I ordered a new C8 Corvette and with that came months of waiting as GM wrestled with part shortages and the high demand. Working with Josh Palmer, the Vette Specialist there, was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable of the car, a true professional throughout the entire ordeal and was extremely helpful with the delivery and acceptance experience. All of the Jeff Schmitt staff were very good, easy to work with!

What a great experience. If you are buying a Corvette, no better place period! Josh my sales rep was fantastic keeping me updated with the status of my order weekly. His enthusiasm kept me excited throughout the entire process. ( once ordered it was around a 3month wait)… as my build date got close Josh would text me daily, once the car was delivered to the dealership Josh was face timing live even on his day off. Big thank you to my service Team Mary and Manny! Updates and pictures as the car was being prepped for pickup. Today I picked the car up and they made it memorable for me and my 18 year old son on his birthday. Walked in the Showroom and my car was all shined up and my son was blown away, it was always my plan to let him drive it off the showroom and take it on its first drive… they treated my son so well, took pictures and videos and for about an hour made my son feel like a celebrity, I couldn’t wipe the smile off his face… I could go on but I’ll finish by saying the choice was easy to use Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet because of all the community involvement they are involved in, but the buying experience was the icing on cake. Thank you Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet and I’ll be looking forward to my next purchase and wow did you set the bar high!

I really appreciated the amount of time and and how thorough Matt and Patrick were. I second guessed some things after buying my vehicle and they went out of their way to make sure I understood all the particulars of each charge on my loan and why it was important to pick the things that I did choose. These guys were truly a class act from top to bottom and I can honestly say they treated me as family and have the best interests of the community they serve.

Went in to test drive a truck and drove away with a 2020 Colorado. It is my 3rd car with Jeff Schmidt. This was by far the best and easiest transaction. This was particularly appreciated after another local Chevy dealer (rhymes with loss, as in never getting my business) told me they couldnt even run diagnostics on my car until they installed a new battery for around $500. Damian was very helpful and communicative through the process and my car was back on the road in less time than expected....with the battery it came in with!

Recently I visited the Miamisburg store to consider purchasing another vehicle through Jeff Schmitt. The representative Dan was awesome! He take the time and effort to land me on the correct vehicle for my needs. Unfortunately the sales manager wasn’t so great. He apparently thought he was in a closed door situation when he wasn’t. I easily heard him insult my situation and belittle me as a person. At that point I got up and left after thanking Dan. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from this company in the past but will no longer be doing so in the future. For anyone considering purchasing from Jeff Schmitt must keep in mind their goal isn’t to provide extraordinary experience. They could careless about you and your situation. Their goal is to extract as much money as possible from you.

Even though we didn’t buy our new 2020 Buick Encore from you, we received great service.This Oil change was the first of regular required maintenance for our Encore. Wereceived the proper paperwork for all the required maintenance.We received this first one Free; and that was a nice surprise.This actually is the second time, we have had to receive help from your Dealership.We had to to buy new wipers during a bad icy snow storm. The new ones on the car were defective; and were coming apart.Which we felt the original dealership, should have caught. When they were suppose to be prepping the car while we’re inside purchasing it.We pulled in; and your service manager, I believe, is who helped my son change the wipers.And then took me upstairs to pay for them. Then having the paperwork to be reimbursed from the original dealership; which didn’t come through as easily as it should.We knew at that time; we did not want to go back to the original dealership that had sold us the car.We greatly appreciate the help all your staff has given us.Thank you

This dealership has lost a service customer. My vehicle has been to their shop multiple times for various repairs, I was lied to while my vehicle was in the body shop and caught them in the lie and called them out on it referring to the time frame of when my vehicle would be completed, they had not started the repair yet. on a separate repair in the service department my vehicle was damaged while in their shop and had to return the vehicle back because they failed to do a proper alignment on it. while the damage was repaired by them at no cost to me, it caused extended down time. Now as a heavy duty truck mechanic myself i do most of my own repairs that i have the tooling to do. I recently called them to do a transmission control module programming, they stated they would not program the module as they did not install the part. They would rather have the $1000-$2000 dollar repair job instead of the easy $100-$200 programming. I will not be returning to this dealership for any reason, (parts, service, or to purchase a new vehicle)

Had lots of jobs done; door hinge repair, hoses replaced, shock replaced, front differential rebuild, and airbag recall all on my 2012 Yukon XL. Jerry was awesome and informative, advising of other repairs needed but not being pushy when I declined as I can take care of them myself. My only minor complaint is that the top peice of my front dash had what looks like 2 or 3 clips/ tabs broken off so now there is a gap and annoying rattle. This I assume was from the airbag replacement. I havent been able to reach back out given the holiday weekend but plan to seek a resolution.

