I promised to give them my business when purchasing a new vehicle. Purchase a newer vehicle from Ron. It was no haggle. I received a great value on my trade in and a full tank of gas in the new one. They were honest and upfront and asked my permission to shop for a better interest rate than what my current lender was offering.

The quick lane here is top notch, Ive always been treated well here and they go above and beyond. They fixed a leak in my tire today without charging me. Why would I go anywhere else.

Recently had major work done on our 2015 Ford escape. Parts were acquired in a timely fashion and service was done professionally and with courtesy. I was informed along the way How the repair was progressing. We also had a new set a tires put on the car priced very competitively!. Car was also detailed inside and out beautifully. They finally replaced my speaker (on the 3rd visit), after I took it in and complained about it rattling, 2 prior times. They were accomodating by putting me in a rental car, the 8 days they had my car, since they had no loaners available. I did appreciate that very much. Although they declined to advise me, there would br a $50 deposit for that rental. Thankfully, I had both a debit and credit card. But had I not, it would have been embarrassing & an inconvenience. So, hopefully in the future, the service employees at Jack Demmer will advise customers of that. Overall, Im a satisfied customer.

I had my vehicle in three times in less than a month for a liftgate that wasnt working. They failed to fix the problem all three times. After the third time, I called asking for a refund on the deductible I paid on my warranty. I was told I would get a call back from a manger but never heard back.
