I was so nervous and very clueless going in today as it was my first time doing potted plants by myself but the staff at Knollwood was so knowledgeable! They were able to help guide me to what plants I should get and helped me feel comfortable with making a selection for what I was looking for. They helped me pick out what flowers would look best, helped me determine which ones would likely thrive, and gave me some good advice on how to care for my plants. Multiple staff members were extremely kind and helpful and the selection of plants was great. This local shop had beautiful, healthy flowers that will last long. I will be using them for all my plant needs!

Selection is awesome and plentiful! They are extremely busy as you can imagine at this time of year, but DO NOT be intimidated by the long lines when you walk in. The cashiers have their stuff together and ypu wont wait no longer than 8 to 10 minutes. My landscaping looks amazing definitely worth the small wait and this was the first time coming to Knollwoods and this is definitely my go to store for ALL my landscaping needs!

Everything you could ever want and more! Plants of every kind! All the gardening necessities! Dont have a green thumb? They still have something for you - wind chimes, sun catchers, gazing balls, statues, fountains, flags, lanterns, and more! You name it, they have it! Even fairy garden supplies! Very happy with every shopping trip Ive made there and will absolutrly be back again! Oh, and last but not least - knowledgable service with a smile! 😁

The selection at Knollwood is the most amazing selection you will find around. Today they had the freshes little gardening starters I couldnt decide. The peppers, the tomatos, all.of them were amazing and just the perfect price! The flowers were drop dead gorgous! The colors and selections go on for days. The suculants were bold and endless. I couldnt just select one. My children had a blast picking out our new plants to take home.

Well supplied and extremely helpful friendly and very available staff to answer all questions and direct you to any plant you may be searching for and to answer your questions. As with any garden center the prices are slightly higher but the quality of the plants appears to be above average. Excellent customer service

Best garden center in the area. The staff is very knowledgeable and the spring seminars are always informative and interesting. I recommend you buy your amaryllis bulbs here in the fall. They have a wide variety and the quality is top notch. The flowers are incredible.

I have never visited without someone asking if I need help, and I usually do 😊. We love the starter plants, seeds, and different soil mixes and my boys always find something interesting in the kiddie area. The fertilizer water is free and useful, too. Just remember to bring your own jugs!

This is the best greenhouse Ive ever been to. They have every kind of plant and everything else you could want or need that has to do with growing plants and more. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices arent too too high. And for every $100 you spend they mail you a $5.00 off coupon.

Today was my first visit here and the Garden Center is amazing. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Still a little early but found some great perninnals. I will return again as this is a hidden gem.

Endless options for your plant and gardening needs - they accommodate all plant lovers with succulents, house plants, outdoor options, tropical, flower, etc etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never have trouble finding someone if I have a question. I can come here for plants and leave with everything that I need to take care of them as well, plus a few trinkets for the house!

They have a good variety of indoor plants and pots at good prices. I didn’t look at the outdoor selection but it seemed it to be pretty expansive

Weve been shopping here for years, their flower selection is superb. Rows and rows of houseplants as well. Today we encountered our only gripe, last year they had beautiful, large Black Velvet Alocasias for $30. This year, so far, they were smaller, and twice the price at $60. Why are they twice as expensive? We passed on them last year waiting for a better deal, a year passes, and theyve doubled in price. That was pretty disappointing, are they raising prices because theres more interested in plants since everyones at home more? Im sure youll have a good experience here though.

Well while I was there I got to touch bases with an old friend which was really cool, the staff is awesome and Im looking forward to go back next week for their mistletoe

Lovely garden center. They had a string of dolphins succulent, when we couldnt find one anywhere else. Large selection and the store is well organized with signs. All of the employees were quite kind as well.

Gorgeous flowers that have been cultivated in very goos soil. I have always found that the flowers I purchase at Knollwood thrive better than others I purchase at other stores

Purchased a clematis It had 2 stakes in the flower pot with both prongs were secure on the bottom which was impossible to cut the stake out of the pot. I was gently pulled it out of the pot and the soil was so loose with a few strands of a root, it was to secure. I am goi g to try and protect it and see it will be salvage. The company who brought them to knolwood should not put a sensitive plant to be that secure in a pot where you have to cut the below the pot. Knolwood garden is a great place to buy, but the company who deliveedr was immature for plants.

I always try to shop in locally owned stores especially now. However, after planting flowers and making my yard look nice and not having a lot of experience I was told this was the place. Unfortunately, you have to ask to be a member of their reward program even after spending over $200. No one asks if you need help and when calling and asking to talk to the manager they want me to come back in with my receipt to add me. Uhm, no. If I hadn’t already planted them I would be back to return them. They need to rethink customer service. If I want to be treated that way I will go to a big box store.

I just visited Knollwood Garden Center for the first time today! Never have I felt so unwelcome at a public place, we were there for over 45 minutes just browsing and not one employee even inquired if we needed assistance or even a kind smile. Lets just say I will NOT be returning!