I am re -doing my positive review, due to the communication process I have with Josh Palmer. I started my initial process of buying a corvette in early March, and he seems very knowledgeable about the corvette, and I was pleased at first, but I have called, emailed, or text a couple of times, just to ask a question or two (not too much), and he never gets back with me. I still dont know where I stand on the list of corvette purchasers, and he has never told me. I also think if someone is buying a car, and it takes several months to get, that they would give updates once a month to the people who put money down, perhaps by email? He told me, I would be very happy I am purchasing a Corvette from Jeff Schmitt, but now Im wondering if I will be happy. Im sure I will be at the bottom of the list after this review, but maybe I have been for the last couple of months, who knows? Im sure no one will contact me anyway......

The service specialist did press me with the mileage package stuff. He said lets just look at your concerns and what that will entail. They were able to get all repairs done by the end of the day. Someone actually went and retrieved my vehicle instead of them telling me it out there on the lot in this area and I had to go find it.

Mary and Brandon are total assets to the Jeff Schmitt family, When I purchased my truck from David Sonnino we didnt realize it had a small crack in the back window since we didnt have rain for 2 weeks after I bought my truck. As soon as I noticed the leak in it, I called into Mary and she she could get me in right away, so I dropped it off on a Monday morning, I asked about a courtesy vehicle and with inventory as low as it is I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get one and try to figure out how to get to work. Mary called me back after a short time and got me squared away on a courtesy vehicle so I could get to work, she saved my Hyde. Then I asked for impossible task of getting my new truck back with in 4 days so I could take it to Illinois for Labor Day weekend. They delivered on their promise and had it done in time. We have had plenty of rain and car washes since they fixed it and I am glad to say no more leaking thru my back window. Brandon was excellent with communication, from when he greeted me in the beginning when I dropped it off to when I came in to pick it up. He either texted me or called me everyday to keep me up to date and was great to work with. I would highly recommend Jeff Schmitt on either buying a vehicle from them or getting it serviced there, you will not be disappointed. From my short experience with them they are a top notch organization.

Stranded in Dayton......I am from Washington State and was going through Dayton for work when the TCM (Trailer Control Module) went out on My 2020 GMC Sierra. I was able to get it to Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet in Beaver Creek. Damian and his crew were able to get right on it to get it fixed. They were very professional and I have yet to be treated that good anywhere else. These guys are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone!

Matthew was helpful and nice. When we picked up the car, he went over things but didn’t want to overwhelm us so he said we can call or comeback and see him, which I’m sure I will! I really like my car. The only thing was start/stop on the 2021 Equinox. Online it said it was changed this year to be able to turn it off. However, come to find out that capability was only on certain type of engines. Unfortunately, mine was not that type of engine. I love that the all weather mats click together and cover a lot of the floor. Mary from service called me to let me know my accessories (which came in pretty quickly) were in. I went there that same day, Thursday, and Mary was very nice and helpful; she put all the accessories in my car. I would buy from there again.

An employee by the name of Chuck was incredibly rude. He kept interrupting me and giving me an unprofessional tone over the phone.. Repair took 10 days to change only one tail light. Jerry was professional but Chuck made it clear that I was not a valued customer. Will most likely not be returning.Edit: I attempted to reach out to the Executive Assistant with no luck.. I recieved an email asking for my phone number from her and to expect a call in the coming days - that was on July 30th, approximately 9 days ago. The sincerity of the replies from the owner on these reviews are not as legitimate as they may seem and are just for show.

This issue I had w/ the rear window slider not working and it grounding out under the center counsel is a manufacturing issue. I paid over $500 to have this fixed. I left my Silverado there for a day and a half. Service didnt get to look at my truck until after 2pm when I had a 7:30am appointment. This was the 2nd attempt to fix this issue in 2.5 weeks.I just dont feel very good about having to pay so much to get this window issue fixed.

Very pleasant experience. Your crew makes you feel very comfortable as well comfortable with the process of getting your car taken care of. Just purchased the car a few months ago and had a very small issue with the temp tag you apply to the window. The adhesive wouldn’t come off. Told the person in the car processing area and they said they’ll have the detailing department take care of it. Well they al most did. Instead of getting the adhesive off they mad a huge smear mark on the window. Hopefully I can clean it off with wedex.

