Absolutely great customer service. No pressure sale and very honest and knowledgeable about their products. I was very impressed with their selection and great prices. We bought a 150cc trike and a 150cc scooter but they also have beautiful motorcycles and quads. I would highly recommend checking out this place if you are looking or have questions. They have a service center so you have have any upgrades and or work done for you scooter and motorcycles.

I have looked all over the Daytona port Orange Area and have not found a scooter place that can repair my scooter except here. Every one is nice and friendly. They even have people who speak Espanol. I took in an e300 razor scooter because I couldn’t get the new batteries in correctly. They looked at it and shared that it would probably be better to buy a new one( at target) than to have them try to fix it. Very honest and they didn’t charge me.

Great staff and superb service! I had a 150cc scooter but needed something faster for my 26 mile commute to work on highways with posted speeds up to 55 mph. They talked to me about all the different options they had available that would work for my smaller 54 frame. I ended up picking the 250cc Falcon automatic transmission motorcycle. They gave me a fair trade in value on the scooter and a super price on the brand new motorcycle. I am very comfortable both reaching the handle bars and getting my feet on the ground when I stop. When I took it home they said come back if I had any questions or concerns, and boy have I been back. I am a new rider so I have gone back and asked about noises, smells, and how things feel. I have gone back and got help with adjusting my mirrors and to get my oil changed. I even went back and asked about how to clean the bike. It never matters which staff helps me, they always smile and answer my questions, never making me feel silly for asking. I have put about 800 miles on the bike with no problems. I keep up with traffic on my commute with ease. The bike has great power and very easy to handle. I just twist and go, no changing gears. I love leaning into the corners on this bike and breaking is very smooth. I highly recommend Midtown Motorcycles for the staff and service. I recommend the Falcon 250cc motorcycle for anyone looking for something fun and easy to ride.

Awesome place to get your new scooter. Knowledgeable staff and service people. My Italica 30A is awesome and is my every-sunny-day driver between my home in OBS and my shop and office in Holly Hill. Plenty of getup and go crossing the bridges. The only issue is its so awesome my girlfriend wants one of her own!

We’ve taken my sons dirtbike up there a couple times for maintenance and rear tire, also purchased a larger dirtbike from them, their always so friendly and very knowledgeable. Was just in here finding a piece for my scooter that generally you cant just go buy on its own. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to pull a part for me. I recommend this place for any of your scooter needs. Very convenient to have a spot like this right in town because even if you were to find some obscure part on the net you dont have the convenience of just stopping by and getting it sorted.

So, when I tell you that buying from Dave and Midtown Motorcycles & Scooters was a true pleasure, I mean exactly that.They honored a Google coupon the day AFTER the sale, they explained everything in detail, thoroughly, and if I still sold calls, I would have opted to start using some of Daves terminology, because it was open, honest, and easy to follow.My first appointment for preventative maintenance was fantastic, and Dave took time to chat with me and my son about motorcycle law and the reasons why insurance policies are a good idea, even for motor scooters.Let me back up and tell you my story, if you care to read it:My Honda was destroyed when someone ran a stop sign last October. My Tax refunds came in, and I decided that my wife should take our only remaining car. So, I got a scooter. I work about 7.5 miles away from home. I needed something good on gas, affordable, and reliable.I drive a school bus, so I work a split shift. I go to work for 4 hours, I come home. I go back to work for 4 more hours, and I come home. Thats 150 miles a week if youre unwilling to do the math.So, on a whim, I pop into Midtown M&S on Mason on the last day of March.I wanted to use the tax refunds for more things than just the scooter, so I decided to try their SNAP Finance offer, since Im rebuilding my credit. It means you have 100 days to pay off the scooter interest free, or you have a balloon payment that would make that $1,095 scooter about $2,700 at the end, after a year of bi-weekly payments.But, hey, I had a plan to pay it off in under $100 days.And, the fact that a no-credit-check option even exists for people like me ... it was a real boon, let me tell you.The day after the sale, I was on Google and looking up helmets. There was a Google special offer coupon for a FREE HELMET from, of all places, Midtown Motorcycles & Scooters. I called, but it was a weekend, so Dave wasnt in. I asked the guy about it, and he said hed have to check with his boss and get back to me.Later that day, I was on Mason for something unrelated and I decided to pop in.The man at the desk called Dave, who answered on his day off, and told the clerk to go ahead and honor the coupon. I got myself a free helmet out of the deal, and I was delighted.I held off on writing a Google Review about my experience because I wanted to see how my first maintenance visit would go.Back up a little bit; when I first bought the scooter, Dave told me that they would be happy to show me how to change the oil the first time I come in for my first maintenance, and they would show me how to maintain the scooter myself if I wanted to do so.I decided to let the experts do what they do best, and because of how smooth it all went, Ill continue to have Midtown M&S do the maintenance on the scooter.When I picked up the scooter, Dave told me that driving the machine at full speed all the time would shorten its lifespan. When I told him that it wasnt an option, because I prefer to do 40 mph on the roads I use for travel, he suggested an upgrade to the motor, and explained to me the legalities of needing a motorcycle endorsement on my license.I asked if I should trade in the machine to get a stronger one while my scooter still has low milage, and he suggested that I wait at least one year to do so, then explained how the trade in value remains fairly consistent the first year of ownership. He was courteous and honest, and when he could have had the chance to talk me into yet another purchase, he took the honest route in our conversation.Dave seems like the kind of guy youd wanna have a beer with and watch the game. Hes just pleasant like that. Its easy to trust him, because hes very plainly honest every time we talk.So, Im going to take him up on his suggestion to upgrade the engine, license endorsement, and insurance.Now that its paid off, Ill be saving up to get an 80cc BBK added to the machine.Thanks, Dave!----Ken Weaver

