The ONE! THE SOLE store in Michigan where I was treated with respect and honored as a customer. The Manager Chris got me squared away quickly before and after i picked up my products. I had no line to wait, nobody not believing I was the owner of the account, no other workers or patrons secretly calling me racial slurs near the office door.I was respected and humbled to be there. I WILL bring other customers in that store and only that one.You need better Wi-Fi btw

Today I came into the store to get the new iPhone. I was greeted by Christopher and he gave me the best customer service. He was knowledgeable about the phone and how I could upgrade my plan. I randomly decided to upgrade my phone and I got so lucky. Christopher answered all my questions, was super patient and helped me back up my phone in the store so that all my apps and stuff transferred over. He made sure everything I needed got installed on my new phone and was super chill when I wanted to make sure I could log into all my apps 😅 also helped me pick out the cutest case ☺️😍. I’m pretty sure I was a really annoying customer, so I am very grateful I had someone as awesome as Christopher to help me.

The guy was really nice and professional even though it was only for a screen protector but the way he handled my Samsunggalaxy note 20 ultra was good and the screen protector I have it was call black ice its 70 dollars I like it so far and I cover the screen for any damages up to $250 so it worth the price to me

Not very happy. I came in to upgrade from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 11. Service rep was personable, friendly, and helpful. He sold me the iPhone 11, an Otterbox defender case (my uninformed choice), a Spigen fast wireless charger (which doesn’t include the A/C adapter) and a Spigen GlastR screen protector. He spent an hour and a half transferring my data from the old phone to the new phone but less than half of the apps were transferred. I declined a second attempt and spent time at home wiping the new phone clean and reinstalling the data correctly and completely. The wireless charger doesn’t fully charge the phone after all night and after researching the defender case online, it is clear that this is a frequent problem. I wish someone had told me. Conclusion is that I would have been better off doing my own research and buying online. Sheesh!

As a Verizon customer this was not my first time visiting this location, but it was my best experience yet. To make a long story short, I took my ward to this location to upgrade her Galaxy 7 Edge. The customer service rep that assisted us was Ryan, and he made things so easy, and pleasant! He was courteous, attentive, helpful, explained everything in detail, and was ultra professional while doing it all.I ended up not only upgrading my wards Galaxy 7 Edge to the new Galaxy S9+, but Ryan did such a good job explaining all the specials Verizon had going that we ended up going with the family plan, and I got a new Galaxy S9+ myself!Kudos to Ryan! This was a five star experience if there ever was one!

HATE VERIZON. Left after about 15 years of being a customer here. Once we discovered we were paying more then twice what other people we knew were for the exact same services!! When I asked what Verizon offered that was unique or different from other companys for us to be paying so much more, the young man behind the counter said I really dont know. EVERY Verizon store Ive EVER been in has always had high pressure sales staff as well. I dont like how pushy they are at all. Those are just a few reasons......

On 2/6/18 I needed a new phone. Going back to flip phones my wife and I have been happy at Wireless Solutions Center in Fairlane Mall so I went back.This time I was helped by Sade, who laid out the iPhone choices. I dont need the fastest processor and the camera on the SE is good so thats what I got. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. Then she started the cloud thing, transferring all the photos, texts, and voluminous contact info into the new phone.But what if all that stuff vaporizes? A lot was riding on this, like getting a blood transfusion at a hospital. I sat down and read for a few minutes. Soon Sade handed over the finished product and everything was there. Happy camper ever since. This is a good example of the service here.

Have been into this location twice, for two separate projects. Both times, worked with Mary, who might be the most competent human I’ve met in any field. On the first visit, I thought we were asking the impossible, walking in with two phones and three tablets, hoping to move accounts between them in a way that only happens when your sister has a grand plan for your old gear. Mary asked what we wanted to do (which took about 10 minutes to explain), and had all the gear completely redone in less time it took to explain. Was like watching a Jedi Master at work... Went back yesterday and was fortunate enough to find Mary in the store that day, and she helped shuttle everything to to a new phone in a seamless and swift way that most of us thought would be possible sometime in the far future, but she somehow manages to make happen in the present. I usually Im satisfied with my service however today I experienced one of the worst customer service today when my daughter and I walked in and Caro who was standing at the register did not acknowledge us when we walked in nore did she acknowledge us when we were 50 in from her face at the register while she engaged in a personal conversation with a young man. when my daughter spoke and said hello she then said oh Hi. We came in to purchase a iPhone charger that I had a warranty for. before she even looked in my account she told me that I had to go to the store that I purchased the charger from which was not true. I then called customer service at TMobil. . Asia explain to me that that was not the issue however she ordered the charger and is having it shipped to me at no cost. She also documented my experience and sending it to corporate.
