Sadly I cannot remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was fantastic! I bought my wife’s ring here almost 2 years ago and to this day I cannot say I have ever received customer service quite as good as I received here. After a very long and very good relationship with Reeds times have sure changed. I have purchased many items and it has been 95% smooth and good with only a couple issues. The issues were solved quickly and we were made to feel like a valued customer. Times have certainly changed. After the last couple days it appears that a long time customer really does not matter! I had over $2,500 picked out. I made one purchase online and that purchase was CANCELLED??? The only reason I can get is that they believe my identity may be compromised. If they thought my account was compromised you would think they would call a long time customer and give a heads up … nope not Reeds. I called them when I didnt receive shipping info on the piece. I am now waiting for a manager to call me back, lets hope that happens but I wont hold my breath. I guess its time for me and my family to find another jeweler …

I went into Reeds jewelers to have my settings checked on all my jewelry. Now living full time in Florida being from New York I needed to fine a trusting company I felt comfortable with. Update: still waiting on the manager to know if well be able to receive a $100 gift card.Not trustworthy. We didnt appreciate being deceived while purchasing our wedding bands. Our sales man assured us that if we took the grooms ring that was in stock, even though it wasnt the right size, he would order the right size and call us when it arrived in a couple of weeks to exchange the rings. It made sense in case delivery was delayed we would have a ring for the ceremony. I called twice in the following weeks to follow up on the order ETA and both times was told no ring had been ordered and to bring in the ring we had for resizing which would take longer than we had for our wedding and that I did want to have done in the first place. We opted to go in and return it and lost our $100 discount on the purchase which included the brides band. My advice is do what I should have done; once you know the ring and size, go online and purchase it there, you can add discount codes and have 2 day delivery. Makes me wonder if the lifetime warranty is just as deceiving.

Brian at the Columbia, SC location always goes above and beyond anytime we stop by. We actually had my wedding set custom made from Jacksonville, FL. Every time we walk in the store he greets us personally, inspects my bands and has them cleaned. I’m always in awe of the beautiful craftsmanship and time it took. They made my dreams a reality. My fiancé and I had a great experience with Reeds. Tony Day helped us carefully and patiently while we looked for wedding bands that were beautiful and still fit our budget. Tony respected our budget and didnt try to upsell us past what we wanted to spend, which I greatly appreciated. In fact, he did everything he could to apply coupons to give us discounts. He also explained that Reeds has a lifetime service plan that doesnt require regular check-ins, which we took advantage of immediately. Overall, we were both VERY happy with the Reeds brand and with Tony Day and his assistant Julian. Excellent rings, excellent deals, excellent service.

After the passing of my grandma (my favorite person in the world) I was very skeptical to take the jewelry she left me to anyone. Very disappointed in our customer service experience. I initially went in on Black Friday to look a diamond studs. I did like a smaller pair that were $250ish dollars, but I knew that I truly wanted bigger studs with more carat weight to them. I took my husband back after Black Friday to look at different styles and compare and found a pair I did like. They were a mid-range price, larger cluster. Lovely, but not in our current budget because we are newlyweds who just bought a house, car, and some furniture for the new house. We did not want to open a line of credit, but might have been open to layaway or coming back in a few months and buying them outright...except that the salesperson who helped us made my husband feel like garbage for not buying me diamonds for Christmas. She kept trying to persuade us to either open a line of credit or participate in their upgrade program and buy the smaller ones that, while nice, I did not want. Additionally, I kept saying that the purchase was for me and I intended to buy them for myself as my first luxurious jewelry purchase as a young adult. The sales person turned to my husband and asked him very rudely, well, what are you gonna do for her for Christmas, then?! Like my husband was somehow inadequate for not buying me diamond earrings that I want to purchase for myself anyway. The whole experience put me off of the store permanently. While they were pretty earrings of a nice quality, I will take my business elsewhere.

