I bought a vehicle from them, traded in my truck, made payments on time...then when I was traveling in the West Coast just $1,000 before my payoff they worked with a snaky family member of mine (by phone) to locate and Repo my vehicle as I was slightly behind. I asked why since they claimed they could not reach me by phone, why did they not email me (which I have already insured was the most reliable way to reach me) their reply was thay they didnt know how to use the underscore for my email address!!!!!!!
