I’ve had many amazing customer service / quality experiences but none have ever inclined me to post a review, that is up till now. Tracy helped me over the course of multiple months design and edit a custom engagement ring. I also had a unique request to use a family diamond as the main stone and to design the ring around it. She was patient never pressuring me to make a sale and always available through the multiple phases of the process. The ending price was fantastic and the end product I couldn’t be happier with. It was finished before the promised time limit and the end result was better then anything I could ever dream. I beg of anyone who’s considering large jewelry purchases to give them a try, I know I’ll be going back through these upcoming years.

LOVE THESE JEWELERS!!!! We stopped by to have my granddaughter’s necklace fixed. It was just a costume piece purchased at a dress Shoppe. It didn’t matter to the ladies here. They repaired it quickly and with a smile. I ended up getting my necklace chain enhanced with a magnetic latch for only $15, and also purchased some beautiful cuff earrings. The sweetest ladies that took the time to help me with a ring resizing and purchasing a beautiful watch for my Grandmother. Today, I spent an hour with Traci as she evaluated about 100 pieces of jewelry for me. I learned some were costume pieces and some were not. She inspected each and every one looking for missing stones, loose prongs, missing clasps, metal identification, approximate worth and age. She also cleaned a few pieces to get a clearer representation of them. She suggested options for some of the jewelry to bring those “back to life”. Some suggestions were to turn a Cameo into a bracelet or ring, add a necklace extension for a short length necklace, and change screw back earrings into posts or dangles! All of which could be taken care of at the store. It was a successful, informative, consultation that has given me a new insight of the jewelry!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I give Masterpiece Jewelers 5 stars!! Highly recommended!!

I came in today for a one hour appraisal - basically to confirm which jewelry pieces were valuable and which were not. Working with Tracy, she methodically examined each piece and gave a ballpark value. We found pieces that needed repair and pieces that were no longer being worn. I was able to trade in some gold for store credit and used that as a down payment for a pair of diamond earrings. I love it when everyone benefits!

I ordered a bracelet Online from another company, it took three months to get it and then when I got it it was too small. I should never have ordered from this company as it was a problem from the beginning. I went to Masterpiece and they fixed it so I could wear it. What a wonderful shop and employees! They have always taken time to explain everything to a jewelry novice like me. They have helped me surprise my wife with pieces of jewelry that are just her style on multiple occasions. They have always gone above and beyond normal service to help my blind wife select pieces that she can feel and try on until she finds that perfect thing she had in mind. In this Covid 19 era this can cause a lot of extra cleaning and consumes much more time than a sighted customer would take to select things, and they do it with a smile and a lot of expert advice at the same time. I know they won’t let me go wrong when looking for a special item for my wife and have altered me to items that come into the store that they know fits my wife’s style. It is like having personal shoppers always in the lookout for me.

I bought an engagement ring online and the setting was not 14k gold. I called masterpiece jewelers if they could test the gem and band for me. They were so sweet and willing to help. Came in today and they were SO patient with me trying to find a new setting. They have such a huge selection and I found a gorgeous setting in my price range.
