Highly recommend. I had some issues with my lawnmower and they tried to fix it. The problem wasn’t solved and I brought it back. They problem solved the issue and honored the repair. It’s refreshing to work with a company that will stand behind their work. I will be back.

These folks are awesome! I bought a DR lawn and leaf vacuum on line. (Next time I need a piece of DR equipment, Ill buy it here.) My wife and I worked for three weekends trying to put the enclosure together (the assembly that fits on the trailer and catches the material the vacuum picks up.) We couldnt make it fit. We surrendered, called Ambrosius, and asked if they could help put the enclosure together. They said they could help, and now its all set and ready to go. Absolutely would recommend them. They went out of their way to help us.

Steve the manager was very helpful during the purchase of a Simplicity 61 ride-over deck. When I picked it up about 1 week later the service guys had it set up and loaded it in my trailer which was most appreciated. Unfortunately a few parts were missing and I did not find out about that until I tried to hook up the deck, but they were very helpful and got the parts shipped to me quickly as I live 1&1/2 hours from their shop. Steve was very friendly and accommodating, but the service staff should take a lesson from Steve .

Very smug, arrogant and condescending staff at the service counter, particularly two guys. Maybe they just dont like selling parts to people who do their own repair work. Ive been starting to get service and repair parts, elsewhere.

I can not say enough about my experience today. I bought my first Stihl chainsaw and Steve treated me like I was his best friend. I will absolutely be back for every piece of equipment I ever need. Thanks!

Great service by profesionals

Total overall of my lawn tractor; it is in great shape after they tuned it up and replaced my steering shaft! They told me they would text when it was done, but it got flagged as I had been called when they called about the delay to wait for a steering shaft that was ordered. They couldnt tell me when it was actually completed, but it was ready when I stopped in about a week later than I expected it to be done. So if you think it should be done by date given and they called about anything, then call them to check on status. Great work on the lawn tractor!

Products were well known about but people not the friendliest.

Told me I couldn’t buy a chainsaw today cause they were getting new carpet installed. I knew what I wanted and all you had to do was grab it but instead got ran out of the store...won’t be back and I work in the landscape community...word of mouth travels far. If they were polite I could understand but they were very short and rude.

This place is awesome!! I needed a lawnmower tune up and it was very cheap! They had it done and ready very fast. it worked a lot better than the day I bought it. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a new lawnmower, snowblower, chainsaw, or even just a repair for any out door equipment. This place is awesome!

I wish I would have read reviews before choosing to get service here on a blower we bought here. Very slow, confused, disorganized, and oh my... RUDE beyond belief. Absolutely no follow through or communication regarding updates and delays, or even that service was finally complete. We also own a business, I would be absolutely mortified to have reviews like this, and, I don’t know how we would be able to stay in business. Work may be fine, but customers deserve to be respected and treated a million times better. Will not go back or recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would have. Now they only service brands they sell, but dont advertise that in their ads for snowblower tune ups. Took ours in weeks ago, they said they would look at it this time since they already checked it in, not their brand, then left it outside to be damaged. They did a cheap fix on what was damaged and who knows what the tune up was cause still not running right, but charged us$90. Never seeing us again, and we will be buying new from someone else. Dont go here!

I always have loved dealing with the people of Ambrosius, but tonight they have gone above and beyond. They were servicing my 722D Grasshopper and it needed a lot of TLC. They and I knew that I waited to long to get it in for the service that it needed to have it for my mutant grass this spring. They picked it up before they said that they could, they got it in for the service before they said that they could and I did not think that I would get it back before my growing grass would overtake us. 4 acres of growing grass. I stopped in today and paid my bill. They graciously said that at very best they could deliver it sometime tomorrow but probably Monday. Well at 10:15 tonight, I saw a truck and trailer coming down my road and slowed at my place. I went out front and low and behold it was one of the owners with my GrassHopper. That meant even more to me, he allowed his hardworking people go home to their familys and I believe that he said, I will take care of this.

Bryan and the crew at Ambrosius are always putting the right equipment in my hands when I am looking for durability and longevity. From the lawnmower we purchased along with the snowblower and recently a new chainsaw, they always ask the right questions and know what will work best for the customer and their particular situation. Major attitudes when asking simply when our items would be finished being repaired after having them for weeks and weeks. Condescending and insulting to me. I would never ever recommend taking equipment here. Id purchase new if they were the last repair shop around before theyd get a shot at repairing our power equipment again.

At 12:30 today (April 14th aka Snowstorm Evelyn) our snowblower tire blew! My husband had plowed almost everything but the end of the driveway (we live on a corner and so the plow pretty much dumps 3-5 feet of snow as they turn the corner)...so we were pretty much stuck in the driveway and needed a repair with the impending doom tomorrow (12+inches). I called Ambrosius and they said they were technically closed at noon but would stay open because they knew they were needed today. None of their employees could make it in because of the snow, so it was the owner (Steve) and Im assuming his wife. My husband and I worked together to get 1/2 of the end of the driveway shoveled out and we brought in the tire and they repaired it for pennies. The repair was priceless. Steve (the owner) says...its not everyday you have the owner repair a tire!I appreciate that owner more than he knows.If youre looking for above and beyond service...go to Ambrosious!!!(And just because the website says closed doesn’t necessarily mean they are!)

Owner was extremely rude! He did not even try to sell me a lawnmower after I asked if they would take a trade in. I would have bought one outright if he was nice to me but now I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere!!!!!

Love these guys. Ive bought an Ariens snowblower and a Stihl chainsaw from them over the last few months and have always had great service. Ill be going back soon to get a new lawn mower as well. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products and have access to better machines than what any of the big box stores carry.

Worst customer service! Had my mower transmission fixed a week ago and within one week the same problem happened. Said it’s $80 to come pick it up but they would try to “work with me”. Needless to say they don’t care about being accountable for their work. Then they suggested I go somewhere else if I don’t like it. Take your repairs anywhere but here, it’s worth the drive.

There sales and parts dept are horrible. Stopped down to get a part for my snowblower and the guy at the counter had a bad attitude right from the beginning. Save youre money and go to pamps. This place shouldnt be in buisness. Never going back for anything.

Went there for an air filter for a Toro lawn mower they had one with the foam filter also. I brought the old filter and the employee was very helpful.