December 7,2019 went to garden pot class and had a great time. The instructor was wonderful and very helpful. I have recommended this class to all family and friends, so next year we will need a class for just us. Thank you so much for having this class.Theresa Millsap

It took a while to find some help. We are new to gardening. Actually have never done it in my life. We had no idea what we were doing. I needed two ferns and a hanging basket of flowers for a shaded area and we wanted to try our hand at tomatoes. We wanted cherry and a regular sized. We wanted to put them in a pot so they could be moved if need be. I tracked down one person after going to the register and asking them for help. They told me to go towards the back area and someone back there would know every thing I needed. Went to the back area. Saw multiple workers who looked to not be doing anything. I’m a pretty loud mouth person and I made it obvious I needed help. I stood there looking at the workers. At one point raising and waving my hand trying to figure out what it took to get some help. I tracked down a young man who finally said he would find someone. As I waited I found a woman that was very helpful. I told her exactly what I needed and she pointed out every option I had and was very knowledgeable. So moral of story is, once I found the help I needed they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were a little steep, but the plants are healthy so it’s worth it.

Prices are high, and theyd never heard of a clover lawn. Probably only worth coming here if they carry something the big box stores dont.

This is probably a great garden center to get any type of landscaping, however their vegetable and herb collection really left something to be desired. Who has 4 kinds of sage and no rosemary?

They have a good selection however we arrived over an hour before closure and the flowers we wanted were packed away for the night. This was after we called prior to driving 45 minutes. One of the older male workers was disrespectful to our face and has zero concept of customer service. Will not be visiting them again if I can help it at all.

We used their landscaping service. The crew arrived on time. Greeted me, reviewed the area being worked on and started working on the project.They completed the work and did a wonderful job. They left the area around the project cleaner than it was when they arrived. They were professional and friendly. After completion we got a call checking to see if all the work was done to our expectations. The project went smoothly from start to finish.

I can’t stay away from this place! I love browsing all their plants, and they always have a large selection of beautiful, healthy ones. AND I just learned that you can bring in your own containers to fill up with their well-water for free so that you can use it on your plants at home. I’m sold!

I stumbled upon this place a couple months ago and I cannot stay out of here because I am always finding something new to add to my collection. Fantastic place to grab any kind of plant you can dream up. Last year all plants purchased and out in the ground thrived. I keep coming back since I know anything put out is healthy and thriving before I get my hands on it.

This is the only place I go for herb and pepper plants, flowers and other items for my small back patio. Ive been going there for years. Prices can be a little high. If its not in my price range, I just look. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. For larger purchases they help you out to the car.

This place is impressive. I had to just get what i came for and leave before blowing my budget.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They sell relatively small resealable bags of potting soil and have an array of houseplants available, which is great for those of us who are apartment dwellers but still want some greenery. It looked like they had lots of nice stuff for people who have yards and outdoor gardens as well. Ill definitely be going back.

My granddaughters and I went there for the first time today. We were impressed as soon as we were pulling in the driveway. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, lots of stuff to look at. And everything is so neatly divided and clearly labeled. Had a wonderful time!!!

I enjoy shopping at Knollwood! They always have the coolest stuff! I bought an adorable succulent today for my office. I could spend hours and hours just looking at all of their plants, decorations, furniture, wall art, pottery, etc. I highly recommend Knollwood!

Knollwood Garden Center, has been a Beavercreek staple for many, many years. It appears to be well run, and the employees are friendly. As for me, I thought several items were a bit overpriced; but there can be no doubt, that they always have a great selection, and I think you probably, will find something that fits in your home just right.

I have been going to Knollwood for years. They always have unique flowers that always outlive flowers from any other garden center. I love them!

Been customers of knollwood for years and have been very pleased with the knowledgeable staff and service until recently. I purchased a tree several weeks ago. I also paid 100 dollars for it to be professionally planted. Extremely disappointed with how it looks. It’sleaning badly to one side as it was braced improperly. We have reached out twice to have this problem corrected and have had no response.I would not recommend utilizing knollwood for tree installation.

We visited our go to nursery and found a wide array of holiday flowers, wreaths, artificial trees and anything you need for the holidays. They will custom make wreaths with bows to order. As always the staff are experts in most plant, bush and trees and will recommend what plants you need given the environment you want to plant them in.

Christmastime at Knollwood is magical. The real Santa is here every year and the trees, wreaths, poinsettias, and other Christmas decor are all beautiful. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. A gem in Beavercreek.

One of my two favorite garden centers. They carry a huge variety of annual and perennial flowers, vegatables, seeds, trees and shrubs. I have never purchased anything the wasnt completly healthy and labeled correctly. There is always plenty of support staff and they are willing to spend time with you to help in decision making, recommendations, and general loading. Their prices are competitive for top quality products. (You can spend less but get a lot less elsewhere). Their website has some helpful growing guides. Get on their mailing list for $5 coupons! Love this place!
