Manage your expectations.Friendly staff, good location.They do timely work for the cheap prices offered. However, you may find yourself coming back multiple times (and spending more than you hoped for) on the same issue. Oil changes are not as sign outside prices them. Wouldnt recommend unless you need a quick fix for cheap.

DONT GO THERE!!!!!They will try to talk you into spending loads on your car. I went there for a routine checkup because they were doing it for free. The guy comes back saying my tie rods are gone bad and need to replace them or theyll fall of while youre driving. They also tried to charge me for repairing a puncture which I didnt know was there. All the other places do these plug puncture repairs for free. They also give you a hard time while its time to replace something on your car which is covered by their warranty (like brakes changed by them).Try to take your car to a different place.

Come to them for all your car issues, basics and maintenance. If they cant help you (which they usually will be able to 99% of the time) they can refer you to someone that will. I am an Entrepreneur and I use my car for work all the time. I get my oil changed with them every time and if I have an actual problem with my car I bring it to them all the time unless its actually impossible to do so. As old as my car is anytime I have an issue they fix it and it runs like brand new every time its because of them I dont need to buy a new car anytime soon! These guys are awesome and beyond honest I had a problem with my 2011 Mercedes Benz that many shops said would be couple days to get to and required a deposit. Auto tech sent a tech out to my vehicle he had it fixed in 10 minutes with a fuse AT NO CHARGE I even told afford to pay and they insisted on not charging me

Reading is fundamental. I cant stress enough to read reviews before spending your hard earned money. These people are SCAMMERS ! They use junk yard parts & charge you for brand new. Also ALWAYS will tell you & put on your receipt on how they gave you a discount after over charging you. Its they specialty. They said oh yea thats gonna be $2,000 but we gave you a $500 discount. Then you take your vehicle else where & find out it was a $400 job. Just total rip offs. Id give 0 starz if i could. Me & other people they ripped off has contacted the news they will be exposed soon. Dont waste your good money here the dealership charge less then these guys, and will actually fix & put NEW parts on your vehicle.

I checked there work on a warranty repair and caught them using a used part on my vehicle to compensate for a warranty repair. They over charged me on my warranty repair to make up for having to warranty the original repair. Better check the work on your car if you use this place. They never said they were gonna use used parts and they tried to say they did it to have a faster turn around time. It was just a scam.

Took my car to this shop to have repair done to the ABS circuit on right front wheel. Everything went OK until my repair was complete, then the tech lied and told me that I would have to go to an auto electric shop to get this repair. I then asked why they kept my car so long if they knew they could not fix it. The tech replied it is fixed, I just fixed it At this point my head was spinning and I was very confused, it turns out the tech did correct the situation, I believe telling me it needed extra repairs was an attempt to charge more than the $200 that I paid for the repair. I will not use this shop ever again, if you will lie to try to cheat me out of money in my opinion you are not to be trusted. I cannot tolerate untrustworthy people working for me in any capacity.

Absolutely awesome! I was here just for an oil change and I knew I needed an air filter but he revealed something else. a secondary filter that was behind the glove compartment and it was filthy and molded fifty shades of black. The AutoTechs were so kind, they showed me everything that needed to be done immediately. No upselling, just the necessities. Hands down, this has got to be the best service ever and my new place for all my vehicles. I left with oil change an air filter, the hidden compartment filter and a transmission flush under $200. Gave me three free wiper blades, awesome!!! Not to mention every last one of the techs are so very polite, it was a pleasant surprise great to feel like they truly appreciate my business especially when youre up early on a Saturday morning, thanks guys!

This place has messed up my vehicle since March 2020 and still refuses to fix the problem that they have caused I have even told them what was wrong with it under warranty and still refuses to fix it I would warn everyone not to do business with them its been 7 months and I have the same problem they even try to add parts you dont need I took it somewhere else and they tested the battery and alternator and said it is good but they wont even try to make things right please dont go here I have taken it back several times and they refused to fix it said I need a new battery so I bought one had everything tested and my charging system is fine but a simple fix for a door handle replacement became the worst nightmare you can even hear it is loose inside and it continues to drain my new battery unless I lock it by hand they even called me and said that they started working on the wrong door they dont back there warranty I should of known when I saw a brand new Silverado halfway off the alignment rack I dont know how they stay in business. I am warming you dont go here they lie

BEWARE, READ THROUGH REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE! If I could give them zero stars, I would. Work here has gotten very sloppy, for even something as basic as an oil change. While I cannot prove they use junk parts, I think something is going on when they are warrantying a half dozen parts within a one year period because of premature failure. And there will still be charges associated with the replacement of those parts. The biggest offense was when they charged for a transmission rebuild, but instead, installed a used transmission which failed within nine months. Don’t expect any help from the Attorney General—all that was heard back from her was crickets.

Dont be deceived by their friendly customer service i came in 3 seperate times and they misdiagnosed twice and didnt offer any refund spent over 900 dollars on stuff i didnt even need i might as well have gone to a transmission shop and had them sell me a transmission. Theres a reason their only clients are a bunch of old people easily manipulated by their over pricing on everything they seem nice but obviously they didnt know what they were doing.They claimed it because of the way you driveIts a safety issue we cant take it off if its was such a safety issue how did you not spot it when i first came and you diagnosed my brakes and tie rod??? Also they didnt even show me the part that was damged i shouldve asked to see it but its too late now. This issue is still not fixed btw at this point im just going to live with it. They keep mentioning that i came in for rattling noises but there must have been some form of miscommunication between them because i only mentioned clunking the man i worked with even confirmed i didnt say rattling on the paper. I remember they wasted time adjusting my jack in the trunk thinking that was the issue. I never mentioned rattling.

Firstly, I called and wanted to ask for pricing on an oil change and a full service. I was put on hold twice.The first time I was on hold for a good 8 minutes. I was sent to a different person. Unfortunately, the second person did not know the pricing, and transfered me again and put on hold.The second time I was on hold for 20 seconds. After the 20s on hold, I was hung up on.Secondly, after arriving and wanting to get an oil change, I was told that they were unable to service my vehicle because of a leak. This i understand and they were kind enough to let me know, but I left not getting serviced. A waste of time. Dang.The 1 star is more so the irritation of being put on hold and not getting my questions answered.By the way, an oil change is 19.99, but i still have no idea how much a full service costs.Also, a bottle of Lucas is 19.99... where autozone down the street has it for 9.99(on sale atm)
