I called in because of a window coming loose during cleaning (my fault). Ron talked us through the repair on FaceTime using tools we had. No scheduling a technician!! No replacement part needed. The window is very well-made, and Ron was an excellent guide for the repair. It is as good as new, and I better understand how to work with it because of this experience. Ron deserves 10 stars!

The salesman (Ron) was very friendly and was attentive to our needs. I felt like the price we paid was good, and the product sold to us seems to be of good quality. We had one window balance that broke and a screen that was dented, but both were replaced free of charge. The installation team seemed to do a good job, and we are happy with the end result.However, what we were NOT happy with was the quality of the finishing touches. The caulk was very sloppy overall (especially on the exterior), with some gaps not even completely filled (see photos). After installation, I addressed some of the areas myself to avoid any air or water penetration. I imagine Window Depot would have returned to correct the caulk had I called about it, but I did not want to wait for assistance, and, quite frankly, if this was the quality of caulking that I was going to receive, I was much better off handling it myself.We never received a follow-up call after installation to ask if we were satisfied, but I would have certainly mentioned the caulking if we had received a call.I am not sure how well their installers handle interior finishing (trim, sills, etc.) since I took care of those details myself.We have had worse experiences with another installer, so I would say that Window Depot did a good job overall. I would recommend them to others looking for an affordable product, and I would likely hire them again.[Follow up: 03/10/20]Last week (and in response to this review), Window Depot contacted me to help resolve the issues, stating that my experience was not indicative of the quality work in which they pride themselves. They checked all of the windows for any areas that were not properly caulked, only finding one that still needed addressing. I appreciate that they followed up and tried to make it right.

Amazing!!! Had 7 large side slider windows and full glass framed door for our sun room. The sun room walls are only 2 in thick aluminum foam core. From day one making the order I have been puzzled thinking how these guys are going to make this happen. The day came for install, I left for work a 5 a:m got home at 4 p:m and it was done! Like the crew was never here no scrap laying inside or out not a scratch to the paint. Like it was Christmas. I will only do business with window depot from here on out! Thank you guys so much!

It ended up to be so much better, easier and satisfying than I even expected.All phases of the process could not have gone any better.Ron, the salesperson was very informative, no pressure, provided a very fair price, and very patient while I struggled to make my decision.Michelle, who runs the office and brings all the required elements together to complete the project. Window Depot replaced 4 of our windows last week, and were absolutely in love with the window/work that they did! From start to finish, Michelle and her team provided us with great information about what windows to choose, and the price was very reasonable. The team that came out to measure windows, and replace them a few weeks later were very friendly, tidy, and professional. Well be using Window Depot again when its time to replace more.

Purchased 7 windows and a new front door. The while experience was great. Ron, the owner was our first contact. Most companies wanted to do a 40 minute pitch before you said a word but Ron listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions without sharing a bunch of info we didnt care about. Michelle helped us with choices and ordering details of which there were many. Ultimately she helped find the right combination of what we wanted and what matched our budget. Installation is always a little scary as you move from sales to business but Keith was great. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Everything looks great. Windows are a huge upgrade over our nice but old windows. I hate these types of projects but would highly recommend the Window Depot. Great price and tremendous service and install crew.

Great experience from start to finish! I have used them twice - once for a rental house, and now for my primary residence. Ron came out and measured everything, and gave me the various window options. He wasnt overselling anything, and let me make my own decision. Ron also had some really helpful information about lead paint, as we are remodeling an old house.Then, for the install, Keith helped us. He was better than we could have hoped for. He really knew his stuff. We had weird storm windows on the house before, so when he took them off there was an open section that needed to be covered. He cut the new vinyl trim on-site, and fit it all together with our totally-not-level 100 year old house. It makes a world of difference. Keith also showed us how to operate our new windows, because I had never used the tilt-in type of window before.So again, a great experience from start to finish. This is the second time I have used them, but Im sure it wont be the last!

