Just like the review below mine I was asked to join their VIP rewards program. When I asked if it was free I was told yes. What a scam! Only the first month is free so it’s not completely free. Do NOT accept their rewards program unless you are wanting to remember to call and cancel. They will bill you every month with the card you used in the store to pay with your purchase

Our local store looks so much nicer but never seems to have as much as this store does. We always prefer to shop here.

I’ve never had any issues with FYE until my last visit. I’m still giving 3 stars because it wasn’t a completely insane experience or anything, however they encourage you to sign up for their “FYE backstage pass” but do not provide much detail when doing so. Therefore I figured it was like a rewards card offered by many other stores and accepted. Turns out only the first month is free and then your bank is auto charged (using whatever card you used with your purchase during that visit) every month after for about $12.00 month. ... meaning I ended up paying about $30 ultimately, for a dang can of Pepsi and some candy for my son! Then you have to call to cancel and they attempt to pressure you into keeping your membership .. I told the rep I hardly ever shop here it wouldn’t be worth it and she says I can reduce the price to $6 a month... why would I donate $6 a month to your chain of retail stores when I rarely...almost never shop there? Finally they did cancel it though... at least I hope. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who reads and may shop here on a rare occasion, don’t accept their backstage pass offer.

Cute concept. The stuff is super pricey 12.99 for a box of cereal????? LOL toy balls that are 9.99 elsewhere are also 12.99 in this store. One of a kind finds might be worth it but most of the items were a no for us

This place has a lot of creativity in clothing and a ton of potential, but is a bit careless in its offerings. Has very expressive clothing, the mens store definitely caters more to the alpha male. The womens store seemed to be an afterthought and limited in its appeal, looking at its selection, and appeared as if some things not selling in the mens store was thrown on the womens rack. Was especially interested in the epic basketball jerseys, but none in varying sizes was available... which theyre missing out on sales... I would have bought two/three myself, but due to my disappointment, left with nothing.

Fun experience. We went in to burn a cd (my boyfriend is old school) and had a good time. Associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Nice conversation. My fave FYE!!

Great experience and great employee/manager in charge, Riley Lemons. She was very helpful and provided great service and was very understanding and polite! Definitely will be shopping here more often.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The heavyset black haired lady working tonight was so loud and rude to another customer I couldn’t believe she even works in retail. If this is the kind of people Fye hires for customer service I will find another store to shop at. I will not be a return customer.

Having a good sale when I was in, I picked up a gift. Selection is down, bare shelves like many stores dealing with supply chain disruption from the Global Pandemic.Very happy to see all customers and employees wearing their masks😷correctly.

I was on a work trip in Dayton and someone recommended that I head over to the mall I figured why not I got time to kill. As soon as I walked in the mall I saw the FYE store. I have been to several FYE stores in Michigan and in North Carolina and I can say without a doubt that they are not my favorite stores (that has now change). I walked in with honestly no intention to buy anything. As I looked through the merchandise a shirt caught my eye and I decided to get it. I was then approach by the most friendliest employee I have ever come across. His name was Brandon he was everything an employee out to be he was attentive, informative, and friendly. He explained the deals that were going on and the FYE membership ( which I am now a proud member!) I walked into the FYE with no intention of purchasing anything but I left with four shirts and a keychain. Brandon went above and beyond to create an amazing shopping experience for me. He is a gem! I highly recommend this store it has a lot of cool merchandise and the most friendliest staff.

Havent seen a place like this since the 90s. Their sale merch was awesome, and they have a GREAT selection of unique and interesting items. Great for gifts and/or collectors.

They had a lot of fun pop culture items. For a mall store it was pretty large inside. I didnt expect to find so many strange, fun things in there. However, the selection of vinyls in stock was extremely predictable.

The store manager Derrick is awesome.

It looks like the last time music was stocked here was about two years ago. Theres not much entertainment left here. But there are a lot of plastic trinkets for sale. Maybe should be called FYPT. RIP the last music store. The next Blockbuster. Ill throw a Linkin Park CD out the window in your memory.

This FYE is small and has very little to choose from. Especially in the TV series section. The best FYE is at Fairfield mall.

Very good customer service and everything you could possibly need to entertain you!The blonde lady and the gentleman and I had no issues with attitudes. I guess its your perspective when you enter an establishment if your partner has to hold you back and you have to leave threatening reviews.Maybe shop elsewhere or go out when your not in such a bad frame of mind?

Has alot of good stuf im buying a led keyboed, mouse, and headphones for 50 dollars its by a good brand to. I went to Target and they had just the keybord and it was 60 btw it was the same keybord

Pros: lots of movies to choose from; great deals on used titles; some good deals on new titles too (like $5 for Halloween on Blu-ray for making any other purchase). Cons: inconsistent prices (a new title being cheaper than a used copy, or two identical titles of different prices); some titles have over inflated prices ($17 for a title that is only $5 at Walmart); and finally titles with exclusive covers only found at FYE at a insanely large mark up (like a title I found for $12 was $35 for the exclusive FYE cover) which makes it difficult when only those exclusive copies are available.

This place is great for all. A lot of collectibles for all ages.

The overall selection of merchandise, candy, video games, DVDs, and toys is great. I bought so many things from this store. I love it! The only problem was the staff. I am an Arab and you can probably tell if you look at me. Both of the staff members I met were racist. The bearded man was following me in the store and the blonde girl was staying at me and approaching me out side of the store. I do understand many people my age steal, but FYE can do a better job.

Horrible service the blonde chick was obviously racist as hell and hated waiting on an interracial couple honestly doesnt even deserve one star! The guy was cool but you could obviously tell she wanted nothing to do with answering our questions as every single answer was I dont know I almost asked her if she even worked there. I wanted to tear into her several times but my man held me back because it wasnt gonna be pretty. But guess what? Im coming back tomorrow and youre catching an ear full because he wont be with me. First of all this. Is the worst membership experiance. Ive had at ANY STORE PERIOD. Not just this store but fye in geniral. They got me a vip pass free i didnt really want it but i was kinda pressured into doing it with them. After i bought my stuff they said randomly you got 2 weeks to cancel this member ship or you owe us 25. I contenued my day when i got home later i had noticed i didnt get my recipt that had all the info to cancel the account so im now out of 25 for a bs reason not just this store but a few of this speific store has terriable customer service and. Seem kinda lazy i will try to contact your store again but as of now i am furious
