If you have not been here ... GO!They do not even make a donut until you order it. You pick your frosting type/flavor, then your favorite drizzle, then your favorite sprinkle. THEN they put the dough in the fryer and start making YOUR donut. It doesnt take long and you get it piping hot and just the way you want it.. CRAZY GOOD!!

Went here to get the Key Lime and cherry donut. They said not available, as it was a seasonal flavor. Why is key lime not available all year around in Florida? My husband loves Cherry...they had nothing with Cherry. The texture was soft and light...the flavors need to be more intense. They all tasted pretty much like vanilla on vanilla...no matter what flavor you chose.

Delicious donuts made to order. The donuts have a very airy and are cake-like in taste and texture. They are also perfectly fried to have a slight crispy texture. VERY delish! As a self diagnosed peanut butter addict, this place has a ton of peanut butter flavor combinations to make me want to return. Took about 15 minutes for a dozen donuts.

These donuts are so good and reasonable price. $20 get you a dozen and that includes donating to charity. I ordered and they made the dough right in front of me. Then drop the dough in it the fryer and made my order right in front of me. This is a great place to take kids. My daughter open the box of donuts and said wooow Customer service was excellent too. The donuts taste amazing. Even hours later they are light an fluffy. My family whole family love each donut. Apple pie, cookie & cream, smore and so much more. I will be back soon.

Thought we would try these donuts, but after a grouling 20 minutes of placing my order online I would not be able to get them until the next morning (I wanted a half doz) because they close at 7. I stared placing my order at 6 and even called first to confirm their hours. After reading that I couldnt get the donuts until the next day, I called them again and was hung up on. I tried continuously to call back and couldnt get an answer until 10 of 7. Apparently closing at exactly 7 is more important than customer service.

Donuts were delicious. Service was great! The only complaint was I saw one of the ladies clean around the donut toppings with a unsanitary wash cloth and particles were being swept into topping containers. Other than that…it’s definitely worth trying some of the delicious donut options.

I hadnt had them since January in Boca and I think a tear mightve run down my face upon my first bite. Daytonas location was just as good as the first location I tried which was outside of Philly while visiting over Xmas. Ive been addicted since then. It was my first time here as I am a tourist in Daytona Beach. I had saw them for like an attraction and figured why not so. Me and my mom met a really nice lady she seemed like she was a local. I had tried their Bacon in the Sun doughnut while my mom tried the blueberry pancake doughnut. I really liked both. You can see them make the donuts right in the shop. I’m happy to know that they do have one back where I live so I will definitely go back to them.

COVID hours 7 to 3 daily.Great PPE and social distancing being followed. You may go inside to order but everything is brought to you curb side.Nice and fresh tasting. Good breakfast sandwiches and customized hot cake type donuts. Although the service was slow and the coffee not that good. There was no one in front of us but it took over 15 minutes for the sandwiches. The coffee was weak and not hot, just a bit hotter than room temperature.

My first time trying Duck Donuts was with my auntie after eating lunch. I wanted to try mines later because I was full. However, my auntie insisted I just take a bite so I did and my bite turned into several bites. I couldn’t believe how light, soft and delicious they were. Worst Duck Donuts I’ve ever been to. Ordered at 4:41PM, left with a refund and no donuts at 5:00pm. They ran out of dough, but didnt tell any customers about the half hour wait to make more. Abigail, the shift leader, simply advised “this isnt the place to go if you’re in a hurry” when I questioned the wait. So, don’t go in you’re in a hurry!

First time customer. The friendly cashier asked if I was a veteran and offered a discount. They have a varied menu. Ill return and try something else.

I work in the outlets and wanted to try something new real quick so I stopped in and was not disappointed. My receipt says Desiree was my cashier & she was extremely helpful in letting me know what the shop is about and teaching me the ordering process. There were so many choices so I would suggest maybe looking online first so you can come in and know what you want to build your own perfect donut. I got an iced coffee and a donut for $5. I would say the price is reasonable because the coffee was great and the donut was AMAZING. Never had one like it. They made sure I was happy with my order before I left. Definitely coming back :)

