I always love this store. They usually have a lot to chose from but this time it was a little less full. The guy who was working was so nice. Ill definitely go back when I have more time

Good stuff but not enough help

Poor Customer Service. Given personalized gift in a used,stained box. Employee showed no care or respect for my gift as he practically destroyed the gift box trying to shove the item inside,and banging the item on the counter. I was told there was no other box to switch the dirty,damaged box out with. Poor Image. Poor customer service. Wont return.

Walked in to browse and I started looking at the heart necklaces for my Granddaughter the employees were very helpful he helped me fine and a Beautiful heart bracelet and they engraved it. I even received a Beautiful Trinket box for free as long as I engraved it. Great prices. Very attentive. I will definitely be back for more gift for family and friends. They also shipped items for you... Great all around. 5 stars from me.

My mother bought me a bracket there for and gave it to me 3 weeks ago. One end of the of the bracelet has a diamond stud and the other end HAS NOTHING TO STOP THE CHARMS FROM FALLING OFF sooo I lost one charm off the bracelet because it just slid right off so after that happened I had to bend the metal with pliers around the other end of it to keep it together and that worked for about a week then the little rings that kept the charm attached started to separate and I kept having to close them back shut but today my engraved charm fell so I only have one plain charm left. cheaply made, and poorly designed, I’m very disappointed.

Great for quick gifts, with a personalized touch. They are a bit on the pricey side, but that is to be expected from a mall store that offers customization. I frequent here for the hard to buy for people, as it is better than buying a gift card all the time!
