We called on a Wed evening and Noah came out the next morning by 9am. He was very professional and very nice. Noah was nice & patient enough to explain everything to me. The job was done quickly and Noah cleaned up everything and even programed the openers for me. Would definitely recommend them amd use them again!

Everything about this company is truly superior to other competitors. They install better equipment, for better prices, and overall better customer service. Noah did a torsion spring conversion and opener replacement for me, which is not easy with the old set up being from the mid 1980s. He knocked it out no problem and took the time to answer any questions I had afterward. Dont bother getting quotes/looking at reviews elsewhere because it wont even be close. Great company making this process painless.

AMAZING COMPANY! These are honest, knowledgeable guys with quick response time! I have used this companies services twice now and cannot say enough good things about them. The first time I used this company was several years ago to repair a garage track after my own blunder bent it. Rather than charge me a bunch of money to replace the damaged track Justin was able to bend it back and fix it for me and I never had any other issues with it. I recently bought a new home and had them out today to replace three aging garage door motors, they were fast and efficient and reasonably priced. They took the time to give us a few cautions for winter and inform us of the life of our aging garage doors and other parts so we could plan/ save for door replacement accordingly. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Called Superior Door to have the torsion spring on my garage door fixed. They were able to come out the next day. The repair was quick and done well. They charged the quoted amount. Not only did they replace the broken spring (and the other one as well), but inspected and serviced the door and opener. They offered some service suggestions for us to consider to help the lifespan of the door, without any pressure to have it done. I called them for a repair, but was surprised to get a now super quiet and smooth garage door. Its never been this quiet or balanced! We would definitely do business with these guys in the future!

I needed a new garage door and called Superior Door. Justin suggested a color of door so close to my trim that I didnt even have to paint. That was a nice surprise. He also put new rails in and raised the overall height of the door. Now my tailgate doesnt hit the door when its raised. Overall very pleased with the install. Edit 2/13/19- was called by Justin wanting to make the situation right and find out what happened. The estimate was not going through on my email for some reason so they will drop it off if needed. They will return the service fee as well. We are going to compare quotes with the other company we received one from but at least they are making it right which is what good customer service is about!I’m not quite sure how they got 5 stars. Called them about a broken garage door and yes they showed up on time and same day. They came on a Tuesday Took a look at it and said they didn’t have the parts since our garage doors are old and they could order them or quote me for new doors. I agreed bc I was wanting new doors anyways. They said they would email me quote by Friday (seemed like awhile to write up a quote) Friday came and went and didn’t receive anything. I emailed the address on the card to be sure they had my correct email and asked when I could expect to hear back. Still waiting over a week later. They were quick to take the $89 service fee for the whole 5 minutes they spent at my house. Will obviously not be using them or recommending them and have another company coming to install new doors next week. Waste of money and time.

1. Super nice and polite. Goes a long way in my book.2. Done quickly and correctly. I spent enough time as a mechanic to know if something is assembled correctly even if it is not an engine.3. I like people who are hungry to succeed. A lot of folks turn down work due to the size of the job being to small. I mentioned I wanted the weather stripping replaced. Small single car door. Not a lot of room for profit to be made. Still going to come back and do the job when parts get in. Did not try to push it back on me or convince me I could do it for cheaper, which I probably could. But you do not succeed as a business if you do not take ALL of the work you can get your hands on, and I respect that greatly.
