I love this place omg the staff here is so nice, very attentive and very clean store! Lots to choose from a great variety of everything you need! I am a huge jewelry person! They have Estate jewelry, Beautiful wedding rings, 14kt with lots of weight and really affordable. TVs, bicycles, games you name it...Bam!!! I would give this specific store no stars if I could. Its not the place, but rather the rude, unprofessional people they have working in this specific location. I have been dealing with Cash America Pawn for the past 10 years in 4 different states I have lived in. I have always had a great experience, Never defaulted on a loan. I bring my laptop in to pawn and the lady tries to get me to sell it because she personally wanted it. She then had a very rude attitude toward me over my Gmail account on the laptop. I told her I had just picked it up a few weeks earlier and it was on there. She said the policy changed. I asked if it had changed in the past 30 days, reply was No. Then why now? I went on and deleted the account anyway. She was still being very rude and I ask for my property back because due to her attitude I did not feel comfortable being in there. She refused. I had to go across the counter just to retrieve my own property. She then proceeded to curse at me as I walked out the door. Needless to say I went to another pawn shop and received exceptional service. While in Daytona I will never go here again. They are beyond rude, make up policies depending on the customer and extremely immature, unprofessional staff. Save your time and go elsewhere. This was the most trashy, ghetto store I have ever seen!!!

Ruthie is AWESOME. Chad is Hilarious. These 2 make the place fun. But the prices are a little high. Cant get much wiggle room. But other than that we always start there when we want to go pawn shopping.

First my beautiful mother went to look at a ring and she told him the size of ring she wears he then began to tell her that most women are a size 7 as he repeated to say that she had a big finger and she was a full figured women and he needs to know that my mother is a skinny queen

I don’t write reviews but I felt the need to. The lady who works there (wearing a marine jacket) asked me to put my mask back on after walking past one of the employees who had his down and didn’t correct him. I slipped it down for a second to google something on my phone and let my glasses unfog (also no one was within 6 ft of me). I was wrong but correct your employees before you talk to customer rudely. Also I was about to buy something but her attitude made me walk out immediately.

They ok.Somethings u can get cheaper in the store . Walked around 10 minutes no staff acknowledged. i don’t like to support people who can’t train their employees to be welcoming! She asked the white man did he need something.

I use to enjoy stopping by here on my Saturday outings. However was there the other dayI slipped my masked down for a moment to speak with a friend I was there with. One of the employees came over to ask me to put my mask back on. Which was fine but when she walked away she went right over to two other guys standing by the cash register. Who wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Stood there joking and carrying a conversation with them and said nothing to them about a mask at all. We left feeling singled out and neither of us will be returning.

The staff was great and helpful, answered my questions and professional. This is not a paid rating, they earned it. Every time I have visited looking for items I have always been treated like an appreciated customer.

I visited various times. During this time my credit cards were dupilcated and used for thousands of dollars. Employee Abby informed me that manager rick’s wife has a credit card duplication business in the back room.

First i went to the Cash America on Ridgewood north of Mason and the young lady acted like i was bothering her with my pawn. Pulled out her phone walked to her manager and spoke to him for possibly thirty seconds came back and said they would offer me 25% of what i asked for. The item was brand new with all the documents not a scratch. Retail at Amazon for $179.00 everywhere else was well over $250. So wvhen she offered me $25 and said thats it take it or leave it i left and went to th he cash America on nova just south oh ISB and not only was i greeted with a smile Terry took thee time to actually check out the product and gave me what i was asking for. If you are going to use Cash America dont waste your time going to the one on US1 rude, dont care, disrespectful and overall rating is 0 stars. Go see Terry at the nova location shes the best courteous and polite in the store is very clean and well organized.

The worst pawn shop in Daytona. Especially one of the employees Terry the spanish mouth woman. In my thinking, the employee knows what buying from customers. Go to LaBoscos pawn shop and you wont be disappointed.

Went in for the first time this afternoon I felt the staff were extremely pleasant not a lot of inventory on the floor but everything was organized and displayed neatly. I had no problem getting an associate to help me and even though he didnt deal with firearms he immediately grabbed another associate (Esther) who helped me with my transaction and was very pleasant throughout the whole process. The negative reviews most have been on a bad day because my interaction with 3 or 4 of the people working here was very pleasant and Id be more then happy to buy from them again.

