I bought a 2007 Mazda 3 from here 6 months ago. They were very helpful and professional. The car has been super reliable. I even took a trip to Texas and back last month, it I had no problems. Went here and got my 2014 Chrysler 300. It was a lemon sold with no inspection. Poor customer service at best! Make sure you bring a mechanic with you. Beware of these reviews they will right your review for you while you sign paperwork. I will add that I personally saw a few other disappointed customers while I was there. Definitely NOT TOP NOTCH!

Absolute hands down worse dealer my family has ever dealt with in 37 years. Pay cash for a car drove it off the lot. Months later still not able to get a tag for the vehicle. This is a scam place brought my car cash November 8th 2020. For hours into driving the car the check engine light came on. We inform the owner he agree to fix the car. I had to wait until January to get the title. I took my car up there to him and he has my car till this day. BAD BUSINESS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE dont have a tag or a plate.

I went to top notch looking for a car under 4,000$ . I ran across Quan Facebook ad. He told me to come up to meet with him. He showed me a couple of cars that was in my price range . We test drove a couple of cars, the 1 that I wanted ran pretty good . Then he also told me the small stuff that I needed to get done. Very helpful easy and quick process

Horrible Business, Fraud listing, Bad Vehicles,I only gave 1 star because I could not post without choosing something. There should be a negative rating. Purchased my car from this Top Notch and my battery light populated. I was told a new battery was put in and they need to reset. Then a day later my check engine light came on. Come to find out no emissions was done on the vehicle. Vehicle sold without emissions which is 100% illegal in the state of Ga. I took the car myself to see about emissions to see what the issue is with the vehicle and 2 codes came up (evap, and 0705 trans) so basically car could not pass emissions. Noone has called to check for status or anything. I think they suppose if they dont call then it will all go away. They want me to bring the car back to be looked at but as advised I want a refund. Nothing they can say at this point is creditable with the illegal business that was done. And for all of those reading if you have not received your tag that is because your car is most likely not inspected. No inspection = No Tags. Theyre looking at a big Lawsuit, and even further a class action lawsuit if all the customers get together and petition. Noone has money to waste on bad business deals.

***!!!!UPDATE!!!!2=year update,:::My wife and I purchased a very expensive warranty We had an issue we tried talking to top-notch and they ignored us even though we paid cash did everything the lady asked we were ignored We paid the extra $550So we would have the peace of mind of purchasing the car and the warranty. And now we feel like we were just put to the wayside and we are being ignored and were completely disgusted with the way we have been treated We thought we were had made a good deal made friends with top-notch but I feel taken advantage of so beware!Have been very helpfullEveryone that was working were super nice. I have not received MY TITLE nor have they sent the paperwork into the DMV for the license plate. I have waited since November 2020, and I have not received received anything yet, I had called several times, and received the same response “we will give you a call soon.” I NEVER get a call back from anyone. Now I am having trouble getting my TITLE and my LICENSE PLATE.

Bought a vehicle here not even a month later transmission went out.... only reason I gave 2 is because the body and interior of the van was in good condition... So I invested in getting the major work done. I returned with my finance to find another vehicle mentioned the issue with our first purchase through them only to be told a warranty could have been purchased for a little more but No one mentioned that at the closing of the purchase... Can say I will purchase here again...

Top notch motors tried to sell me a lemon second day driving my car was messed up and I had to pay a lot to get it fixed it paid off because they waved the balance I owed. The miles they told me was on the car was incorrect and I guess sense I was a women they felt they could get away with it because I didn’t know how to check it. Over all its been a while and no problems with the car so... I guess take the risk just don’t trust their words. Bring a mechanic‼️ ‼️Don’t go without one . Just because you wanna shop black owned and support a black owned business support the ones that support you.

Do not buy cars here, they only care to sell no matter how the car is, I went and buy one and it took a while for the papers to arrive and when I went to get the license plate they told me that they had not registered it, and I have to go back with them again.

Very deceptive! Do NOT buy from this guy!!! He posted pictures of a vehicle online and once we bought the car and saw it, it was a totally different car. He stated it was drivable and it was not. He showed a car that had a clean body and yet it was cracked and scratched up. Tires looked new online but when we saw it they were flat, rotted rim. Just a total disappointment trying to patronize this business. Dude went and took pictures of another car that is very similar and posted it for sale. Total loss!

BUYER BEWARE: NO STARS —They sold my Girlfriend a bad car that needs a new transmission after they told us the car was completely fine and ready to go. Although we signed an “as is” with no warranty, we weren’t expecting the transmission to be gone within only 2 weeks of having it. When we bought it they said it was completely fine and advertised that it wouldn’t need any repairs. What they did to us was wrong and unprofessional. When we asked how they could fix the situation, the owner said multiple times that he’d handle getting it fixed for us since we couldn’t pay for a new transmission but when we called back for an update on the car, he tells us that it’s $1,000 for a new transmission and that we’d have to pay that. All this After first giving us the run around for two weeks. We would’ve never purchased it if they’d been straight up and honest about the car and it’s condition. Also haven’t received the title nor tags and they tell us weekly that we’ll receive them on these random multiple dates. They don’t actually check out the cars to know what’s wrong with them but insist they have. Basically they stole our money and gave us a car they knew wasn’t good. Even when paying for it, we were told one price one day and another the next. They move very shady which makes everything that much worse. Customer service sucks as well and the lady at the front desk is seriously rude and sarcastic. They are messing with people’s lives with things of this caliber and don’t have any accountability. Just save yourself the headache and issues and go somewhere else. Not worth the risk.

