My wife and I went to Biketoberfest 2021 and she had planned to purchase an Indian Vintage Chief while we were there. Immediately upon visiting the dealership, we were provided outstanding customer service by the entire Daytona Beach Indian dealership staff, but especially by Andy who was on loan from their Ocala dealership for the event. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and steered us to the absolute best bike for her. We liked her Vintage Chief so much that we went back the next day and bought a Chieftain Limited for me. Again, Andy helped find me the best bike for me and what I was looking for. We couldnt be happier with our purchases and the overall experience at DB Indian. They even helped us load the bikes on our trailer for our trip home. First class dealership and staff all the way!

I had a very positive experience with the people at this dealership. They were easy going and willing to assist me without being too pushy. My sales rep, Steve, was very knowledgeable about Indian motorcycles as well as the other brands out there which helped me make the decision to purchase an Indian motorcycle. I think its important to make comparisons especially to the Harley products that are available and point out the pros and cons of each brand. I was looking to trade because the chrome on my Harley was getting eaten up by the salt water air where I live near the Ocean. The blacked out Chieftain was perfect for me. Now, I hardly notice the road events due to the fantastic suspension and the shifting is tight and smooth. This is so much better than My 2017 Road Glide...hands down!

I have rented many Indians throughout the years and I absolutely love them. When the new Challenger came along, I knew this was going to be my first one. I purchase my 2020 Limited Challenger at Indian Motorcycle of Daytona Beach and the service was excellent. A day after my purchase, me and friends rode around Florida and within 250 miles of the ride, my screen started flashing and shut down periodically. After stopping for lunch, the bike wouldnt start and I had to jump it. I contacted the dealership and they picked it up, changed out the faulty battery and dropped it off. Im grateful for the fast response and turnaround.

They outfitted us with head coverings and helmets and said go have fun and come back in 20 to 30 minutes!What a blast. Im seriously considering getting one in a few months.

Picked up my 2021 Indian Challenger this week. Very positive experience. My sales rep, Ron was very accommodating and helpful. Brian, in finance did a super job. The service team put the accessories on quickly and efficiently. The best part of the whole transaction was working with Tammy the Parts Manager. She is a true Jewel at the dealership.

I just purchased a 2021 Challenger. This is the third Indian I have purchased at Indian of Daytona Beach. Brian has been my salesman for two purchases. He worked with me over the phone before I made the trip to Daytona to pick up the Challenger. Outstanding gentleman. Mike in parts was fantastic. His knowledge of all of the motorcycles and parts is incredible. He set me up with Stage one Ovals which make the bike have a deep, throaty sound. Rick in service got the bike in right away for the install of the pipes and engine guards. Mike and Mikey, the mechanics, had the parts installed quickly. Mike and Brian went over the bike with me, explaining all of the features. Mike even ran out to catch us before we left to let me know the pipes might smoke a few times due to the oil placed in the pipes when packed! This dealership has outstanding customer service. It feels like going home to visit family whenever we go in during rallies and the occasional off season visit. Thanks guys.

My husband and I drove to the Indian Motorcycle Daytona Beach during bike week to purchase a Slingshot. We live about 2 hours away but they had what I wanted when a closer dealership didnt. It was well worth the drive. Brian Charlton was wonderful to work with. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. Pushy sends me running out the door. The only reason Im rating 4 out 5 stars is this. There was another man who was sent to me to handle the financing portion. This man was so incredibly insistent and pushy, I told him to stop pushing or I was going to leave. He kept pushing. I got up to leave. He still insisted I give him another minute to try to give me what I wanted. My husband told me to breathe and wait just one more time. Then the owner came down to meet with me. If it had not been for him, I would have been gone. He was upfront, kind and compassionate. I told him what I wanted (which was to have a monthly payment no more than $----), he said okay and they would make it happen, and they did. I absolutely love my slingshot and drive it about 110 miles a day round trip for work. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. So thankful to them.