What a pleasure it was to shop at a store where you are treated with kindness and respect. We went to look for a watch for my husband and the manager Robert greeted us. He was professional,witty, and most of all caring about making sure we made was the right choice. He answered all of our questions and made helpful suggestions. Even though they did not carry the brand i was originally set on, we found something else that we liked as well and felt good about our purchase. Let me tell you about Robert and Courtney. These two humans went above and beyond for me and my fiancée. They not only handcrafted a ring from my imagination, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the entire process. We were from out of town and my battery had just been changed in my watch. The person did not place the back of the watch on properly and it fell off. It needed a press to be put back on so I went looking for a jewelry store to do it properly. I saw Reeds in the mall and stopped in. Robert Merritt said hello and asked if he could help me. He fixed my watch and asked if he could please clean our jewelry for free. He cleaned my necklace and my wife’s rings all for free!!! I was expecting a charge of 10-25 dollars. He was extremely nice, professional and an absolute enjoyment to speak with. That is the kind of service and attitude that ALL people working in a service industry should have. It was a delight going into the store and we will drop by next time we are there just to say hello and will probably buy some jewelry there!!

I decided to walk in there today since I had some free time. I havent actually bought anything from them...yet. But I can tell you they care about their customers. I have been into a few jewelry stores searching for engagements rings of my taste (I have different taste from the norm), not only did they have a few that I LOVED, but are willing to create whatever I want. The prices were exceptional and I couldnt believe how well I was treated. I told Kellie (staff member) from the get go that I wasnt there to buy anything today as my boyfriend would have the ultimate decision, yet she never rushed me, answered all my questions, and I was beaming by the time I left. Amazing customer service. Also, for anyone that is interested, they take care in choosing where they get their diamonds from. My boyfriend is very conscientious of blood diamonds and wants nothing to do with that. In some of their collections they can even tell you exactly which mine your specific diamond came from; talk about peace of mind!

I went into the store on sort of a whim. I started talking to the sales rep Courtney Davis who took the time and asked questions to help me figure out what was the right gift. The store manager Robert Merritt was also extreme kind and helpful. I went to several other stores that night before going back to Reeds Jewelers. The customer service at the other stores was non existent. The prices at Reeds seemed reasonable.

My husband has been shopping at Reeds for several years now. Every piece of jewelry I own has been picked with my tastes in mind as Courtney knows what I like. Both Courtney and Robert always spend as much time as needed to find the right pieces for me and our daughters. Customers for life.

Love this place!! While searching for diamond stud earrings for my two daughters, we went into every single shop in the mall to compare prices and options. Reeds was the last store we checked, but that will not be a repeated mistake. We were so surprised to find they had the BEST prices, BY FAR, and the absolute BEST customer service. I mean all of the employees at all of the jewelry stores we visited were nice, but Robert from Reeds went well beyond your typical employee-client interaction. His friendliness, attention to detail, recommendations, and knowledge about the jewelry, options, perks, and other shops/chains made our purchase super easy and we feel we definitely got a lot of value from the transaction. A lot of sales people will try to steer you to an expensive set, but Robert showed me a wide selection without pressuring me to pick an expensive set. My wife being a typical female was looking around during this process and I was thinking to myself here comes the shark Shirley. I was all wrong. My wife was interested in the appearance of a couple of diamond rings and Shirley did an amazing job on the knowledge of the rings without being that pushing shark. Nobody likes that but I kinda felt like home so I came back on July 2nd and spent a few Thousand and bought one of those diamond rings for my wifes birthday next week. My girlfriend and I went into Reeds on a day off to look around, and he did an incredible job of showing watches, rings, and anything else we may have been interested in. Not only did he have extensive knowledge on the entire inventory, he also made great recommendations to us. Both the watch I had purchased for myself, as well as the ring for my girlfriend were pieces he selected that we would have overlooked otherwise. Without him, we surely would have walked out empty handed. Robert was very passionate speaking of Reeds Jewelers and how they care incredibly more so for their customers than other large jewelery retailers. He certainly displayed this. Quick backstory: initially went to Kay jewellers (big mistake). VERY high pressure sales, felt like they saw me and my girlfriend walk in as dollar signs instead of actual people. Looked down at my pocket several times, half expecting to see a hand reaching in to take out my wallet. Will NEVER shop there again.On the other hand: Reeds was very friendly, professional, courteous, and laid-back. Listened to what I wanted, and took the time to show me all my options within my budget. They made the whole process very relaxed and stress-free, and I was able to get a great deal on what I was buying. Just wish I could give more than 5 stars. Will definitely be shopping there again and would definitely highly recommend.
