Placed an order on Friday and paid for expedited 3 day shipping because we needed it here Thursday. Upon getting shipping confirmation Monday afternoon it seems the item didnt leave until Monday night and wouldnt get here until Friday. After spending many hours trying to get this resolved I was told they would refund my item if I shipped it back then I could pay to order it again with two-day shipping to have it here Wednesday (having me pay to ship the items twice and then wait for their refund for the cost of the items the second time).After trying to explain that I had already paid for 3 day shipping and that if the package wasnt going to be here in 3 days I didnt see the point in paying even more to ship it again. I was told if you were a more established customer or placed a larger order maybe I could do more.While I would have become a more established customer had I been given the chance I will instead take my business to a company that appreciates all its customers not just the big ones.

The previous reviews must have been before Mark joined the team, hes helped me and my colleagues through purchasing and provided recommendations when specific styles were out of stock.Would recommend to any beginner. Waited over 5 months for a headdress. Called multiple times and tolled that it was in the mail. Tried to cancel order, and told the scredit was processed. Trying to reverse charges now. Grey Owl seems to be going under and is willing to steal $300 from a parent child non-profit program.
Never received order; no response on email or phone calls. Ended up canceling order and disputing charge
