A great place to get what you need for your car they have it all I go there all the time

Nastiest place with people with the NASTIEST ATTITUDES. I needed a new car battery and I made sure to ask before if someone could install it for me (WHICH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO). The man told me yes so I bought it. AFTER I purchased the battery, he told me there’s nobody there to install it for me and to go to a nearby mechanic. WHO DOES THAT? Reminder, I’m a college student and had to be at school in an hour. Very inconsiderate and being “under staffed” isn’t an excuse to treat people like garbage and not even bother to help out. If I could give no stars I would. The guy at the front was acting like a baby every time I would ask about something…man up!

I came here to buy a part for my truck and the gentlemen Leonard helped me he went above and beyond to take care of me and I almost bought the wrong part. He wanted to look at my truck to make sure thats what I needed and I was wrong it was a different part and he looked it up but unfortunately I have to go to the dealer to get the part. I thank him so much for all the extra help he gave me😊😊

Craig was very helpful. One of the best workers there. Everytime I go there he gives the best service. He’s the reason I always go to that location.

Great customer service. I needed some wipers for a Jaguar. They were not in stock. The are not the type to say if its not on the shelf we dont have it. No, this place is great. You walk in the door and they greet you and help you. They ordered the wipers and they will be in tomorrow. Richard said, I will put them on for you when you come back tomorrow.But wait, he checked his computer to see if another store had them. One store only had the left side and I needed both sides.Great place.Check them out.

Commercial side is a bit slow and are always hiding in the back.

Called to ask if the in-store alternator machine is working, they said yes. When I got there, they said its out of order. All Autozones in the city have out of order alternator machines at the same time. There gotta be something else going on here, not a coincidence. Never coming back again.

I have had some of the most interesting and friendliest people help me at the store. I love coming here because they understand what I need and they seem experienced enough to reply to my ignorant questions and they actually try to explain things to you instead of brushing you off and acting as though you are a monkey in the middle of the city.

Dave left me on hold for 15 mins then he picked and hung up on me. Extremely slow service in the store. Dave has no idea how to run a store, and Craig is the only employee that knows what he is doing.

This place was a good spot, right now it’s not I went to go purchase a part and they said that part was not in stock at any location but they’ll gladly send it here to this location in about 24 hours he assured me it’ll be there within one day so I purchased the item and the next day, The part never got there, I never received it so I decided to do the benefit of the doubt and waited for next day after that and you know what, the package still didn’t come through.

Really nice workers who treat you with respect. Ive been coming here for 4 years now. They have every part in stock. If not they order it for you right away or find you another AutoZone nearby that has it. Thanks for the jeep headlight and taillight bulbs!

Bunch of lazies, I bought a light bulb replacement to my car and I didnt know how to put it on, I asked the guy and after 45 min of waiting, he went in and said oh I need screw driver to remove, I said Ill wait but he said it was too cold and I should come back when its warmer. I laughed because this is Michigan and the only time its actually warm is in the summer, he said well I cant help ya. Well I guess I cant help this review either.

If I can put zero stars I would. I came in with a battery that I just removed from the motorcycle. First the dismissing attitude that the employee gave me, when he saw me walking in carrying a battery, telling me (even before me talking) that they dont charge nor test, and cant help me. The second which is most important, is that I asked for a new battery then, so he took my battery to bring exact model, brought new one and cashed me out. I asked ok but where is the old battery, he said you traded in, I said no I did not I want it back, he said you have to pay 18$ for it and started dismissing me immediately so next people go in line, I left the old battery and came back home (because I have a new one now right?), to find that he gave me the wrong model which did not fit. So I went back to get the right model, when they saw me walking in they started talking bad saying look at this guy he wants to return and his battery back bla bla. I waited for my turn, and told them that I got the wrong model, they started comparing the old with the current and their shelves, then said that they dont have the right model, I said fine then return and undo what you just did, he said we can only give you your money back, I said and the old battery, he said we cant you have to pay for it!! So they took my the battery from me 10 mins earlier, and then made me pay for it... They asked for 18$ in the first visit if I want to have it back, and then I paid 10$ to get it back in the 2nd visit. And he said 10$ has to be in cash only, and no receipt! These scammers ripped me off with the worst service ever, and wasted my time going back and forth. When I asked for the 10$ transaction receipt, he said he cant the system does not produce such thing for this type of transaction, and told me that he will kick me out if I do not leave immediately the shop (after telling him that stupidity is the main reason for what is happening right there and then - Yes I called him stupid because he is, for giving me wrong model, for trading it in without asking, for trying to steal 18$, then for stealing 10$). Never going to go there anymore.

The employee s are helpful at times but sometimes they dont answer the phone and if they do they answer and place you on hold for ever I was on hold for 37 minutes and I ended up hanging up the phone and called back and told the guy I was on hold and he said ok Im going to place you on hold again