AVOID AT ALL COST.Do not go to this place to buy a car. They dont service them at all. I brought a challenger from them which had body damage and they said they will fix it that i should return on Saturday, now Im told oh there body shop man isnt here etc. They avoiding my messages, On top of that they said they will pay half on the taxes if i buy it that day. the car i found out the taxes is $400 but they charge a title fee of $88 when thats actually $18.Dealer fee of $200 which most places charge $150 or wave it when you buying the car cash. They did not pay half of it at this point they need to pay it in full and give me my title since i have to go drop a new transmission in it now.Please have what ever they say to you in writing and sign it before you buy anything if they say they will fix it. In just 3 days my transmission now is acting up i saw a massive oil/transmission leak this morning as i backed the car out and now the transmission have given up.AVOID, i repeat AVOID THEM ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE 100% TRUE AVOID THIS GUYS AT ALL COST. I will probably be seeking legal action against them (thank god for having a family attorney who is extremely good at his job) last time a dealership tried to sell me a lemon i took them to court and they lost the case and i got my money back.AVOID THIS PLACE you will thank me later. The cars look clean but trust me they arent mechanical good.

That was October 2019... still no title..I’ve already called and called... the car needed a new transmission btw...I’ve been through hell and they are extremely deceptive.. the add lied about the cars year and condition and I’ve have to get a lawyer. Absolute pettiness and they don’t care. I promise you they don’t. DO NOT GO HERE! My life’s been stressful ever since.. don’t do it to yourself. That’s real . It’s sad too

Buyer beware! My wife and I purchased a vehicle from these folks on July 18 2019. We still have not received the title! This is a CRIME! We have called many many times. We have spoken with Marcus, mike, Tanya, and another lady whose name I cannot recall. Everyone said they were so so sorry and it would be handled immediately. It is now two weeks later. We have had to get an extension on our temp tag. However the tag office cannot extend it again. Now these people either ignore our phone calls when they see it’s us calling or the put us on an eternal hold. It’s a shame because my daughter loves the car but she won’t be able to drive it in 5 more days because these people are FRAUDS!! Protect yourselves and go to ANY other dealership in the area. There are so many!Ps I will be pressing charges for auto fraud

I came across this vehicle on OfferUp where my father and I were given the impression that we were purchasing from an individual. But when we met up, we arrived at this dealership. This was the first fishy, but legal red flag. Looking at the vehicle, it was evident that the photos had been taken a long time ago, and were taken in someones driveway, NOT a dealership. The car was dirty, and had an unpleasant mildewy smell to it. You would think theyd take pride in their vehicles and at least make sure theyre clean and presentable! It was my first car so I was new to the process, and fortunately for them I fell in love with the car after the test drive, despite all of the bad signs. I also ended up spending hundreds more than expected towards dealership fees & services because the guy never mentioned he was a salesman at a dealership. Not to mention that were still responsible for standing in line at the DMV to pick up our own tag after spending an extra $700. The most troubling factor that I noticed after purchasing the car due to pure excitement from my first major purchase, was that the mileage was advertised at 23,000 LESS than it actually was. I am utterly disappointed at the way this place conducts their business, and at the fact that I will probably end up having to sell this car sooner than I intended for one with less miles. I can only hope that they will do better in the future! Please be more upfront and honest about your vehicles! Honesty goes a very long way.

And can’t even get a temporary tag due to the illegal and fraudulent actions of this company. This is after purchasing a $4500 car. There has been no accountability on the behalf of Top Notch motors or its employees. Do not give these people your money, they will take your money quickly but when it comes to getting the paperwork needed on your car, you will not receive it. Also, the young lady at the front desk is very unprofessional and combative when you try and get clarity and understanding as to why business is not being done accordingly. Legal action has been taken from here as we are no longer interstate in hearing lies.

STAY AWAY! Car was not aligned when purchased. Tried to call and work something out but instead was attacked by Tanya, who was working and argued with me. It’s like they do not care about anything that happens to their customers and its hasn’t been 30 days since I purchased it. Not only that they lied about the contract and I had to pay extra than what I agreed on. Worst dealership ever! NEVER DO BUSSINESS HERE.

Early October, I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. It was a used car in which I expected. I knew there would be small problems to get fixed and I got them fixed. The day that I purchased the car, it had a clicking noise in the steering wheel. I call TJ (one who sold me the car) and he told me to come up to the shop the following Monday around 12-1 pm. I called Him before coming and he told me that he will call me when he reaches the shop. So I waited and didn’t receive a call. I called back MULTIPLE times and received NO ANSWER. I even Shot him a text and received NO REPLY. They know how to sell cars but customer service is not up to part. Basically if it’s not about cash when it comes to these people they don’t care. I have paid a lot of money to get the steering wheel fixed. PLUS, around the beginning of this month (November) I went to the shop to pay my taxes on the car. I asked for TJ... guess where he was ? NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. If you’re looking for a car to buy, make sure they’re good people.