Made appointment for 2 recalls, My wife 7 months pregnant took the vehicle. since I was working. She calls me telling me they told her the vehicle has to be drop off and that they can take her home or she can wait untill noon. Manager tried to tell me it takes 2 to 4 hours and some times end of the day, for and update and evap hose inspection, called his B.S. explaining to him that I used to work for a GM dealer and did some of those recalls 2 years ago, quoted the TSB and labor timed, he back track his time estimation and tried to implied the techs were busy or that it depends on servers and the internet, at this point I new this guy was not going to be honest and just admit they are over book and prioritize costumer pay jobs... Took the sd card from the dash cam to check the footage it took 37 minutes of actual work. The service writers were very polite and the place look very clean and organized. They put car covers in the seat, floor mat,steering wheel and drivers seat.

It was faster than the last time I bought a truck which was nice. With Covid-19 I did a lot more online than normal which was also nice. Some of the other dealerships would push you to come in and talk about pricing and other things which was not good for me since I was in a high risk category. So I really like the being able to do a lot more online than in person.

Very friendly staff, I came early and was looking at the used trucks. I found a key in the door of one of the trucks, it obviously was there over night as noone was in the dealership area. I reported it to the service payment area. Finally I saw someone in the sales area and asked about a truck I saw online. The rep said he only deals with the new vehicles and didnt know which one or where it was located. He didnt offer to have someone to come and speak with me or to even try to help me. I did tell him about the key and he did get it. Service area was awesome though.

I visited multiple dealerships before visiting Jeff Schmitt and non of them made me feel as valued as the staff at Jeff Schmitt did. I am very grateful and I love my new car. I will definitely visit Nick again in the future.

Could not be happier with my dealership experience. Long story short, I’ve been let down recently and missed out on some great trucks at other dealerships, not to the fault of anyone other than it was a popular choice. This was attempt number 4 to even test drive/purchase this specific vehicle.Finally I caught a break, Jeff Schmitt East website showed they just received the truck I had been looking for. I immediately filled out the inquiry online and received an automated text from Steven Hadley. This was before normal business hours and I had a million questions, most importantly, “is this truck physically on the lot?” Within minutes, Steven had answered all of my questions and just as the dealership opened I received pictures of the truck on the lot via Mathew Roseberry. We talked and I briefly explained to him the recent headache’s of missing out on these trucks. I also explained to him that I would be calling off work and driving 3 hours south to see it. We briefly ran through my trade in, I filled out the online credit information online and I he answered a few more of my endless questions. Matt didn’t waste any time, was honest, realistic, and kept me very well informed. He told me the truck would be there when I got down there. Within minutes on arrival I was behind the wheel and able to take it out on a drive. I was sold.Everything that happened inside the dealership far exceeded my expectations. Matt had been proactive with the trade in process and the appraiser (I didn’t catch a name) was very quick and efficient, very much appreciated. Paperwork was signed and Jeff was great with explaining options as I finished up.The truck was very new on the lot and had not been through service/detail. The dealership worked with me and provided transportation for me to return home and offered to bring my new truck the 3hours north and drop it off to me.Overall, I am very happy with my decision to call off work and drive 3 hours south for this experience and the truck of course! It was all very much appreciated.

I went to another dealership Riechard GMC and was treat horribly and was taking advantage of. So I decided to go to Jeff Schmitt Chevy in beavercreek Ryan Justice and the other associates treated us very well like we were part of the family. Will definitely be taking my business and my whole family back to Jeff Schmitt Chevy

Probably wont be back again. My household has in the past purchased 6 vehicles from here. All new Silverado, Malibu. Traverse and Equinox...etc...Most recently attempted to purchase a used Malibu, as they have been excellent cars.Kenneth was a excellent salesman and had me sold on a nice 2016 model, and is the sole reason this is a 3 star review instead if a 1 star.The service people here need to get it together. The car I took home in a test drive had some major issues under the hood, with transmission and oil leaking from under carriage.The finance people also have some issues, this model is priced above the average price in the area, and has several exterior damages on wheels and hood. They refused to come down a bit on the price of this car, but offered a much deeper discount on other cars outside my price range...which to me made ZERO sense.I walked in, finance secured before I stepped foot on the property and they turned me away.
