Beyond outstanding!!!!!! Dante (DB) helped me replace my battery today and he went above and beyond. The whole team was helpful and kind, but I cannot say enough about his help and incredible customer service. I havent had this great of experience in a long time, so I will definitely be back for all of my car needs. Thank you guys SO much!!! :)

Awesome customer service by Chavonne H. and her fellow employee. At about 8:45 pm 1/27/21 15 min before they closed. I had a battery warranty issue that I purchased online and picked up at their store 3 months ago. They couldnt look it up for me because the 2 systems dont intermingle. I needed that battery exchange that night and she made it happen and is gonna deal with the online situation later. Good word goes to her fellow employee in which I called and talked to him ahead of time and told him I was rushing up there before they closed. He had her informed about the situation right of way and they were ready for me when I got there. I was in and out of there faster than normal. Thanks you 2. You rock!

Antonio was working the front desk. He to look up the windshield wiper size and made it very easy to purchase. He told me he was unable to install the windshield wiper which is one of the reasons why I went to auto parts. It was due to lack of staff. he helped the very next person walking outside of the building and looking at their vehicle.

Close to home and easy for me to get the things I need when Im working on my car. Its always an adventure when Im here. The last time I was picking up parts, there was a guy who was causing a scene because they wouldnt accept a return on a part he bought over a year ago. I just had to chuckle at that one.

I was in a nightmare scenario, and Daunte at this location was a lifesaver. I needed to get home (3 hours away) in a rental that had been slowly leaking air out of one tire that was now flat. Daunte checked my tire, filled it up, and helped me get on my way in under 20 minutes. His customer service was outstanding and VERY MUCH above and beyond. I cant thank him enough for his service.

Very bad customer service. Staff is extremely rude and arrogant. This was my first and last time.

Stopped in for brake fluid took almost20 minutes to get out of there extremely slow 🐌 due to being understaffed pretty descent service (a little on the forced friendly part but still ok).