The windows were completed earlier than expected and scheduling installation Michelle was easy and pleasant. The Window Depot quote came in significantly lower than several big box stores. The work was completed within a short window of time and done in a quality manner. Great work.

Working with Window Depot was a great experience through the entire process! The part that impressed me the most was where they replaced the sill and the rotten wood around it. This was on an old barn that was in rough shape. Keith definitely took the extra time to do it right despite the cold and rainy conditions. Much appreciated and will use them again if I get the chance.

Window Depot installed six windows and a patio door for me. they are very professional and hardworking people (from the sale, secretary, crews and the owner), everyone of them are great! After securing bids from other window companies I chose Window Depot, not merely for the attractive pricing, but for the quality of materials in the windows. I had three rental units that required replacing 24 standard, 2 six foot patio doors, and two large living room windows. I initially contracted for 7 standard windows, in order to evaluate the sales person, the window quality, and the quality of installation. This phase was followed by installing another 7 windows. My second year with Window Depot involved installing two sets of patio doors, ten apartment windows, and 2 large living room windows. As you have read I must have been satisfied, absolutely, including the sales and office staff.

I bought a foreclosure which needed all the windows replaced, the job was not easy and the work required demanded extreme craftsmanship and skill. I had WD install windows in 2015 on my condo. An issue came up with the Condo Association that the WD owner Ron personally worked for me. He went the extra mile to make sure both the condo association and I had a satisfactory resolution. It took a big burden off me and I was so grateful for his assistance. I just had my new window installed yesterday. Ron and Mike took out an ugly bow window and put in a 3-Lite Slider which looks so much better.It was scheduled when I was ready to have the install done and they were very efficient and did a super job. They had to repair and replace soffit, and do some creative brick repair also where the bow used to be which turned out great and they went above and beyond with the interior trim and framing.I am very satisfied and will recommend Window Depot to anyone who needs new windows installed.

I have worked with Window Depot for years! I own 4 rental properties and have been fixing up my personal home for several years now. Window Depot has been there the whole time. My interaction with Eric, the sales person, Ron and his brothers, the owners has been the BEST experience I have ever had. I have worked with two of their other competitors in the Dayton area in the early 2000s on my rentals and their customer services is NOTHING compared to Window Depots. This last install at my personal home, Ron; the owner, did the install and I can see why his company has grown. He demands excellence from his employees and is not afraid to get in the trenches and install windows. I would HIGHLY recommmend Window Depot USA of Dayton!

Window Depot did a good job installing our windows and sliding door. We had a small issue the screen door and some miscommunication, but the owner came out, made everything work, taught me how to troubleshoot the issue should it ever happen again, and even gave us his personal phone number if we had any future issues.

They windows were installed quickly and look great. The people that came to install them are hard workers and did a quality job.

The very best customer support and best windows I could find for any kind of money anywhere! I dont know what kind of crap Loyal customer and honest abe are trying to sell to you, but look at the facts: Both were on the same day. Both are almost word-for-word identical. The user names are obvious bs. No, they are lying. The good people at this place have more than earned their money when they sold me 2 replacement windows. Not only is the quality better than I have seen anywhere else, but talk about standing behind their do-it-yourself products! I bought the windows and raced into my sons room we are remodeling and tore out the old window - frame and all! (I learned only moments later that you must leave the frame in the window opening! Crap!) I damaged it beyond repair and now must reconstruct the opening. These people have taken my phone calls after hours, seen me in the store twice, sent me links to videos and pictures to learn from and told me where I could go to buy a replacement sill that I destroyed. At any time in all of this it would have taken very little convincing to get me to pay them to fix my mistakes. They never made a grab at the short term money. They empowered me to learn to do it myself and do it right - never asking a cent more than the purchase price.These people are tops in every category I can think of and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are considering windows from these guys and are on the bubble in making a final decision, ask them for my phone number or email address. I gladly give them permission to use me for a reference. When I replace the rest of the windows in my home, this is the only place I am even considering going.
