We purchased another new reefer unit which was installed last week and another APU unit this week which was just installed. As always the whole crew at Gateway from the top down was great to work with. Matt in the service department is amazing. If you ever need anything done he is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in the work he does and the work done by the service department. Corbin is a master and did a fantastic job installing and taking care of my trailer with the unit, chute and entire trailer setup. Nelson and Hayden did a great job on the APU installation.I would not hesitate to recommend Gateway to anyone. Their service department is top notch and they have always worked hard to go above and beyond to make sure I drive away happy.Thanks Matt and the whole crew.-S.R.

I came at 14:30 and the guy told me ha cannot do pm service because his mechanics are ready to go home!!!! It says service open till 11pm! Wow seriously!

Just remember when reading reviews....You can please all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time.Matt is amazing at what he does. You could say, he is as close to a magician as you can get. He is magical at getting your equipment repaired in a realistic and timely fashion, based on the customers circumstances. He may not be perfect in everybodys eyes, but he is damn close to that for many of us in the refrigerated industry. He and his staff, are greatly appreciated by many, including myself.
