Outstanding service. I went in with my phone charging port not working properly. Was told by Verizon (after they tried to clean it and blow it out) that I probably needed a new port. CPR asked if they could try to clean it first. Turns out they have micro tools that Verizon doesnt have. They found something, removed it and now my cell works right for the first time in over a year. Did it for free! Just asked for me to remember them when I needed something fixed.

It took only a half hour to repair my phone! The parts were there at the store. Very professional and helpful!

Stopped in to have my battery checked as it was not holding a charge for very long. Was told that due to the age of my phone it probably wasnt worth spending the $99.00 for a replacement. I appreciated the advice which saved me spending the money today as I will have to get a new phone soon anyway. Convenient location at Tomoka Town CenterI-95 and LPGA.

I didnt need a repair but had liquid glass put on my screen. Keith was great and explained screen savers and liquid glass options. He was very knowledgeable. I will refer other people here if they need repairs.

My pricey phone decided to jump out of my hand, did a couple of mid-air somersaults and belly flopped onto the floor. When I turned it over it wasnt good. The Otter case failed me and my phone was in critical condition! I was devastated with the thought of my emails, Facebook account, contacts and notes all gone!! Thank God for CPR! My phone looks brand spanking new and seems to be working fine. Though not cheap to repair, it was worth every penny to have access to all of my saved files, photos, etc.! Alex was great, and I highly recommend!

Went in for a cracked screen saver. The gentleman was extremely friendly and professional. He had it replaced in less than five minutes and I was out the door.

Stop by CPR and it did an excellent job to solve my problem but nobody else could do. I give them a five-star highest rating I can.

I was having trouble with my phone charging or staying plugged in well, and thought the charging port would need replacing. The technician at the store found out that the port just needed cleaning and now it works well again, saving me the much higher cost of having to replace that part. I was in and out quick.

CPR did a great job repairing my wifes broken charging port. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. It was just repaired, but is working well so far!

I was having issues with the charging port on my cell phone, brought it in and immediately was treated like a VIP. The gentleman who assisted me walked me through the process of what was going on, and even after testing it, the gentleman wasnt 100% happy and continued to work on it ensuring Id have no issues. Over a week and a half later the charging port is still working like brand new. I will be coming back with more of my tech in the future!

So I initially went because I saw they had a procedure for taking care of water damage that was only about $50. Since then I have gone a few times for different issues with my phone and have also brought in a friend who was having issues with their phone. They were able to get the phones repaired and were able to keep us informed about what was going on, what the issues were, and what they were going to do! Seriously appreciate the personal here.

I was greeted by Valerie, a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic technician. She reassured me that the shop was capable of helping me repair or at least recover my vital data off my injured (cracked screen) smartphone. The parts were in stock and I was given an estimated time for completion. Pricing was very reasonable. I chose to wait in the shop (clean, bright, comfortable seating) and was thrilled when my repaired phone was ready within an hour (nearly 40 minutes ahead of their estimated completion time). While waiting I observed other staff help customers and was impressed with the level of service being provided. When so much of our daily lives now reside on the phones, tablets, and laptops this is not a shop anybody is excited to visit, but when things with your electronics look grim the staff at CPR are compassionate, comforting and skilled. A very satisfying experience and I can not express my gratitude enough.

I know jack about cell phones bought my husband cell phone to them. The attendant took a look inside the charge and said it’s has some dirt inside cleaned it out and send me on my way. I dropped my phone from a third floor condo (I strongly advise against it) and took it here to see it it could be salvaged. I ended up with a new phone because mine wasnt worth fixing due to it being so outdated. They helped me aquire a new iPhone XR! They helped me set it up and quite frankly, Alejandro was fine as heck! I only needed an audio chip in my iPhone repaired. Not only were they unable to fix it, but after about a week they returned my phone totally inoperable! It wouldnt even power on and they REFUSED to refund me the $50 diagnostic fee. Terrible service. Beware.

Ive had to have my cracked screen fixed a few times over the years at different phone repair places around town, and this one was by far the most friendly, and cost effective. They were also really fast. Had my screen replaced in under 10 mins. They explained that they are a certified apple repair shop (which I understand is a tough designation to get), and the parts they use are top of the line. The associate - Valerie - was so knowledgeable, could tell I was in really good hands. I would go as far to say that the service was even better than the Apple store in Altamonte Mall. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing a phone repair.

We are from out of town and my daughter cell phone broke after getting it fixed twice in my hometown this is the third time i got it fixed and valerie and her staff was very very awesome they got it fixed within less than 10 minutes and we was on our way thank you so much for everything yall have done i recommend them to.

After going to 4 T-Mobile stores where I bought my new phone and 2 computer stores no one knew how to transfer my text messages,pics,etc from my old phone to my new phone they all said that they have to reset phone and that would delete all my info so being my company phone I needed the info transferred to new phone I was shopping at hobby lobby and seen cpr so I asked them and Valerie said no problem at all I left both phones came back later and it was all done and for half the price that the other computer stores quoted, I highly recommend this place the owner and staff were super nice and knowledgeable it was great to find good honest people that knew what they were doing
