We have no issue with the sales staff. They are great and easy to work with. They really do not have anything to do with what happens after the sale, which is what this companys downfall is.We originally ordered and paid for a couch. We were told at time of sale it would be 4 months before the delivery. Then on the delivery day, we made sure to be at home for the entire window, 8AM - 12PM. At the end of the window we called and were informed that the delivery truck broke down. We were told that we would have to call and reschedule, which to me should have been their responsibility.Anyway, we called to reschedule and were informed that our couch was given to someone else and we would have to wait another 3 months! Meanwhile, all this time they have our money!!! This was unacceptable to us so we requested a refund and all they did was give us a credit.We used that credit and purchased a new couch as well as paid some additional money to purchase a new recliner at the same time.In fairness, I have to say the couch was delivered without any issues, but we still had to wait over a month.The chair however was a different story. Once again they took our money and we were told we needed to wait over 3 months for the chair. On the day of delivery, we once again adjusted our schedule to be there during the window (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM). We used the their delivery tracker and it said we were 2nd stop and the truck was at 1st stop the entire time.Finally after 1:00 PM we called and were told the same information that was on the tracker. I told them that we had to leave for our sons doctor appointment. I was then told once again that I would have to call in 48 hours to reschedule. Unbelievable!!!I called to reschedule and again find out that they gave our chair to someone else and we would have to wait another month!!!I sent their customer service an email explaining our dissatisfaction. Their response, 2 days later, was to explain how theirs system works. Basically telling us sorry, it is what it is.We have bought a lot of furniture over the years and have never had such poor experiences with a company. We understand about supply shortages and are willing to wait. Its their customer service after the sale that is terrible.We definitely will not be purchasing furniture Rooms to Go again.
Entered store just to see if they had an item on the showroom floor despite online chat said i could exclusively bye it on line. Sure enough they had the exact same item in the showroom. Much more comforting than to purchase it blind. Service was exemplary!

My sales person was Dallas and he was amazing. I walked in and he immediately introduced himself to me and said if I needed anything to find him. I was walking around and found something I liked and I managed to wave Dallas down from across the showroom. He helped me find what I was looking for and even humored me when I asked about prices for different pieces even though I knew I probably wouldn’t be able to get them. The store was nicely laid out. I would recommend this store to others as well as going to see Dallas.
The selection was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, definitely a little over eager though. The pieces are beautiful but they are definitely a little less affordable. We loved the pieces but theyre definitely not in an easier to obtain price range.
We walked in knowing exactly the style of couch we wanted, Matt showed us a couple couches and we made a decision right away! Then after getting home we decided the couch was too big but we were able to cancel the couch that same day and we came back the next weekend to find out that same couch comes in a smaller size! Everything we super fast and we were shopping with a 2 year old, so quick and easy was much appreciated.
We visited the Daytona Beach Rooms to Go store. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a polite and professional sales associate who told us he was available if we had any questions. We were able to browse the showroom floor without feeling the pressure of someone following us. Once we knew what we wanted, as promised the sales associate was available to complete the purchase, answer any questions we had and very professionally explained in detail everything In the sales contract. I would gladly go back there for any future furniture needs.

The sales reps were super helpful and not pushy. We needed a sofa quickly for a rental property. Eric did his best to accommodate our needs by looking up the tentative shipment dates for each piece that interested us.Also, the cushions seem to be a better quality in 2021. I was truly surprised by how many of the more modern sectionals were also comfortable! Love the Hydra blue color option too.
We visited the Daytona store. Our salesperson, Matt, was very pleasant and helpful. He even helped us move some pieces around in the store to find a good combination of items and rug that we liked!
Waited six hours for a delivery, took my dog for a walk because online delivery status updates showed my delivery still pending with two deliveries ahead of me. I returned 30 minutes later and waited two more hours before calling store for direct update and only to find out delivery driver had arrived 10 minutes after I left for dog walk and then left because I was not there. He never updated his online delivery status after each delivery thus causing me to think delivery was still pending. He then returned to the store with my mattress and left . Store asst. Manager said driver called the shots on delivery and I could reschedule delivery next week…no concern whatsoever. I drove to the store the next day and cancelled my order ( $1960.00), it took a week to get my refund from them credited back to my bank. I’m sure their drivers do as they please and the managers are helpless…

Recently bought a condo for retirement we needed a living room dining room and bedroom we walked in and Eric S approached us and asked if we needed assistance at that point we were just looking. We found a dining room set and he was so helpful we found all the furniture we needed and it took less than an hour. He was a pleasure to work with wasn’t pushy and he went out of his way to show us other options. Would highly recommend Rooms to Go.

