The service rep showed up on time, and completed the torsion spring replacement promptly. In addition he was able to answer multiple questions I had, and educated me on periodic lubrication I should be doing. I highly recommend Overhead Door for garage door work.

Derek exceeded expectations for our service call!Derek is a true professional, he took the time to (quickly) inspect and identify not only the causes for the problems I reported, but also identified an additional issue and addressed it in the same appointment.The ceiling bracket was flexing (as reported) because the bracket holding the opener rail to the frame above the garage door opening was not properly installed. Derek identified this cause immediately and fixed it.And (as I suspected), Derek confirmed my suspicion that the ICON cart charger CANNOT interfere with wall station because the wall station is hard wired. This was what I was told by the previous technician.There was actually a broken wire in the connection in the wall station, which was causing the intermittent wall station operation and Derek fixed it.The issue Derek identified, which I was not aware of, was the angle of the arm connecting the opener to the door (when closed) was not within tolerances, he fixed it and explained why the tolerance existed.It was great to have a service call performed by an expert with Dereks knowledge and skills. I believe he truly cares about doing the job right the first time.Thanks Derek!

A terrible nonresponsive business. Manufacturers should pull their products from these guys as they clearly do not want to sell new doors that have any custom features. Twice they came out, their salesman Tony and twice he never followed up with an estimate. Just a waste of time. Go somewhere else where they want to actually install a garage door. Remember this is the Original Overhead Door company- the red ribbon. Find businesses who want your business, these guys dont.

These guys installed my garage door 5 years ago.I needed a service, and they scheduled it quickly, came out on time, and did a great job.

Mac, the service person assigned to my service request, kept in phone contact, letting me know his expected arrival time. He promptly tested things and identified the problem as a defective door opener remote. He replaced and tested the new remote, showed me how the new one worked, and then proceeded to check the door and lubricate the tracks. Very thorough and very professional, which is what Ive come to expect from Overhead Door.

Never got the estimate... A tech came to do the estimate, he was knowledge and very nice, I wrote my email address down to send the estimate. 5 days went by with no response. I called on the 5th day in the morning to make sure they had the correct email, the receptionist took it down again and said she would have the tech get it to me asap. The next day, still nothing, I called again, they put me though to the techs cell phone, I left a message, still hadnt heard from them the next day, so I went with another company.

Associates showed up on-time and were very professional. I thought pricing was very fair. We have used them a few times over the past 20 years

Very professional and quick--just what I wanted at reasonable cost.

I love my new opener and it came with all the pieces you’d want including 2 remotes and a key pad for outside the home. It’s super quiet and very modern. Great service and the tech (Hector I think his name was) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made quick work of the install and was on his way. He showed me how everything worked and gave me the paperwork for my records and on how to set up the wi-fi part of the opener. Very happy with everything and I would recommend them to anybody who wants a quality opener and great customer service.

I so glad I went with Overhead Door Co. for my garage door which was screeching so loudly I figured I soon would be cited for a noise violations. It was also acting up so I knew it was time for an upgrade. Hector installed a new controller, moved the door button to make it more accessible for me (much appreciated), and lubed up the door mechanism so that I no longer compete with the rocket launches for noise. Everything works smoothly, and Hector was very pleasant and efficient with explaining all of my new functions. The office staff was also very nice and did not push for upgrades. Most importantly, I think the cost was very fair. Another problem off the list...

Overhead Door Co. is an absolute asset for Daytona Beach. Technician Hector is nothing but professional at his job. Had a part break stopping the door opening. When I called, he was there the next day. This town is noted for people not showing up on time or even showing up at all! He gave me a call in the AM with a time that he would be there that afternoon. He arrived on the exact minute promised. Hector is also very knowledgeable on the operating system. He did not try to sell me a new unit or any unnecessary parts. Labor price & service call was very fair. I had this company install a door system in my first house in 1976. I had a larger house in the 1980s & I used them then also for repair. Thats why they have been around forever!! 10 stars out of 5 !!

Serviceman came at scheduled time. Examined garage door opener, chain, springs, cables, etc. The springs turned out OK and it was a warn sprocket at the top of the garage door opener that was bent and causing some problems. He was able to replace the worn part and restore the door to good operation. He also lubricated the springs, rail, rollers, pins, hinges,etc. I highly recommend them for any garage door needs that you may have.