I had just stopped at Indian of Daytona to look at a bike I seen online, Ernie came out to help me and I ended up buying a 2017 Harley Davidson Street Glide. Indian of Daytona Beach is a first class business. When my local dealer was not able to get my bike in a timely matter I called Daytona and spoke with Brain. Long story short they gave me the same deal I was getting locally. I fly in and I was in and out in 2hrs. They went over all the features of my new bike. Everyone there was welcoming and treated me great. I will do business with them again.

Sales staff couldn’t answer any questions at all. Or just refused to. Couldn’t give me a cash price on two different bikes I was looking at, or give me a monthly payment on finance plans with a perfect credit score. Talk to two different sales reps and gotten no answers other than come to the office and sit down while we figure it out. Tried online their sales manager was just as difficult took four days to get back to me.Went to Ross Myers walked in and asked the same questions got answered immediately bought a bike was gone in an hour.Apparently a customer standing in front of him a $25,000 in his pocket and a 790 credit score isn’t worth their time or effort. Do not recommend that place at all to anyone.

I have some medical issues which create issues and these guys went out of their way to help me.The dedication to the customer and to product excitement and knowledge of product was over the top. I am a believer now and Id recommend this place to all.

You guys should really consider washing and detailing your used bikes before putting them on the lot for sale. Never seen a more filthy dusty very low mile bike for sale like that. Then you have to make the customer wait at least an hour for a safety check from your service department before a test ride? Ive never heard of that. Why wouldnt you run a used bike through your service department first so you know about the bike.No wonder in the hour we were there there wasnt one customer inside for parts, clothing or bikes and no one outside looking used bikes except us two customers.Good luck with selling bikes like that, never again for us. Too many dealers out there needing our business.

This is one of the most beautiful Indian Motorcycle dealerships I’ve ever seen, inside and out. While visiting during the huge bike rallies like Bike Week and Biketoberfest is a definite must, the rest of the year this place takes on a really peaceful, highly attentive atmosphere that you won’t find anywhere else. I always look forward to stopping by on my Scout and seeing what’s new.

I do not even know where to begin my experience with this dealership was nothing short of astonishing. From the very beginning (Internet ) Mike was informative and quick to respond. When we made the decision to move forward to purchase the bike Brian was a pleasure to work with. He made the entire process quick and easy. Not to mention gave us a killer deal we couldnt get anywhere else. Walking into the dealership for the first time when I flew into sign the paperwork was heart stopping for me. Everyone was friendly and the manger was quick to greet me and welcome me to Florida and the Indian family. I have been to may dealerships over the years but this one was the best. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help me. Even Tammy in parts was amazing! She called me a few days before I went down to work with me on getting a new seat as we knew the stock seat on the bike was not going to work for me. She sent me pictures and listened to my concerns. She went above and beyond to make made sure that seat was there for my arrival everything was perfect. I can’t thank this team enough for all the things they did for me. Living in NH I would hands down travel to work with the dealership again.

I provided my contact information and 10 minutes later I got a call from Jim the sales manager. He explained why the bike was priced the way it was. Jim then gave me a fair price for the bike. I purchased the bike today. Jim and the crew from Indian did every thing possible to make this right.A big thank you to Jim, Ron and the crew at Indian Daytona. I am very happy with the bike and the way they rectified this situation. My rating is 5 out of 5 . I would buy another bike from them and highly recommend them to my friends.Dan kearney.

I purchased a beautiful Indian Springfield from this dealership. This is my 5th motorcycle and my last was a Harley Super Glide. This Indian is the best bike I have ever ridden or owned. The dealership was knowledgeable, friendly, good selection and competitive prices. I HIGHLY recommend the Indian brand and this dealership. Ask for Brian.I also want to add that every time I have gone into this dealership after my purchase, the parts department (especially Tammy) has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the service department (especially Rick) has also been exceptional.
