Rodney Highfield is a joy to deal with as an owner operator. I left an email to their company website about 6pm and Rodney replied shortly after. I have used them several times with great results. Last time to to promptly and fairly replace a garage door spring.

What can I say what a great respectable company!I’ve done business with Highfield Door Sales for almost 20 years. Highfield have installed all types of garage doors for me. From residential homes and commercial buildings there work is always perfect. Recently I purchased a box truck with a roll up door on the back that needed replaced. Once again I called the people at Highfield and they were able to replace that door for me also. This is a one stop shop for all types of doors with impeccable service and quality I highly recommend them.

Had our patio door installed today. The long COVID induced wait was worth it. I wish I had taken a before and after - the difference is more than amazing! The look of our new door and the overall look to the room and the deck area is fantastic. Definitely recommend Highfield Door Sales for the quality of their products and their workmanship! BTW Mr. Highfield - your installer needs a raise! Awesome work.

VERY impressed with the customer service and quality service I received. Had contacted another place twice with no callbacks. Called Highfield, set up an appt, they came out, gave me an estimate and even fixed my sensors while here because one had gone bad. They told me they were a cpl weeks out on jobs and that was fine. They came back in about 3 weeks, installed the new door, cleaned up after the job and the new door and wrap looks AWESOME! Couldnt be more pleased. Price was on point as well. HIGHLY recommend these folks! Actually relieved the other place didnt return my calls.

Took my opener here because it wasnt working. They tested it and determined it was in need of a scraping. It seems to work better. Very knowledgeable and friendly service.

My large garage door had fallen off the tracks. I called out several known and ‘reputable’ companies for advice and quotes. Both company reps informed me I would need a new door and quoted as low as $1700.00. Thank goodness I saw a television commercial that piqued my interest to call Highfield Door Sales. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Greg came out (calling within a half hour of arriving) and explained what I would need and quoted $410.00. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He educated me on the qualities and characteristics of garage doors while specifically explaining why I DID NOT need a new door. I scheduled the install. Jeff arrived on time to do the install and was professional and courteous. He completed the job and left the environment as clean as when he arrived. I highly recommend Highfield Door Sales for their customer service, reasonable prices, quality of work and more so for their honesty and integrity.

Great Business all the staff I worked with where great. The day of the install installer called before he came and then got right to work. Did a great job and cleaned up everything when done. He answered my Questions reviewed the opener and features. The new door is great and the new belt drive is very quiet a big step up from my chain drive opener.

I try to use local business when shopping as much as possible but out of convivence I started the process to get our back screen door replaced through a big box store. The person came out and measured and after not hearing anything for over three weeks I gave up and walked into Highfield Doors frustrated one Saturday.After speaking with the young lady about my different options and why my current door was having the issues it was, I decided to upgrade from what we currently have. The next week Rodney, the owner of the company came out to do the measurements and explained the entire process from start to finish. He was open and honest about the lead time for the door due to COVID. It is not often that you speak with the actual owner of the business, which was refreshing. Rodney has been in the business for years and definitely knows the industry.The door arrived earlier than anticipated and Dale did a phenomenal job with the installation. Dale was polite and efficient and does not mess around once gets started. Other than having a beautiful new door professionally installed you could not even tell anyone was here. No mess or trash left behind. We have had the door for a few weeks and could not be happier with the results and service that was provided throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using this locally owned and operated company!!

I then spoke with Cory and Dylon that came out to install my garage door and garage door open they did a excellent job even did great communicating . on letting me know the process they both were very nice and even answered any questions I had a few days after my installation

The Highfield installer who installed our new opener did an outstanding job. He was pleasant and very competent. He arrived on time and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Higfield.

Everything from customer service to response time was great. The only issue I had was that the first technician, Nick, that came out took a lot of shortcuts that would have caused issues down the road with the integrity of the door and tracks. I called to have someone come out and check it over and Tom responded the same day. Greg came shortly after to correct the issues. Everything is as it should be and works great. I would highly recommend them, but would make sure the installer is someone who will do things correctly.

Great customer service and price from such a friendly family biz. I booked the appt with the owners who took time out to hear about my experience and thank me for my business. Their daughter did the actual install and she explained everything...what sweet gal! I was referred by family,-so glad i called Highfield.

Dale installed my new patio door on 12-31-2020 and i love it!! I waited four months but it was worth it. He appeared friendly and professional and was finished in no time. So far, excellent service.

The owner of this business is an a-hole. He doesnt care about you or your property. I have never been treated this badly by an business. He was even being very rude and disrespectful to the customer in front of me. I will take my business somewhere else.

Rodney and his team did a fantastic job fixing my garage door after I backed a golf cart into it.My door works like new. I highly recommend them. They also did my moms new garage door and it was beautifully installed.

Just had a 9 foot and 16 foot garage door installed today April 30th 2020 and couldnt be more happy. Rodney and his daughter Emily did a wonderful job on my install and I thoroughly enjoyed the install and just getting to know a bit about their business and their family. They are one of the few local and truly honest business left in the area, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Rodney and co. provides me with excellent customer service and did a great job installing a new garage door. I highly recommend them.

