They talk really nice, but are NOT truthful when they say were family and were always gonna take good care of you. Thats just a lie. Theyre only nice until they get your 💰💰💰. After you pay them, if you have a problem they simply ignore you. Theres no way I would EVER refer ANYONE to this crew.

Buyer be ware I purchase a car from an employee name Billy who real name turnt out to be Kevin a month ago when I got home the car was leaking oil I call office spoke to Kevin who rudely didn’t want to help me mind you he told me his name was Billy when I first spoke to him he started I need to speak to LaShonda Vana who is the financial person who was never in the office when I call finally after calling office all day Kevin answer and gave me a auto mechanic that Atlanta Prestige Motors use I took my car there on the 3rd day of purchasing it they told me to take the car back it was no good and Atlanta Prestige Motors should not have sold the truck which is a Mercedes ml 350 because the truck was never serviced and it was suppose to be serviced before it was sold I call Kevin back who told me there was nothing they could do I could turn the car in and put another down payment on another car and hung up in my face I kept calling back finally another sales person answered I ask to speak to LaShonda who told me upon purchasing car that it was fully covered under warranty that was not true at that time I had only had the car for a week they stop answering the phone finally after using some one else phone to call office LaShonda picks up I explain everything that was going on with car to her she basically said she couldn’t help cause someone put on my file that it was a legal matter and there is nothing they can do the customer service it awful please tell everyone you know to stay away from this place they all talk a good game that turns out to be nothing put lies and on top of that my sister never received her referral fee and the owner is always out of town so once you sign the paperwork for your car and drive of lot all hell brake loose with the car because most of the cars on the lot are lemons and has not been service

Don’t buy from here. I bought a mustang gt from them everything was fine. It had a ticking noise coming from it so I’m thinking nothing of it like it just needed a oil change.Turns out my lifters were bad & that cost roughly 365 to replace not only paying 1000 to get someone to fix it. I let them keep my car for a week to fix the problems, nothing was touched. My horn never worked after they said the mechanic looked into it, tires needed to be replaced they completely ignored me after telling me they were going to replace them. Now 3 months in, my car is still running but have to go to the mechanic every other week because I keep finding problems. Spent at least 2500 on the car in 2 months. If they recognize your number & see that you keep calling they’ll decline it. Call from a different number & answer. They’re bs. They sell lemons. It’s like having to rebuild a bad car. Update: 8 months of having the car the engine blew. The good reviews are fake. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I bought a car there and immediately had to spend $2,000 in the same WEEK mind you there was at least$5,000 worth of issues but I didnt have enough to fix everything. I wish I saw the reviews before I bought a car here. I had to get a jump and buy a battery the very next day and the check engine light came on that same day. They wiped the dashboard to make it look like everything was fixed. The person who sold me the car (Fred/Farhad) stop taking my calls. Hamid/Alex tried to send me to an inexperience mechanic and refused to take it to a professional nor did they fully reimburse me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They will lie instantly!!

Jason sold us the H3. a day after buying we discovered we had overlooked the fact that the odometer was not rolling. Mike O. the owner/GM personally took charge of the problem. He came to our house after hours and tried to diagnose the issue but it was late so he left his car with us took mine to a guy he knows who speaks GM got the BCM synced up and the next evening he brought it back full of fuel.

I got a 2011 Honda Insight Hybrid from here, it was a great deal! I will return when I’m in need of another car. Just beware, the lot is small so there isn’t much space for parking. Everyone who works here is super nice and reasonable when talking prices. There was a communication issue because to many people were involved in fixing a situation but it was resolved quickly. I plan on purchasing another car within the year, if they have great choices, I will return.

This is only because they have such a large inventory on a small lot. It may also help you if you dont bring a lot of small children or a group of persons not involved in your buying process, only because the show room is small as well. This place is a scam. Bought a 2010 Q5 Audi beginning of November. Told them I had gotten the money because my mom had recently passed away and that was her last gift to me. I put $8,000 cash and financed $1,000 with a bumper to bumper warranty. The same week had to put a new right front tire on it. The week after that noticed a huge oil leak and the car shaking after 50mph. Then, the auto lock for the left side door stopped working. Plus much more.. We called and spoke to David, all he said was call the finance place who carries the warranty and they will have to fix it. Could care less about our safety. I have 4 young boys and the car is unsafe to ride in. Call the finance people and they have had other issues with That dealership (if that’s what you want to call them) and want us to send in a detailed diagnosis of what’s wrong with the car so they can take further action and will not use them again. After completing that, we new about a slight fender bender occurred with the vin number but that vehicle was also in an accident where the car had to be towed away. All we asked was for them to fix what was already wrong with the vehicle, nothing more. Now, I’m stuck with a vehicle being appraised at $4,000 and paid almost &10,000 for. No major accidents were disclosed. I am going to write everyone I can about this dealership, going to the Better Business Bureau and reporting them. I am stuck with an unsafe car and can’t get enough for a trade in and all I wanted was it fixed the way it should’ve been before they sold it and knew the condition of the vehicle.....Thank you for listening!!

