Great shop with the quality of their mechanical work. My father, my family, friends & myself are well over two (2) plus decades long repeated customers with the master mechanic working there. The master mechanic Mr. Craigs quality of work is trustworthy, honest & gives it to you straight with fair pricing, length of time the work will take, & type of work that needs to be done to your vehicle at that point in time youre there that will keep your family, your vehicle, & yourself safe on the road. Its a smaller type of auto shop so if theres work that the shop isnt equipped to do at that point in time youre there with your vehicle, Mr. Craig can refer you & your vehicle to other competent auto shops that will be able to help you get the work needed done & keep you safely on our Michigan roads.

Excellent service - quick, friendly, reasonable cost.

My car has had several problems in the past, but Beech Monroe Auto Service is the only place I have actually received quality service and honesty. Craig, owner of the establishment, was honest about what actually needed to be done to my car and gave a very good estimate. Unlike other mechanics I have been to, Craig was honest and did not try to overcharge me. Not only was his personality exceptionally nice, but the service was amazing as well. My car is all better now and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend this mechanic, and I know that I myself will consider him my first choice if I should have any car issues in the future! Thanks so much Craig!

I have been taking my vehicle to Beech and Monroe Auto Service Center for a few years now. The work that has been performed by Craig; an exceptional Mechanic, is and has been outstanding. His quality of work maintains my vehicles peak performance ( pricing is reasonable as well).

I just got an appt. @ Hubbard West Towers, which is 100 ft from Beech Monroe Auto. Craig the owner did a great job on my truck on 8/27/18. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Completely misdiagnosed a bad fuel pump as a bad battery which of course didn’t solve the problem, and when confronted had a terrible attitude. Took it over to R n R auto in Lincoln park and had the fuel pump fixed that day. No problems since. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

Craig is the man, quick, cordial, great mechanic and decently priced. Wouldnt take my jalopy anywhere else.

Well, I just went there to get some help with some stuck lug nuts cause I didnt have a breaker bar, the mechanic was super helpful and gave me different options as to what to do, he didnt want to charge me for such a easy thing to do so he showed me what to do and said he could do it for me or I could go home and do it and come back and hed help remove them. Great service, also like the fact that is good old American owned and operated.

Owner dose all the work himself and wont give u a runaround.

My car drives better than its driven in years after taking it in to beech Monroe auto. I had quite a few things done and still had my car back within a day, I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely go back.

I did not like the service offered to me. The result was defective in itself and I eventually ended up losing 200$ more whereas it was a straight forward job that I could do at any other drive-in service center.

Great experience and Im glad its open again.
