After spending 1000+ on my car and days of back and forth my car is still broke and they dont know whats wrong.

They were professional, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return for repairs in the future and refer others.

Had work done here once and all was well. Good price, quick service. Next time I was there for some work, I was told I needed shocks and was told they were leaking. I did not address this and at my next oil change at my dealer, I asked them to check my shocks. The dealer took me back to my car which was on the lift, showed me with a flashlight how there was no leakage with my shocks. None, and car shouldnt even need them at the age of the car. I called the owner of Westborn and told him of this. He was puzzled. I have not been back. Just cant trust them now.

This year has been the year for repairs. For a few years I have not needed any repairs, however this year I have had several repairs needed on my car with weeks and sometimes months in between. I was referred to Westborn Auto by a friend and I have been pleased with the service I have received every time I have gone into the shop. They try to give me the best deal and keep the cost down. The mechanics and owner are always pleasant to me and have even waited at the shop for me to pick up my car even though they were technically closed.

Had my truck here for the first time they matched a previous estimate I was given and were even helpful enough to set me up with a discounted rental car since my repairs were going to take a few days to complete. My truck rides great again and they were very good about keeping me up to date through the process. Fair and up front didnt try to sell me anything more than what I already needed I would definitely reccomend these and use them again!

Went to Westborn Auto 3 years ago and Ive never had to find another shop since then. Dave and his staff have always taken care of all my auto needs with friendly and reliable service. I will always refer my friends and family because of the trustworthy service Ive gotten. Thank You Guys, H

They are very helpful, friendly and courteous. After I dropped off my car, they were willing to drop me some place nearby while they were fixing it and my car came to me within a few hours. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the great service!

Pulled in right as they closed, just the owner was there. My oil was at 0%, he stayed and did the oil change and made sure everything was good to go. Wish more places and people cared like he did. Will definitely go back !!

I have had my car here twice. The first time was great, second time ok. They forgot they had my car, but it got fixed right and for a decent price. I will go back. I like the employees and that I can get my car fixed for a reasonable price.

Ive been taking my family fleet to Dave for over 3 years. I have 4 cars all between 9 and 15 years old. Dave has consistently done good, honest work.

I will never bring my vehicle here for service and thats just based off the bad attitudes coming from the front office. Its called customer service, they need to do some research on it. I do feel sorry for the employees that must work there with those Bossholes!

This business went above and beyond to fix my car, they have excellent service and reasonably priced to. My number one choice car repair shop.

Absolute worst service I have ever received, told me I needed a fix of nearly $1200 I took it to 2 other places afterwards who gave me quotes of $500-600. Place should be shut down, beware of the scams. Go somewhere that actually cares about their customers, not to someone who wants to fill their pockets. The owner drove a brand new mustang fully loaded, paid for by scamming his own customers

I did not feel comfortable at all. Professionals would provide detailed estimate for parts and labor, this place will not put it in writing. Only verbally and one has to ask many questions to understand what are the different senario that are possible to figure out the best senario and the worst one.Diffinatlly, it is not my place. I like to shop to make sure that Im getting the right service for the required work.

My car broke while I was in town on buisness. I called this shop because it was the closest to me. I told the shop I was on a time crunch and needed the car repaired same day. They squeezed me in even though they were understaffed, told me up front probable time line and cost estimate, with a professional attitude, and got the car fixed without trying to take advantage of the situation. That is customer service in my book.

Dave and his crew are Outstanding!!have taken my car in for different repairs..ie..brakes struts oil changs ectand they have Always done a super job..kepp up the good works guys!!

People in the office are rude and I was put off by the big guy and the guy with dark hair - will NEVER go back!
