Awful communication from dealership. Rude employees. Received car almost one month after promise date. I understand things come up and need fixed but we did not receive any notices about these bumps in the road unless I called to check on how it was going. Which is lousy customer service to be honest.We will never be returning to your dealership or even buying another Chevy.

The Older Gentleman who greets you as you enter and the Service Tech we’re really friendly and professional and was told just about everything I should expect before my truck would be serviced. I didn’t have to wait long either as I sat in the lobby and enjoyed a cup of coffee provided. Always a good experience at White Allen Chevrolet 👍🏻

Took my truck their for a recall on my airbag, an a diagnostic to see why my check engine light was on. I picked up my truck only to see that the service airbag light was still on as well as the indicator light. So when I asked why was it on if the airbag was changed or replaced, it was like...you will have to pay for a diagnostic fee for us to tell you...cause their are other airbags in your truck...! So...im thinking like...if there was a recall...on airbags in my truck...and the service airbag light is still on then ...did the right bag get replaced...? Or did it get replaced at all...? And to top it off the dealership let me drive off knowing that if I got into a accident...that the airbags was not working properly. 😕...! I mean...its not my fault that the airbags was recalled and they should have looked into the situation with my airbags a little further instead of trying to charge me to see what was still wrong with my airbags..! A besides, any work on the airbag recall should covered...cause is a safety feature..!

Last time I had my vehicle serviced at White Allen, the fender looked like someone had been leaning all up against my truck. It was greasy, and had some minor scratches that I was able to polish out at home.I tried White Allen again this week. Once again, both front fenders (black truck) had grease all over them from a dirty shirt and hands. My door and door handle had grease around them, and my steering wheel felt dirty. I grabbed a tissue to wipe off my steering wheel and it was nasty dirty from dirty hands.Obviously White Allen is not using fender pads to protect the fenders and keep them clean, and the techs are not cleaning their hands before getting back into the vehicles.I take my foreign cars in for service, they cover the seats, place a paper on the floor, and I never have issues with grease all over my cars.

I went in to have my oil changed and parking assist error message serviced. After waiting 2.5 hrs I was informed that I needed a module and that it would cost $415 plus the oil change, I agreed to it and signed off on it. Then they asked to keep my truck and that the module would be in the following day, I stated to them I needed my truck for work and could not leave it. After about three days I called concerning the module for no one contacted me concerning it. I was informed that it didnt come in with the orders. A week later I called to check and was informed that it was in. I made an appointment and brought my truck in to have it installed on Monday June 7, 2021, at 7:15am. At 11:30am I was informed that they installed the module and that I need another module that would cost $300 to clear the parking assist message in the dash, I declined and said no, for that amount is not what I signed off on. Had I known that it would cost $700 to fix the parking assist from the beginning I would not have had module installed, for it would had been easier and less expensive for me to have my stereo replaced with one with backing camera. Therefore, I came in with the error message SERVICE PARKING ASSIST and left out with SERVICE PARKING ASSIST on my dash and $415 less. I was robbed.

I received a letter in May about a recall for my Chevrolet 2015 Colorado. It told me to wait till I received another letter to take my truck in. I received a second letter in August that my dealership had the parts for the recall. I took it in, they kept it all day and said id have to come back because they didnt have the part. On the second visit, they had my truck all day. At the end of the day they had to keep the truck overnight to allign the front end. Then they said they had no rental cars available. I was thoroughly upset.

I have been to the service department three times within 34 days of having my 2018 Traverse. I heard a loud humming coming from the front passenger side, but only when I have a certain amount of weight in the vehicle. I expressed this to service department. After the first visit, they said it was my tires and they rotated them. After the second visit they tried to say it was the tires again. I even spoke to the service manager, Wes, who told me he personally rode in my vehicle, and did not hear the noise. I asked if them to gather a couple of people and I would drive my car so they could hear the noise. Upon getting to my vehicle, I couldnt understand how Wes was able to fit in the backseat of my car when its loaded with car seats. All car seats were still in tact, Wes lied straight to my face about riding in my vehicle, which shows me you can not trust their service department.Terrible experience.

As far as dealing with car issues I had no problems with this Chevy dealer. I took my sonic in to have it looked at for a noise. I dropped off at 1300 and they had it back to me by 1600 the same day. While they could not find what was wrong with it (subtle noise, potentially costly repair) they did not charge me and said to come right back if the noise got worse so they could better pinpoint the issue. I forget her name but the lady I dealt with was super friendly and customer service oriented - thanks for making the experience as comfortable as it could be.

