Decent, but more help at checkout would be helpful..Cleaner cabs in pick up trucks as well as wiping down essential areas in age of covid

Awesome...it use to take forever getting uhuals but these fellahs at this location seem to have it down to a science...renting & returning. They both were friendly and seem down-to-earth.

Do you have all day to stand around waiting on the single attendant to take your truck back before you incur a late fee? If so come on down! They’ll have you waiting till close.

Website is letting people reserve and rent trucks from this location even though it is now closed.

I needed to drop off my car hauler even though my drop off was down near Centerville. The guys were kind and helpful and took care of it quickly. I really appreciate their efforts, especially since I am so tired from moving across country. Theyre great!

Awful experience. Waited in line well over an hour to pickup a prepaid order of moving boxes, over $100 worth. When I finally got to the front of the line, I was informed the email confirmation number I was holding on my phone did not match anything in their system, so I was forced to either beat it or double-pay my $100+ order and come back tomorrow to speak to the manager (not happening, going to contact corporate customer support).The sales attendant was obviously trying his hardest, and may have been new, but the location desperately needs to hire more employees.Avoid this location

Had reservation made. Was easy and Fast, Wish they would have showed me around the truck so more to learn about it, and pre damages. Other than that, was not bad at all.

After my most recent move I really HATE u-haul. But Id be lying if I said this location wasnt super helpful and nice. They made what was an unbearable experience a tiny bit better. If you have to go uhaul. Rent from this location. Please avoid the Linden Ave. Dayton, OH location.

Checking equipment out was great. Ive been waiting in line almost 1 hour to return on Sunday morning 5/22.

Our first time at this location but excellent service here and at U-Haul in general for 30+ years!

Been here a couple times, decent equipment and nice staff.

Easy to find, store was open as indicated.lots of supplies and attendant was helpful.