1- Google does not know where the driveway is so on the 3rd circle around I found it. 2-A young lady at counter with mask on was very polite, explained everything to me but another employee, an older woman, stepped up and was rude to me and the young woman. I had never been there. Was happy to have a donut shop, I stepped as far away from counter as I could because the older woman did not have her mask on properly, entire nose and upper lip exposed. I ordered a dozen donuts so we could try them. However they are fry cakes - not donuts, like pastry ones. I had ordered a coffee. I asked the counter woman to please wear her mask correctly covering her mouth and nose when she made my coffee. I said I have COPD and am careful where I go. I never saw counter woman put on gloves, wash or sanitize hands after handling card or other cash. The counter woman was struggling to make my coffee. A dozen completely different donuts were cooked and glazed, frosted and decorated before she even got the coffee brewed. The younger woman doing donuts had entire area cleaned. Sanitized and ready for the next order and my cup of coffee still was not finished. Overall fry cakes a better after they cool off, the grease soaks into the cardboard box. Due to lack of that employees cleanliness I threw the coffee away. My experience...very poor, if they wont meet the minimum sanitation standards it isnt worth going to.

Absolutely fantastic! I just got home with my order. I entered the restaurant just a few minutes before closing (I didnt realize they closed at 3 until after I placed my order, and I NEVER like to go into a business that close to closing). All of the employees were very nice and the donuts are delicious! I LOVE that they are made fresh and the batter is light and fluffy with a great taste! Toppings are a bonus! Will definitely be returning!

Unfortunate experience. The floor is sticky, and the two people that dress the donuts are overwhelmed. There is not a good working space, they seem to be in each other way, and it takes longer than preparing a restaurant meal for a large family to make a regular, one box, order. I suggest the manager of the place to start by cleaning the place, then re-organize the working space.The day of the visit: December 24, 2020.

I had donuts made for a special work occasion Any kind of donut you want they can create it!! Fresh, beautiful, fun delicious donuts !!!

We went for the grand opening of Duck Donuts. They took the social distancing pretty seriously inside the restaurant making sure only a certain amount of people inside at a time. Outside the restaurant no one really kept six feet apart and it wasn’t really enforced. As for the restaurant itself Duck Donuts runs a little different from other donut shops. They do not have donuts readily available but instead are made to order. This sounds like a great idea but in all honesty it really isn’t. You place your order and wait and wait and wait. I get this is opening day but it really doesn’t seem like it will be any quicker with only a certain amount they can make at a time. The donuts are pretty decent but for the wait they’re nothing special. My wife got one of the specialty drinks which was OK more syrup than coffee and I decided to get an Ice coffee. The iced coffee was also ok, again nothing special. I am always excited for new donut shops and trying to find the next best one but Duck Donuts feels more like a chain donut shop like Dunkin than its own identity like Voodoo or Donnies donuts.Pros: Fresh hot donutsCons: Long waitsMediocre tasteNext time I am at the outlets I will give them another shot but not worth the 30min drive.

I had heard good things about Duck Donuts so, I thought I would give it a shot. Ordered my dozen donuts....they told me that they would be ready in a few minutes. When I got to the store there were 2 other people waiting for their items. As I stood there I saw other people get their donuts and leave. I stood in this place for 30 minutes waiting for DONUT. It will not happen ever again....

Some of the best donuts that you will ever eatI only wish that our Daytona location was open past 3:00 p.m. so that we could get donuts for dessert in the evening... Other locations that we have been at are open until 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. I am sure that all of the shoppers at the Tanger outlets would love to hit it in the evening time

After hearing first-hand accounts of this establishment’s toxic work environment and horrible treatment of overworked, under-appreciated staff, I will definitely not be spending another dollar here.

It’s was the grand opening and of course it was a wait but it wasn’t too bad. The donuts were made fresh and decorated according to each individual order. A single donut is $1.20 and it’s worth every penny. I had the maple bacon donut and it was so delicious. I will definitely go back for more delicious donuts.

We got 6 different flavors to have “throughout the day” and loved them all so much we had trouble closing the box to save them for later.Be prepared to wait, as they’re literally made specifically for you in front of your eyes, but once you order the friendly staff will bring them out to you curbside when they’re ready!

The Donut Breakfast Sandwich sounds crazy but is really awesome! Their are a bunch great customization options that are premade configurations or you can build your own donuts. Order ahead on the app for quick pick-up as well.

Went to check out this new donut shop this past weekend.Ordered a few of the most popular ones they sell. I found the donuts itself a little too oily, and a bit doughy . When frying donuts you have to let them rest a few minutes . Taking them right from the fryer and dipping them in all kinds of icing and toppings when it is still too warm can sometime shock it and your left with a big soggy dough mess. Im still trying to figure out what separates this shop from the competition in town ?
