sold me a junk battery. Told me they had a new battery for my phone but after over an hour to install it never charged. Took it to professionals and they assured me I had been ripped off with a old used battery. Dont trust these people they ripped me off and kept telling me my phone is junk and tried sell me a new phone just like the one I have. After getting a new battery at a honest dealer my phone works good. These guys are scammers dont get ripped off and take your phone to a professional. Also Cricket service is slow never having good signal.

This has become the WORSE Cricket store in Dayton. Paid my bill, one of the phones on my plan went out so we bought another on Sat...$90 later and was told everything was cool, all was paid and we was good to go, Today all 3 phones were shut off. Called and the recording said it was $7..I paid it. Phones still off called the shop and I now owe $.47. The dude Not Mike told me I had to pay but was $3 extra..no he ended up payin it all after he yelled and was rude...I WILL not play this fools games and youd be better off paying more with Sprint or try a diffrent store...I think the dude is Mikes brother or something SMH Afer years of having a good costomer with yall Im through and will NEVER return. I hope this place shuts down and stops the theft of over priced cheap phone cases..$25-30 case I can buy for $9.99 and no shipping.