Completely unprofessional and terrible delivery and customer service. We ordered our furniture in February, didn’t receive all the items until June, then had an item damaged. They sent a replacement piece out and it was damaged again. They sent another one and it was damaged. Today we have waited all day long for the piece only to see they skipped over us. We have spent all day calling, emailing, chatting trying to get a hold of someone and only to find out they damaged again!!!! This is so ridiculous and disappointing !! No one is willing to do anything to help us out or insure that this 4th attempt will not be damaged!! Absolutely zero communication and that is just unacceptable! We will NEVER use Rooms to go again!!!!
Sales Lady Jessica was fantastic. She thoroughly explained which upholstered furniture would fit through a very narrow hallway, and coordinated for us which furniture was available, as most items are severely back ordered, and even arranged for a bed to be delivered the next day, even though most of the furniture would not arrive for at least two weeks. She helped us with steering clear of the items that were on six month back order. It was a pleasure doing business with a really professional salesperson at the Rooms To Go across the street from the speedway.

Failure to deliver on schedule! I feel like we were lied to instead of admitting that our order was omitted because of inconvenience. 10 days since we scheduled.The store, staff, and selection are exceptional.. (these aspects are 5 Star) . We did not realize that no priority is earned by scheduling.., it comes down to convenience and whim of someone at the warehouse. It should be emphasized by the salesperson that they cannot promise anything about actual delivery, before they accept your payment. There is a lack of continuity between the warehouse, store, and customer support.
Ashley was amazing. Big smile with a friendly greeting. I loved how she introduced herself & gave us time & space to look around checking on us periodically. No one likes someone hovering over you especially while making a monetary purchase. When we were ready she took her time answering all questions. We purchased the sectional & absolutely love it, well half of it anyway. Other half should arrive in a few months. This is probably our third purchase in the last 3 years. We always seem to end up here making our purchase. They nail the trifecta w great prices, atmosphere & how they handle the sale/customer.

We have bought from RTG several times and always had a great experience. This time was no exception, Rick V. Was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great information.
Me and my boyfriend went here and we were looking for a new bed frame. We walked in, all of the employees looked at us while we were looking at the beds and trying them out through out the store. We decided on a bed frame we wanted and after scaling the entire store 2 times, we decided to wait by the bed for someone to come help us. Half of the employees were just sitting around on their phones. My boyfriend went to go look for someone and one of the employees that was on their phone, was staring at me and him while I was waiting by the bed. She asked me if I was looking for someone in particular, to which I responded, no I am just looking for someone in general. The guy my boyfriend grabbed was sitting on his cell phone and when he came up to me he apologized for being short staffed. Every other person was getting help, even the people that walked in after us. Not sure what the issue was, but I was ready to buy the bed until all of this happened. Probably wont go back.

Items looked the same as anywhere else. I walk in and hear were having a big sale! I asked to see the recliners on sale. we dont have any recliners on sale What? One lady needed help and they initially ignored her. Many male employees sitting around chatting.

Bought a dining room table it was delivered with two of the chairs chipped. I wrote an email explaining this and they automatically set up exchange with delivery for one chair. I wrote three more emails trying to recontact the person that set it up to explain it was two chairs with no response ever. Also tried to call this morning customer service and the one person I finally got in contact with transferred me to a different department and then the call hung up on itself after being on hold for 6 minutes. Delivery came today to exchange one chair.... Im assuming the ticket was closed after the first representative responded to me but no closed loop communication to ensure that was okay. Situation was handled with automatic emails and no human to human real contact.

Amazing first time experience. Rick was so patient and knowledgeable about everything. I will buy my furniture from here on out. Really great prices and so very happy to find out that the five years interest free is not a gimmick. Even the 3-year warranty, that Rick suggested, is unbelievable. the bedroom set was $1,400 and for three years the warranty is only $125 for all 3 years. Very satisfied
Beth spent a great deal of time with me showing different sets, and helping take measurements. She was very knowledgeable about the different packages and how to modify them to suit my needs. Beth also reminded me of things I didnt think of, like a quality mattress pad for my new Tempur-Pedic mattress. The management team was great as well. If youre shopping for furniture in Daytona Beach, this is the place you want to go.EDIT: I went back the next day to change my payment method and modify my order. The management team was again very helpful, professional and efficient with taking care of me.