This place had the best customer service that I’ve ever received. When I visited this store the employees were very polite. I was help by the gentleman named Tony. He seemed to genuinely care about my needs and did everything to assist me in making my purchase. His customer services skill are admirable and he’s most definitely an asset to their team. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy or sell anything to this store because I’m positive that they’ll be taken good care of!

Went to Cash America today, located on Nova & International, service provided at this particular establishment goes above and beyond. Exceeded the normal pawn shop visit and experience. This lace has no customer loyalty. Pawned here around the time of the hurricane around 400$ in Pawn. So Im picking my items up one slip at a time and then I was going to be late on 2 slips. I called to let them know and ask what would be best way to handle the situation since Ive always picked my pawns up on time and thought they were a stand up place. The guy told me they would hold the 2 Pawns the 5 days until I could come in and pick up however they sold my stuff. Mostly I think because the items that were sold were wanted by employees and they saw an opportunity to get them for a very discounted price. No ethics, poor customer service, they lie and hustle rather than doing legitimate business with people. I was a pawnbroker for 5 years and I would never have treated any of my customers the way they do on a daily basis. I once saw an employee laughing at a women because she had to pay an extra month of interest when she was 4 days late and she was also told something different over the phone. They lied to her to get an extra month of interest for 4 days and they lied to me to get over 400 dollars of mercy. For 60 bucks.. The worst people are the ones who take advantage of people who are already having a hard time.. Forget this place, find some place that knows the value of its customers.

I always try to look at new pawn shops when Im visiting in town. First Impressions were good on the inside, the merchandise was well-ordered and the shelves were clean. They had multiple signs posted about getting a free DVD if you put A+ Google review in. I was taking pictures of places anyway, so I took a bunch of pictures of this Cash America and I found one item I might be interested in. The associate didnt seem much interested in helping me with it but I got a cord to test it. It was a powered speaker and when I turned it up at all he came over and told me not to because it was disturbing his conversation with a customer. Thats understandable, but I might have bought it otherwise. I gave him his card back and I asked him about the free DVD, and he said we dont have internet here so you have to go on the Cash America website and sign up for it. Fine I thought, but actually did decide to go in the Cash America site and there was no place Id said anything about signing up for a free DVD. There werent many DVDs there anyway, and I thought it was inappropriate for them to mix unrated DVDs in was a DVD been where kids could go through it. I cant speak to the other associates but my associate was less than helpful and bordering on not being courteous. Oh, and parking was atrocious, and there was weeds growing up around the outside. I should add that Ive given many Cash America has high ratings in the past and this rating should not reflect on any other store.

Easiest transaction ever. Came in for a PS4 was out with it in 10 mins. Esther helped me out so ask for her if shes available. I will definitely return to this place for good deals on things I plan to get in the future that I dont need new.

Bad service...i been coming to them for years great loyal customer...went and spent 1100 dollars for a necklace and medallion.. they didnt inform me about their little return plan ..long story short i wanted to return or exchange my item they told my to take my necklace and shove it. If they wouldve informed me about the plan then i wouldve did it just in case i wanted to return my item of course thats 1100 dollars ..They robbed me and threatened to call the police they are very unprofessional. Cash America you people are crooked crooks and shouldnt be allowed to run a pawn shop.

Worst pawnshop ever! Straight lied to me over the phone. They had me drive all the way from new smyrna beach and said they would give me half of what they said over the phone. Stay away believe me! Do just like that told me and go to value pawnshop.

I normally dont have to call CAP, but today I called at 4:40 to ask what time they closed and to get information on the loan that I have there so I can pick it up soon, and before answering ANY of my questions, I was kept on hold until they closed and they hung up on me. I was on hold for 20 damn minutes and they refused to talk to me about my loan. The lady didnt give her name or anything and even interrupted me. Once I get my item back I am definitely not messing around with a business who doesnt take their customers or money seriously. You have a job to do. To protect my items and answer my questions regarding my items. I am most definitely NOT happy about being casted off on hold so they can ignore me and go home on time. I get it. We all have jobs and want to go home on time, but you dont cast off a customer on hold for 20 minutes just so you can lock that door at 5 on the dot. This is a disgrace and I am very upset. These people should be ashamed for how they act and the employers shoukd be ashamed of the people they hire.