I was looking for an E scoot for my niece! A little apprehensive because of a really bad experience From another company in new Smyrna Beach but we decided to go and take a look. The sales staff and all the people that we talked to that work there were incredible! They have a no push sales tactic which works because I ended up walking out of there with two scoots one electric and one gas! I can’t say enough about The excellent customer service except that I feel incredibly confident that they will take care of my scooters whenever and if ever I need them. I will not go anywhere else!

Own a scooter purchased from MIdtown Motorcycles and Scooters. They have taken good care of me so far. Good people and fast service. I can proudly recommend them to anyone. EDIT:: I am adding this in about a month after my initial review. Today I brought my scooter into Midtown Motorcycles and Scooter with out any notice or a call hoping some one could look at an idle problem that was causing the scooter to stall out. Gas prices keep getting higher and I am tired of filling up my truck just to get me back and forth to work and run a few errands. I saved up and started looking for a 50cc scooter. I don’t want to go get a motorcycle endorsement. I looked around a couple places in town before making it to Midtown. I was greeted by David. I told him what I was looking for and he led me right over to their massive stock of 50cc scooters. They had a lot of cool styles but I really just wanted something simple with some storage for my odds and ends. I got a brand new scooter with all the amenities I was looking for and a warranty. They had no problem taking my American Express to cover what I hadn’t saved in cash. Overall, an excellent buying experience. My husband was fixing my scooter and needed some help compressing the valves. I called up and spoke with Tom and asked if i brought in the piece if he could help me. With bike week starting today I was worried but he said yes. So I brought it in and they had me in & out the door in 20 minutes and didnt charge me an arm or a leg. I really needed some transportation. I don’t go far. Just to the store, to my job or back home. I don’t have very good credit but I have worked at the same job for a couple of years and I brought a little cash to bring down. I wanted to check out Midtown. I can see their store from my house and there are always lots of scooters out front. David greeted me and told me all about their 49cc scooters because I don’t want to get the motorcycle endorsement. David helped me get financing to get my little lime green scooter. I am in love. It’s reliable and has a lot of storage for when I hit the Aldis on the way home. You should check out Midtown Motors if you are in the market for a bike. I am going to come back for that little white 50cc Italica next. They were great!

Just purchased a bike from Midtown Motors at a price that was comparable to buying from a personal seller. Great service and great pricing. I worked with Bill and he talked me through every step of the process and even did my paperwork ahead of time so I could just sign and pull off on my new bike. I went to check out Midtown Motors at the middle of May looking for an electric scooter. I don’t have a license but I was tired of riding my bicycle everywhere. When I came in, they had one electric scooter left, David told me they were going fast. I decided to go home and think about it. By the time I came back that afternoon, someone else had bought the electric scooter I had been looking at. I left disappointed that day but David assured me they could have more in by the end of the week. Later that week, I got a call letting me know that Midtown Motors had 4 new electric scooters in stock with three colors to choose from. David really helped me out. I got the electric scooter I wanted (even the color I wanted since I had to wait) and I can’t wait to get around town with a little more ease. They accept all major credit cards which was great because I wanted to put this purchase on my Visa. I would recommend Midtown to anyone looking to buy a scooter.

I had a 2006 Honda CBR1000RR that I was looking to sell but I simply didn’t have the time. My bike was in great condition. I loved my bike but it was time for a change. I called Midtown and spoke with David at the beginning of May to set up an appointment to consign my bike. We made a fair agreement right then and there. I walked away not knowing when I would be hearing back from Midtown. Before the end of the month, I got a call from Midtown letting me know they had sold my bike and had my consignment check ready for pickup. David made the consignment experience quick and easy. I couldn’t be more pleased with my consignment experience and I will definitely be checking back in when I decide it’s time to buy a cruiser.

Every time I am here I am welcomed with a smile and asked immediately what I can be helped with. Someone always asks if I would like a bottle of water while Im waiting for repairs to my vehicle. Very nice place, well trusted in my opinion, and very welcoming. Even when they didnt have any technicians around to fix something, they literally got on their own hands and knees to help as best as possible to get me back on the road.
