Mike and crew run a business the way you wish every business would treat its customers. Extremely knowledgeable, extremely understanding and very accommodating. We took our cricket in to have it looked over and freshened up a bit and I couldn’t be happier.I can’t encourage you enough to ignore the outlandish, negative review. If you’re looking for this type of cart and interested in the modifications only they can pull off, you will not be disappointed.

My Grasshopper has been one of my best purchases to date. CMGC not only had great communication during the build thru delivery, but hasnt missed a beat in the customer service department either. They go above and beyond... and exceeded all expectations.

Cricket sold me a RX5 cart for $7,399. But when I tried to use it, it had a catastrophic brake failure on a hill. Only luck prevented the brake failure from killing me and my granddaughter, who were riding in the cart. I reported the problem to Cricket, and they refused to ship the cart back or even arrange to have it taken to a shop to be checked out. My opinion is that no one should ever buy from a company that treats its customers so poorly.Michaels reply neglects to mention that the only service center he identified was across a body of water - with no way to transport the cart there. This cart almost killed me and my granddaughter - and Cricket wont even send someone to look at it

After excitement of getting what would be our beloved cricket, we were let down by the fact it constantly broke down. 30 days later it was returned because both back wheels kept coming loose and nearly falling off twice with our children on the cart. We would still have the cart had it not been for that. There were many other issues with the cart than that but they could have been worked. The last straw was the driver rear wheel being within 1/2” of coming off the cart. We returned the cart but have yet to receive all our money back. Please do your research on carts there are many manufacturers out there. The cart never reached the speed they advertised and their site was changed after my internet complaints. This was another chief complaint I had. You can see the screenshots of their website I shared here. (if the pictures are not showing, you can see them on Yelp). We bought the cart to use in our neighborhood and it could not used. The changing of their website show they admit to that problem.Response to the company’s statement below. This shows how out of touch they are with customers. I canceled a competitors order in order to buy a cricket, not the other way, and after owning the Cricket, which we would still have as it better fit our needs, we decided to build our own cart as we could guarantee its reliability and not deal with issues like we had with the Cricket.Service up until I had a problem was great. After the prob was another story. Good luck. I was never satisfied with the final deal. It was the only option I was given after traveling 700 miles. The agreement they shoved in my face left me no option after 2 days of travel, 700 miles, and hundreds in travel costs. At that point it was, Keep a cart that was dangerous, travel back home 700 miles or get some money back. I was shorted a refund of $1100 plus my travel costs. Who would ever be happy with that??? If you are happy giving up money after numerous issues with product, buy one of these. Their comment below shows they already wrote the cart off, and still refuse to issue a full refund. Again, $1100+ down the drain. This is just the plain truth and not bashing. This review would not be here if I was satisfied and they had issued a full refund.

Just picked up our cart today. Mike and Lori are both great to work with. They delivered in advance and gave us a great deal.if you are looking to purchase a golf cart that is made for an RV or in our case a disabled veteran, this is the place to shop. We got the ESV and it is perfect for what we needed.

We purchased a Cricket Grasshopper and could not be more pleased. It is perfect for our RV trips for use in the campgrounds.It compresses and fits perfectly in our Jeep It is very easy to take in and out of the Jeep.The cart has a backseat and a grab bar for safety.Lori and Mike are easy to deal with. They deliver on what they tell you they can do. You will not regret buying from them.