Inquired about a S80 V8 Volvo and contacted both by email and phone . As I am in NC I was asking many questions about the vehicle which I was getting quick replies. Once I started asking about the engine I never heard back from them. Be weary.In response to you. I know its a V8! I was asking specific questions about the engine and whether it has been washed with water as it is bad for this particular engine. Since I did not get any response I took my business elsewhere!

I suggest no one purchase a vehicle from this company. They do nothing but lie to you just to take your money and make a deal. You can call them a million and one times to try and fix the issue they lied about with your car, for them to ignore you. Sometimes you’ll call for Alex and get a completely different person calling you back trying to fix the problem. If I’m calling for Alex, why is David calling me back trying to tell me what Alex and I spoke about? They do nothing but try to make it seem like you are the problem. This company is nothing but a scam. I bought a Ford from them not to long ago and next time I’ll go to the Ford dealership. At least the dealerships are true to their word and actually helps the customers. They don’t lie on their customers or cause their customers to have an unneeded headache.

I was interested in buying a vehicle from this dealer but they was too focus on how much money I was putting down instead of getting me and my spouse approved. When I first went to test drive the ehicle I asked if they had car fax for truck and I was told no. Im glad they continue to ask about down payment which pushed me away. Something about this dealer didnt seem right from day one. Glad I choose to go to the Infiniti Dealer much better cars and no down payment I got to keep my $3k.

We visited this dealership three weeks ago and after test driving few cars,we ended up buying a vehicle from this place, that we liked it the best. They were patient enough to get few cars moved to let us test drive 3 different cars,nice showroom and waiting area with Air conditions running and TV while we were waiting to get an approval from USAA. So far no problem with the car that came with 6 months limited warranty.

I test drove a car and pointed out 3 issues with the car. They said they would fix them but they didnt. They wiped the dashboard and everything that was an issue before the purchase was there the next day. This was a horrible experience and I will never buy a car from here again. WOW! This place is TERRIBLE! If they had negative stars, I would have given them a -5 star rating! I had a deal on the table they agreed on and went through my bank to process the loan. After a couple of days (the bank normally takes a couple of hours tops to funds loans) I called to ask the status on the car and come to find out they accepted an offer from another person after we already agreed on a price. On top of that, I asked for the CARFAX and the miles on the CARFAX didnt match the miles on the odometer...30,000 MILE DIFFERENCE. So, Im glad the deal didnt go through, but for ANYONE looking for a car, I would recommend you go somewhere else!

All I can say is when buying a used car please do your home work. If possible have the car youre interested in looked at buy a mechanic. Also test drive the car and I mean drive the car like you would if it was yours. Theres nothing worse than buying a used car and the day after you get it home the check engine light comes on...

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent hatchback from this dealership back in 2017 and honestly the car ran fine, no major mechanical issues. HOWEVER I had a small collision in the car in early 2019 and my car ended up being a total loss due to previous (and major) repairs that had been done to the car, work that had not been mentioned upfront, nor had it been on the CarFax when I bought the car.The car had apparently been T-boned and the whole drivers side pillar and chassis had been bent, rebuilt, and reshaped to “look” ok to someone who didn’t know what to look for, and also the driver door had been replaced. This issue caused the door to leak anytime it rained, and more importantly made the car TOTALLY UNSAFE. Had I been in a side collision I very much could have ended up with serious injuries, so I’m lucky the accident I was in was a bumper to bumper collision.I’m not saying don’t buy a car from this dealership, but DO YOUR RESEARCH and make sure you know what you’re looking for. The salespeople, while nice, aren’t honest about the car and will potentially give you a “clean CarFax” that is absolutely incorrect and conveniently missing information.
