I called in I was not familiar with the terms he was using so I ask if he can explain in a different way he said since I dont understand THE terms HE WAS USING IT better if I shop at home depot or lowes.. are you serious how the hell are you still in business.. just purchased 18 units they all needed interior and exterior doors ur lost.. Home depot here I come..
