Customer service was great! Ben O. (Manager) was patient and helpful.
Store manager Ben helped me get a replacement iPhone. He was patient and took care of technical issues and paperwork. Afterwards, I was able to phone him several times to tweak settings so I was back up and running 100% by the end of the day!

Best experience with phone sales! Jerel is wonderful and very helpful! I hope T-Mobile knows how lucky they are to have such a friendly, customer oriented employee! He not only knew the products, he also gets to know each customer so he can point them to the best product for their needs. I had found a phone in front of my house and took it to Brown St and they found the rightful owner in a matter of minutes!!
I switched to T-mobiles service from Virgin back in January and up until yesterday, the process had been extremely frustrating. The guys who helped me at the Brown street location were extremely knowledgeable and helped me get my service established the way I had originally asked. Because I had been overpaying, they also credited that amount back into my account. You guys are awesome, keep up the good work!

I used to be a customer of T-Mobile but am now with Verizon. Mainly because of device options and over all service.I have had rude customer service at this location and so has my friend. Their employees seem to lack patience.I wouldnt recommend purchasing any devices here but if you just want to pay your bill then it is a good option.
I go to this location exclusively thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Danielle Arden. Im sure everyone else is great, but she works her butt off to make sure her customers leave happy.

I visited the Brown Street store on Friday November 2nd 2018. They were unable to assist me with a nearly $400 billing error by T-mobile. They sent me to the customer service number (611) where I waited 2 hours and 21 minutes before being hung up on by the system (closing time). Two days later (November 4th 2018), I am still sitting on hold waiting after 3 hours and 32 minutes without talking to a representative.This is AT&T level service! Wow, can you possibly make it harder to correct an error from your billing department?Thank you for the $459.49 bill folks. Wanna answer the phone so you can put it back to the $78 where it belongs.Oh, and when your customer care team finds this post and demands that I tone it down, the answer will be no. It is a fair and honest appraisal of an appalling customer service situation.Update: They finally answered the phone at 3 hours 38 minutes and 15 seconds. Problem is (mostly) corrected, but I think it is time to look for a new phone carrier!

Disappointed, information told in store did not match their actual policies. Was never told trade in was required for covering early termination from another carrier. Fees for conference calls as well. Short two months with t mobile and switching to another carrier
