We have used Buschurs Home Improvement for all of our major home improvements over the past 10 years. The projects they have completed for us range from replacing our old front door with a new three sided stained glass heavy oak door, replaced our old up/down leaking air and cloudy wood windows with new efficiency casement windows with moon toppers, replaced our old hard to open French doors with new high quality tinted sliding glass doors with inside glass blinds and most recently they constructed a new above ground three season extension patio. From the initial salesman’s assistance of providing various options, to the outstanding construction crew, to final payment, all aspects of working with Buschurs professionals was excellent. We love our new living room window! Our house was built in 1960 and the original window needed to be replaced.We made an appointment with Dave Paxton to come to our home and provide us a written estimate. He walked us through the different options and answered all of our questions. Daves professionalism was matched by the installation crew. Excellent communication and outstanding workmanship. Love these guys. We had large windows replaced in 2019 and everything was top notch from Quality, Service, Value, Schedule, etc. So when w needed 8 additional windows replaced in 2021, we called Jody at Buschurs again. He is fantastic at communication and explaining the process and costs. So in addition to windows, we added an 18x12 Pergola that is amazing!

We had to wait several months to get our sunroom built, but once they started, they were clean and professional. Couldnt ask for better service. And they kept to the original quoted price. I would recommend highly.

Starting with Dave Paxton and everyone involved in this project, they were very easy and professional to work with!! Buschurs removed an old screened-in patio and replaced it with a beautiful new three Season room. This required them to demolish the old room and remove the old concrete and replace it with new concrete. We also had additional concrete work done with the addition of a nice patio. Jake and the crew that installed the room were very professional and answered every question that we had. Im a retired engineer and can tell you that this room was very well-engineered and the installation was spot on. Within the last couple of weeks we had carpet installed and the electrical installation was completed this week and was done to our specifications!! I would highly recommend this company for any Home Improvement project that you may have in your future!!

We have used Buschurs several times over the last 25 years at 3 different homes. They first put up a patio cover. We later moved and they replaced windows in our new home. When we sold the new house after about 20 years, we were still very pleased with the quality of the windows. This past year, they replaced the roof on a patio cover for us. If this is how they care for new business and new customers.....imagine if you chose them to do the work for your home and there was some type of a problem?! Let that sink in. NO THANKS!!!!!

After 15 years of enjoying my patio room, Buschurs has always addressed any concerns I have had. Minor things have popped up such as door handle needing replaced and door glass replacement on door. I wanted to share my view as a former sales rep for Buschurs Home Improvement. This was the first sales job I have ever had and I knew they had great products but I didnt realize how amazing their products really were until I took a job for another home improvement company.You should know I left Buschurs to start my own business in the Philippines where my wife is from. My wife and I decided to move back to the states and when I got back I wanted to go back to work at Buschurs but Terry, the owner told me he had all the reps he needed so I took a job for another company which I wont mention the name of but I quit that job today because I was given my samples yesterday and told to go home and practice my window presentation.What I discovered was the sample window I was given was an absolute POS as is their gutter protection and the POS windows from the other place were on average twice as expensive as Buschurs windows.I was so shocked at how bad these windows were that I asked my wife and my mother what they thought I should do. My mom asked me a question. would you sell that to me? I laughed and said if you need something call Terry!After considering it carefully I decided to leave the job at the other place because I just couldnt in good conscience sell such an inferior product knowing it would cause people problems down the road.My recommendation to anyone, if you are going to do a home improvement project make sure Buschurs is on your list of companies to get estimates from.

Terry and his team is what other companies should model their business after. I contacted them yesterday on Monday with a lockset issue on my patio door.