My audio amplifier went out and the dealership tried charging me $973.00 parts and labor. I went to the junk yard bought a factory amp for $7.00 bucks, installed it myself (4 screws) and walla works like magic. Pricing for automotive repair is outrageous. Don’t be afraid to look up repairs on YouTube and try it for yourself. After all I ended up saving $963.00

The website offers it…so why when we brought our car and had other errands to run prior to leaving for vacation we were told …We don’t have any loaners!!! Customer service sucks you should’ve called us ahead of time to let us know so we could’ve made other arrangements so we’re NOT waiting 2 hours for our vehicle to be done!!! YOU might not think this is a big deal but it is a very big deal!!!! Then….to act like it’s Not a big deal, having an attitude with US!!!! Have had to take my truck to the white Allen body shop multiple times because of awful workmanship on their attempts to repair tornado damage. Now it’s been almost two years and I’m still dealing with issues. Other than dealing with Mr. Lee in the front office who has been amazing through all of this, the rest of my experience with them has been a train wreck! I don’t understand how such horrible work could be looked over on my vehicle. It will now go back for like a fifth time to have more wrongs attempting to make it right! 😡😡😡

My visit to White Allen was for an annual service on my truck. They were very helpful over the phone and told me I could get in the next day. Once we were done pre-filling out the paperwork The staff noticed that the next day had filled but offered me the following day which worked out well for both of us. The service was done promptly and even allowed me to have my wife call in the payment because I did not have a Visa Card on me at the time. Now I was going to use my usual sevice place Voss and even called to make an appointment but was informed that for an oil change i didnt need one. Once I arrived the service agent informed me I needed an appointment for my sized vehicle and it was going to be 2 weeks before I could get a oil change for my 3500 SLT Silverado. Thank you White Allen you did a wonderful job and I will return for my service from now on!

Will not be bringing my truck back to this service department. Have had my truck for 3 days already and plan on having it for another 3 days. This is after I’ve had already brought it in 2 other times and let them know about the problem in a span of 3 weeks. I’ve had to work out other arrangements to get a car from my parents for a couple of days to get back and forth to work, making it harder for all of us because we all have jobs to get to. The sales staff is awesome here so I’d definitely recommend buying your car here, but the service department has done nothing but make things harder for me. Everyone is nice so I’ll give them two stars but I don’t think this has been handled the best way. Not sure I’ll be bringing my truck back for any service here and not sure if the other two Chevy owners in my family will be either.

The mechanics are very inconsistent. Each time there is a different notation about brakes, filters, etc.This time in particular they tell me I need to address my brakes. My brakes are only 2 weeks old. So I have a hard time having someone tell me that my brakes need work.Before this particular incident each time there is a different number rating on my brakes. The last time I was there for an oil change they told me I had 7mm left. The time before that it was 3mm.Also, they tell me that my car is fine. Then read the paperwork and it states that my head gasket is leaking. Another hard pill to swallow since this is a major repair.This is my last time using White Allen for anything.

Absolutely worst experience Ive had service related in the 2 years that Ive been living in Ohio. First of all Im getting a service done that Ive gotten done before at another Chevy dealership so I know what I should be getting charged. I needed a new key and they told me the price was going to be around* $74+ labor which I already knew from past experience, and they ended up charging me $125+ labor for that key! Almost double the price! And they wanted me to pay for an extra key because they said they couldnt program it with just one key but Ive already gotten a new key made from VOSS Chevrolet before and they did it with one key just fine so at the end of the day they still charged me for that extra key they wanted me to buy unnecessarily, telling me that my bill was going to be $285 because of that extra key and at the end of the day they ended up charging me $282 and didnt even give me the extra key. Money stolen! On top of that my service was supposed to be the first one in the morning at 7:40am and they called me at 9 to tell me about that scam they were trying to pull to make me buy another key and after that they said the car should be done in another 30 minutes to an hour! So I went back home and I had to call them back at 1:30pm to ask about my car because they never called me to tell me my car was ready. Never ever ever ever going here or recommending this place. Big fat thumbs down. I rather pay extra for a tow or drive further to VOSS Chevrolet where I know Ill be getting honest service and not have my money stolen.

Not honest people! My Wife came in for a warranty covered oil change. They came and told her she needs a new shifter, she didnt know any better and said ok. The car is under warranty for things like that, but ONLY if its done at the dealership we bought it from.They knew that; my wife did not. They are dishonest, and will take advantage of you if they suspect they can get away with it. White Allen Chevrolet, youve lost a lifetime customer. And for what? $400? I hope it was worth it.

Roger Daniel my salesman was SUPER!! Since I lived an hour away, and the Rona virus most was done over the phone. Roger sent videos of a couple of 2020 Chevy Colorado 4x4s. We made an appointment to test drive one of the Colorados. When we arrived truck was sitting there ready to test drive. Roger also had a table set up outside because of my compromised immune system. We took the test drive and both of us really liked the truck. After test drive Roger went over every option on truck and explained how to use it. We decided to purchase truck, sales manager got all of the paperwork ready and brought it outside for my safety. This was the most pleasant buying experience I have had buying a new car. Roger was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very helpful. Wish all dealership salesman were like Roger. After having to call numerous times to get any information on my vehicle on the 5th day I finally said forget it and went up there, just to find my car still sitting in the exact same spot it was on day 1 and still untouched. Two co-workers said I should see Alex at White Allen Chevrolet. I had a truck in mind. I took a quick look (knowing already it was the vehicle I wanted). Alex asked about a trade. I told him about my trade. I left the dealership. I went home. Within one hour of meeting Alex I received a text. Alex already had numbers worked up on the new truck.
