I am so impressed with my experience today at Walmart Auto!!! I was greeted with a smile and they were so helpful. I had a screw in my tire and it only took a 1/2 hour to fix. They paged me in the store when it was done. I love shopping at Walmart and now I will also get my car fixed there as well. Thank you Walmart very impressed!

No line no wait. Im and or in an hour. About $25.00 basic oil change. First come first service

Seems they did a great job replacing my tires. My appointment time was for 12, I was told my car would be ready in about 45 mins (said it would only take a half hour, but they were a little behind from the previous appointment). Which was fine, not a big deal. But, I waited until 1:30 for my car to be ready (and additional 45 minutes). So all in all, I had a pretty decent interaction, just took much longer than expected.

I come here once in a while since its right in town for me and this Auto care has been a fine place to go. The staff has always treated me with respect and have been straight forward. I have never had a an issue with oil changes. My tires have been changed twice at the auto center with no issues. I have had to wait but by choice. I have had a smooth experience time after time.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to De Pere Walmart auto center. I will never come back to this location. My husband and I went in at 8:30 am and there was only one car there. So we were told we are next. So we decide to wait and it was a bad choice. 4 hours later they were still working on the same car that was in front of us. And then they took 2 to almost 3 hours to change our tires. We have to wait a total of almost 7 hours to have our service done. And they don’t even tell you what’s wrong to take that long.

John & Dave in the service center are great. John saved me a significant repair bill with a simple observation. He is very conscientious. I prefer him when I go for my regular oil changes.

They won’t service my tires even with a warranty because other people are waiting for their bought tires to get put on.

Friendly staff with good knowledge about automobiles for being trained in only the basics. Went above and beyond helping with my issue with my spare tire and headlight issue! Highly recommend!

Van is doing good! Got all new tires and an oil change. Associates were super nice and they were done within minutes of the estimated time they gave me.

Worst place to bring your car to for any kind of service. They have novice servicemen who leave your vehicle in a more pathetic state than you took it to them in. I went in for an oil change and they didnt seal it properly resulting in oil leak and not sure what they did to the engine, a part on the car (cant remember its name) started getting red hot which I had to get repaired by a mechanic. The workers at Walmart Auto Destruction Center didnt give a s**t about it when I told them. Stay away from this place and do yourself a favor.

Needed one new tire because it had a slow leak and they wouldnt do it. They have done it in years past for many of my vehicles and now they say they cant do it? They state they have to change all 4 tires. All the other tires are just fine. When does the customer not get what they need to drive their vehicle safely? Well they have officially lost all our business.

Didn’t realize how truly terrible this place is. Needed an oil change and my usual place closed down. Stopped in and was told it would be 1 hour. It was 3 hours and they didn’t keep me updated on why the wait. Apparently a manager needs to check out their work... took him so long to get back to do this. I will never come back and suggest that unless you have 3 hours to waste, you shouldn’t come here either.

Expect 4+hours for a simple job and they will break something on your vehicle. They will also lie to you that it was already broken. Very incompetent. After getting terrible service and broken items for 4 times in less than a year, I just had to write a review about this place. Avoid it if you care about your vehicle.

Horrible service, had to reschedule and drive 1 hr round trip two days only to watch them BEGIN our service of 2 TIRES INSTALLED 45min AFTER OUR 2ND APPT. Also took another 1.5hrs watching 2 employees on their phones and redundantly circle the shop while we were the only customers there on new yeaes eve and new years day. The desk staff did not help at ALL. Will ALWAYS GO TO PRIVATE BUSINESS HERE-ONWARD.

Never go to them...bad experience...they changed my Camry battery without testing the alternator. I found later that alternator was bad..these guys do not know what to do...i got my battery replaced for no reason...waste of time and money..

Driving back to Milwaukee, came in for emergency issue with valve stem malfunction, the guys repaired the valve stem, checked the other tires and had another faulty valve stem. Guys went above and beyond on a Sunday evening, staying later to get the job done. Great job guys

Staff is always incredibly nice and straight forward. Waits are rarely excessivly long, prices are reasonable. Theyve saved me tons of heart ache by noticing serious problems with my vehicle that even my normal shop never noticed.I have never had a poor experience with the staff here. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure that everything was good to go. When my car broke down in the parking lot (starter died) one of the staff members helped to find out what happened and tested my battery for free and tried to jump it multiple times with multiple jumpers, unfortunatly none worked, but he did this all for free and without me even asking. Thats not something you would typically expect from a walmart, but its the reason why I come back every time I need an oil change or new tires.

Always get my tires an oil changed at Walmart in DePere WI. Great service. Not a really long wait. But you can do ur shopping while you wait. Great Store.

Worked here for a short period of time. The autocenter manager Brad is by far the worst manager i have ever worked for. He knew i did not have any experience with vehicles. Brad knew i wanted to better myself. When i would ask questions he would roll his, huff and puff makeing me feel bad to wanting to do things the right way the first time around and wanting to learn. He is diffently big headed n thinks he is better then everyone. Hope he sees this

Was told a half hour and was there for more then two hours, they didnt even do their job, and the two keys I had them make me didnt work on my door so all in all it was a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend it to anybody until they get their employees under control. I did call the manager of Walmart and he has offered me reimbursement . that was literally the only plus to my trip there.....

Would not change a headlight because too much disassembly was required.

Friendly staff. They forgot to install an air sensor but fixed it at just the cost of the part. The only thing is I wish they did alinements show you didnt have to make another appointment elsewhere.

Makes u wait 40 min just to find out they don’t know what kind of oil your car takes. horrible!

Made an appointment for 3pm, was told it would take 1 hour to 1 hour and tributes for 4 new tires. Its now been two and a half hours....still waiting.

Had a rude employee encounter in the automotive department. I wont be doing business at this location again, at least not in the auto section. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to West Mason.