I mean its a sales place. They have to sell you everything they can possibly sell. Even if they dont mention certain things or are not 100% sure about something. Like mentioning the bunk bed I got doesnt come apart after I specifically asked for one that comes apart for the future!!
We have purchased from Rooms to Go in Daytona multiple times and have never had an issue up until the last time we were there.Russ was the salesman that we had was overall a nice guy. We were searching for a bedroom set and he showed us an adjustable bed that we really loved. Let my husband, daughter and I all try it out. He even spoke upon certain details that the bed helps with. We told him multiple times that’s the bed we want. He pulled out the pamphlet and rung us up for it. When our bed was delivered it was not the bed he advertised to us. So I Immediately called the store. They told us someone would get back to us and we never received a phone call so I called again today and the manager will not give us the bed that we were under the impression we were receiving and wants us to pay a difference if we want it.I am very disappointed in the service we received.

If you order online you get a longer return and better deal so dont waste your time in the store..e been trying to return damaged furniture for 6 months now. 10+ phone calls and hours on the phone got me no where. Theyve attempted to deliver the wrong furniture 2 times now. Good job rooms to go your customer service is complete garbage....

Love rooms to go....this is the 5th or 6ths time weve bought furniture there and have always been happy with their sales people, the quality of furniture and their delivery staff...we have bought from the daytona and the port st lucie locations
An absolutely awful company with worse customer service. I was informed 16 hours before delivery that half of my order was on backorder and I would have to wait 2 months for the remainder of the order. I simply asked to cancel my incomplete order and was told that there would be a charge of $80 since the incomplete order was loaded on a truck already. No other company would treat their customers like that. My first and last purchase from RTG.Additionally I was told there were no managers available to discuss my order.Update- No resolution and upon further inspection the daybed was assembled backwards and missing support dowels on one side. Complete carelessness which could have caused injury to my son. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAnother update- In response to RTGs reply below- I contacted you guys through tellusmore email and your response was to send someone to install missing dowels. Well RTG cancelled install on the morning of and have yet to reschedule. This company is horrible and incapable of decency towards its customers. Never again!!

When we moved here in March we furnished our entire home with Rooms To Go. We have spent about $10,000 with them this year and love our furniture. Yesterday, I went t back to the showroom as we are moving my mother in law down to FL and need to furnish her new place. Russ greeted me at the door and he was friendly and ready to roll up his sleeves to assisted me. The challenge I gave him is I needed all the furniture delivered and set up by Feb 2nd. We went through and selected all of the pieces I needed, and he made some great suggestions and recommendations along the way which were incredibly helpful and spot on. After spending two hours checking inventory and delivery times, he not only got everything scheduled for Feb 2nd, he was able to package the rooms in a way that made the most financial sense and optimized the budget. So much so, that we came in about $2,000 under budget! Russ was knowledgeable, flexible and went out of his way to ensure he checked the many boxes I threw at him. Once again, I received A+ service and I’m extremely satisfied with my entire experience. Thanks Russ for everything!
Why is it impossible to get a hold of anyone from customer service? Online chat says no one is available. Been on hold for over 20 minutes. No one returns the texts so that service is useless. I am appalled by how your company treats its customers. My couch has a tear in the seam after only 5 months and the fabric is sagging and looks absolutely terrible. But of course no one wants to discuss warranty issues or assist a customer once they make the sale.

Be careful when ordering online here. I ordered 4 lamps early December and received 2 within the first few weeks. For the other 2, I have not received my lamps and it has been a month and a half. Each time I call ( because my emails have gone unanswered) to find out when to expect receiving then, I’m told the same story: they have tried to contact the vendor but the vendor has not replied to them. I tried to cancel, since I’m not receiving my products, and was told the vendor had to ok the cancellation. The vendor that won’t respond has to cancel the order-doesn’t sound right to me! I ordered from Rooms To Go not a vendor and RTG took my money so they should be responsible for either returning my money or supplying me with the products. I’m furnishing a brand new home and was going to purchase all of my furniture from them but now will go elsewhere. They’ve lost a good customer.