I had them come to do routine adjustments and service our garage door. All the technician did was lubricate the spring, which is something we do ourselves. I wanted them to adjust the tracks. They didn’t. If I had known I would pay a large service fee for something I can do myself, I’d have called Dayton Door Sales like I usually do. I wanted to give Highfield a chance when Dayton Door wasn’t available, but it was a mistake. The real kicker: The technician also put a Highfield STICKER on my WALL inside my garage without my permission. A finished, freshly painted drywall wall, on which I had to use Goo-Gone to remove the unsightly sticker from my otherwise pristine wall, then touch-up paint the spot. I can’t even begin to describe the fury I felt at finding this and having to fix it. I keep a very neat and clean house and I do not invite anyone to advertise by vandalizing my property, and to me, this was akin to vandalism.

Highfield was the best price and the best customer service. They offered an insulated door with new tracks and springs, for the same price the competition quoted me for only an uninsulated door. They were efficient when it came to scheduling and they were respectful of my time and showed up exactly as quoted. If I ever need garage services again, they will be my only call.

Had info about prior work, knew what he needed to do, and got busy. I am super pleased that everything was fixed promptly and perfectly. Once again, I am a very satisfied customer. I had been in the market to replace my current garage door opener, so I stopped into the Highfield showroom to see what they had to offer. There I found the owner Rodney Highfield more than willing to take the time and discuss with me my needs and what he had to offer. I felt the price he offered was a fair price so I made the purchase. The technician who came out to my house to install was friendly and efficient. I am more that satisfied with the product and the service I received from Rodney and his team.

Had screen door for garage installed. Highfield Doors did an awesome job. Was on time, got a call before they arrived, installer was very friendly,explained how screen door operated, the dos and donts, answered all questions. Rodney and his staff was excellent from estament to install!!

I scheduled and confirmed an in home estimate 2 weeks in advance. I took off work early for the 2 hour window appointment only to receive a no call/no show. If service starts this bad at the beginning it doesnt get better.

I had Highfield out to do my garage door about 4 years ago and they did such a fantastic job that when I was in the market for a new entry door they were my first call. Communication was great from start to end, the attention to detail on both jobs was incredible, there was no cutting corners, the techs were very professional, timely and cleaned up after themselves which was greatly appreciated. Highfield is a definitely a top notch company and has earned themselves a customer for life.

If you want to buy your next door from a company and person that is like a really great neighbor than I highly recommend Highfield Doors. I grew up in Kettering and moved to Austin, Texas a while back. I only know about the owner of Highfiled Doors from my mother who still lives in Kettering. The owner of Highfield Door lives one street over.One time about 7 years ago, my mom was flying to Austin to visit me and our over 60 year old original garage door would not lower as she was leaving for the airport. The owner of Highfield Door came right over and helped my mother get the garage door lowered without charging her anything. She later replaced the garage door from Highfield with a very nice insulated garaged door.One time when I was visiting Kettering for the holidays, my mother tried to changed the code at the keypad and it wouldnt work anymore. The employee from Highfield Door came right over. He was extremely friendly and reprogrammed the keypad. When I tried to tip him $5, he refused to accept it.Also, our street and the street perpendicular to out street must be on Ketterings S#*T list since they never get plowed or salted..ever! The owner of Highfield Doors will plow these two streets like clock work with his own truck and snowplow. 3 weeks ago, he used his truck with snow plow to clear my 70s year old mothers driveway automatically. I was very impressed that somebody like him really goes out of his way to help others.I highly recommend using Highfield Doors for your next Door purchase.

Incredible customer service. Had a spring installed over a year ago. The technician showed up to replace it and stated that they installed the wrong spring. Rodney Highfield has been my friend for many years. Recently I asked a favor to use his service bay in his shop to install running boards on the van used by the Dayton National Cemetery HonorSquad to transport team members to honor our fallen heroes. Rodney never missed a beat to tell anytime I wanted. Myself and one of the other volunteers spent a good part of a Saturday completing our project. As a couple of old men, we were slow completing the job. Rod stepped in and helped us complete the project. I know it was because he wanted to go home and watch Kentucky Basketball. Just one more way Highfield Door Sales contributes back to the community. Thank you Rodney from the Dayton National Cemetery Honor Squad for giving of you’re time and space to make it easier for us old men to get into that van.

Had used Highfield Door Sales to fix my garage door, The customer service I received from the time I called to the time they left from the service call, was absolutely phenomenal!

With a husband out of town and a garage door that would not close for two days, I called the technician on call. With the upmost professionalism and patience he was able to save me the 150$ service call and walk me through how to fix the problem with the door myself. After 15 minutes we had the problem solved and were both able to get on with our days. Now I hope my husband will be impressed that I was able to fix the door myself (with a little help!). Thank you tons, will call again if I need to and will schedule my long overdue servicing of both of our garage doors.

Had a front door installed from highfield did a wonderful job.My wife bought me a screen door for garage they never explained the problems it would cause to my garage and now wont take it back and offered me $260 for a $1500.00 door that has not been used due to wrong springs. Not what I expected from Highfield.

Called just after 8 in the morning, said they would be there between noon and 4:30 and that Greg would call ahead. Greg called around 11 and said he was running early if I wanted him to come out early. Of course I did. He got there a little bit later and was done in less than an hour. Changed the broken spring and charged me $125. I thought it was more than fair, and Greg was very professional. I will be recommending them often.

Serviced my door and replaced trim. Spent extra time making sure my door closed properly so trim wouldn’t get damaged again. Great service!

Purchased a front door and storm door from Highfield and am totally satisfied with both. Installer was on time and took his time in doing the job right. Couldnt imagine being any more satisfied with their work or selections.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Made an appointment, they confirmed the appointment, then never showed up. Called to find out what’s going on and the receptionist was very rude and acting like it’s my fault. Find another company to spend your money with.
