Front lady pretended she could not understand what i was ordering just because I was asian. I told her “cold brew” at least 4 times and she still made me repeat myself with louder voice.

I had a bad experience with the customer service I was receiving, so I never went back.

The staff are pleasant and relatively quick. The food is mostly very good, and there is a decent selection of pastries and sandwiches to chose from. My only complaint would be the availability of certain items, as the store seems to run out of stock very quickly. Additionally, the Tapingo ordering system is almost always out of date. All and all a pleasant experience, but one which could use improvement.

There is a reason people are willing to pay $6 for their coffee.

Baristas are super nice and always willing to chat as long as theyre not swamped. Their quick and efficient with orders as well

Probably the most quintessential Starbucks you can get. On a university campus, intellectual clientele, attached art gallery, outdoor balcony seating, wide-open floor plan, group seating, excellent wifi, open power outlets, and an efficient barista staff. You couldnt ask for a better study or social atmosphere.

This is one of THE BEST Starbucks around! They are always happy and so helpful here...this is a second home to not only students but, to people around town! I love this store!

Worst starbucks Ive gone to. Wanted to get a snickerdoodle hot chocolate and they said they did not know how to make it but yet they are selling them. They attempted to make it got it completely wrong and made some other garbage that did not even taste good. Biggest waste of money. I highly dont reccommend this place.

Hours are kinda confusing (its on ERAU campus) but this is just like any other Starbucka. Dont come here if you arent a student or arent affiliated with the school though. You might be locked out.

I just do not like Starbucks.... It used to be good, but right now it is overpriced awkward coffee-shop with no character... And coffee is really bad... Second bad after McDonalds...

Coffee is obv expensive at Starbucks, do wish they would accept the gold member rewards ... But the service here is amazing. They always remember your order and fairly quick at getting your order in.

Essa.tradicional.cafeteria US has this shop next to piata Daytona. It is an excellent place to se.saborear products that the brand offers. The customer service in this unit is one of its highlights, with staff always cheerful and ready to cater for everyone.
