Fantastic service. They went above & beyond to help me get carpeting quickly. Ordered on Tuesday & it was installed on Friday. The installers were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job. Awesome experience from start to finish. Id also like to mention that Superior was $50 LESS than the quote from Lowes. Will definitely use Superior for future flooring.

This is a family owned business and they treat their customers like family! They are SO nice, honest and do great work! They were very patient with us as we were indecisive and needy at times and helped us with design ideas. They did our entire house from wood, tile, showers, LVT, and carpet. I highly recommend them!!!!

After receiving numerous quotes from around the madison area, we decided to go with Superior carpets--and so glad we did! It was an excellent experience from the price quoting to the install. Everything worked seamlessly for a perfect experience. We arrived at our home after the install the the carpet was superb. I would recommend Superior Carpets any day of the week!

Seams have always been the problem with carpet. I have had carpet installers come and install carpet in our commercial building. After a few short months, our vacuum starts to find any loose carpet fibers at the seams. It is not a pretty sight.When I visited Superior Carpets & Floor Covering in Decatur, AL I talked to Celeste about our needs and the concern I had that the seams be installed correctly. She assured me that they would be. So, I ordered the carpet and set up the install date.I should have written this review years ago .. since that is when the carpet was put down. But, even 5 years later, the seams are no problem. Our vacuum hasnt gotten any fibers from the seams that Superior Carpets put together!Thank you Celeste and Brad for a job well done. One less thing I have to manage in our building!

First, it has taken me over 3 weeks to have my floors repaired. I have been given the run around by the team, mostly Celeste and her office team since this project started. If I could just rate them.. zero stars.Now, the carpenter David that repaired my floors did an amazing job! He was a great communicator and kept me in the loop. He didn’t want to leave me in the dark about the project. He even stayed late trying to finish the project. I will hire him for any job I have, but not with the company.The company doesn’t have the chain of communication under control. Hunter (name started with a “H”) gave us the quote for wood and time.. then I called for a schedule date, because I never heard anything and found out I was on the books. Which is awesome, but I didn’t have a clue to make arrangements. Since the delay and push back of my job, we are now in week 3 and I have been living with holes in my hardwood.They said my job would take one day... we are on the week 3. I feel like they need to make sure they have the man power. They will loose customers over poor service, not workmanship.**they are not charing me for the labor time outside what the quote was**But, the inconvenience is a headache! My best advise is to make sure you don’t have any plans for at least 4 weeks around your floor install.

Superior wouldnt bid the job because they did not want to be held responsible for their workmanship.

Marilyn has been so helpful with assisting me in making a tile selection, allowing me to order over the phone, and working with me to get just what I want for my new shower. Excellent products and service!

Well so far theyve done what they say they will. Came & measured for the flooring, called us back with a quote, & set a time to put it in. Elite flooring & Rock bottom carpet came & measured but didnt contact us to do or finish the job!
