Fantastic Experience with these folks! I had a tenant call me and report a cracked window at our house. Contacted three companies and Sheldon @ Independent was by far the most professional and straightforward that I dealt with. The price was competitive and the work was performed very quickly. The tenant has reported a positive experience with the service technician and I am overall very pleased with my Independent Glass experience. They will be my go-to glass/door repair moving forward. We had a burglary at a business and needed two glass doors replaced. Every other company was two weeks out to even get an estimate and over a month to get the work done. Independent Glass had the glass in stock and was able to get it replaced the next day. If you need something, give these guys a call.

DONT use this company, SUPER SUPER RUDE. I called in and spoke to someone named TRAVIS boy was he rude. I needed to get my house of almost 35 windows done by them but he told me the owner was too busy and straight hung up on me. Disgusting customer service will be using somebody else

Very prompt and professional. I called them to replace a business door window and they showed up in 10 minutes! Made the measurements and had the glass cut and installed within a few hours. These are your guys!

Quick and professional service I ll use them again

I called this guy to come repair a glass window for me on a Monday. He told me he would try to get to it that night or Tuesday. I called him back on Tuesday night and he told me he would try to get it on Weds. That didnt happen I called him three times on Thursday he did not answer the phone nor did he return my call. I finally went with another company to come on Friday to replace the glass in the window after Independent glass & door service jerked me around for days! I would not suggest their business to anyone !
