The store needed cleaned. The floors looked as if they were not mopped or cleaned in a week. Bathrooms appeared the same way. The service was fair but not really pleasant. They could use some better customer service training.

Shame on the management 4 leaving that little young boy in there to do any & everything all by himself there was nothing stocked no food nothing everything was ran out and you have that little boy in there trying to do everything on his own wow what a business to leave that young man with no help

Horrible. Brought the kids in to buy candy. Picked up a 6 pack for me. Im 60 years old. Clerk insisted he had to see the ids of the 14 year olds buying candy. Wasnt polite about it at all. Claimed it was corporate policy because I might be buying the beer for them. Seriously? They are clearly 13 and 14 and buying candy! Walked out, wont be back.

Expect a limited selection compared to larger speedway locations, staff is generally nice and lines tend to move quickly.

Friendly staff

I used to really like this location, but now that theyre hiring the school ages/younger folks, the customer service just isnt the same. On top of that, the appesrance of some of the workers is distasteful. The facial piercings are ridiculous. Youre on a job, not at a concert.

Busy today

When you prepay using your credit card, when you get to the gas pump you cant pump your gas and when you go back into the store to inform you they tell you since you didnt pump it will automatically go on your card, so you end up paying again and then when you look at your account online you see that youre double billed and then they want to be more rude about your money. When obviously they didnt know what the hell they were doing in the first place. SCAM ARTIST

I have been getting gas from these people for yrs there, the other produces are fine, its just i found water in my tank & i had to get that liquid heat to put in my tank, so i get my gas from shell now, i use med. grade gas and use my krogers card and get a discount on my gas now.... i can say this, they serve a great cup of coffee !!!:::)))

Much cleaner than the one on N. Dixie that I stopped at 30 minutes ago. The staff/manager here was very helpful in letting me exchange my spoiled iced coffee that I received at N. Dixie. Thanks guys!!! 🌟

Its not the best Speedway Ive ever been to, but it works. They stock nice stuff at good prices (nothing we dont expect from any Speedway), but the staff are a bit hit-or-miss. Mostly nice though. And be careful after dark. Not that Im encouraging being intimidated by the bulletproof glass, Im just saying its there for a reason. Also the bathrooms leave a bit to be desired. Overall its an okay place. Im there often, and Im not usually disappointed when I leave.

I am done with this location. Yall got too many people working there with attitude problems against the customers.

This store used to be great as little as a year ago. The previous manager ran a tight ship. The store is now managed by lazy morons and employed by ghetto thugs who pick fights with the customers. Be particularly leery of Jacob, a worthless punk completely devoid of any customer service skills what so ever. Not exactly the safest location either. One of the doors is now perpetually locked due to robberies. Avoid this location at all costs!

Asked for a simple drink in the back, told me they were out of stock, went to the door and pointed to the drink in the back, the manager looked and said we dont have it. Annoyed, I said it is fine and grabbed another drink and just to justify himself, the manager went to the back and grabbed a drink and shoved it in my face saying this is what you were pointing at. I looked away knowing I was about to punch this guy in the face. Horrible customer service, horrible lack of knowledge, the manager was outright awful and should not have his job. I am embarrassed to say I actually worked at Speedway, when people like the manager effectively makes it look like he is running the place like an ape.

Weve had problems with one of the cashiers, Tamela Hicks, for several years. Most recently, she tried to say I stole something but when I pulled out my pockets, she just said nevermind and never apologized or anything--she just walked away.

Charged me $12.99 for a case of natty clearly marked $10.99. Terrible service. Terrible establishment. Go to UDF.

If I could give negative stars I would, this corporate place said they couldn’t take a 50 dollar bill which makes no sense when I was going to get 40+ dollars in cash also the cashier didn’t even try to work with me on it, really puts a bad taste in my mouth and i think I’ll be taking my business right next door to the UDF more friendly staff and cheaper gas prices.

Bad customer service. Dirty floors. The slushies are always watery. Go to UDF. They have good ice cream. Sometimes they have cheaper gas.

Used Car wash on 5 13 2018 paid 12.00 for max on my wifes van for mothersday when she went out wiped her hand on back it was dirty still car wash did not bring dirt off. Bad Car wash.tried calling store no one answered phone let ring for good 10 min didnt even go to voice mail and no one picked up.

Decent enough service, always in and out in a timely fashion. But theres somee pretty serious rifraf hanging around after dark. The bulletproof glass is there for a reason.
