Betheny was extremely helpful and made the experience of getting a new phone and switching to iOS much easier than I expected. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions as well as helping me get everything switched over and working properly. She provided amazing customer service and I will definitely return in the future because of her!!!
Here’s another case of a business where the employees are much more helpful than the owner/manager. I recently added my mother to my Verizon account. Since I’m out of state I had to ship the phone to her. My mother took the phone in to Sara at this location and paid the $25 for assistance in transferring contacts and data over. Sara was great. The issue is with the owner/manager. The next day my Mother realized that not all of the contacts were transferred. Additionally, all network functionality - calls, texts, data, etc. wasn’t working. In a panic she went back to the store looking for someone to help her. Mind you, she had paid $25 for work on the phone the day before, work that wasn’t necessarily complete. She walks in and the manager / owner proceeds to tell her that he doesn’t troubleshoot. He was busy on the phone, and couldn’t be bothered with a customer - an elderly woman with a breathing condition in a panic - who was in tears who had no way to call anyone for help. After practically begging him he tried to give her an 800 number - but how was she supposed to call without a working phone? I’m sure he felt like a big powerful man making an old lady cry.
Very nice and helpful staff. They did a great job trying to help me, considering my phone was insane. Lol.
Sarah was incredible, my phone was literally blinking from screen to screen. She tried to remedy the problem but was unable to. I was due for a new phone, but I wasnt intending to purchase at this time. I told her I wanted something comparable to what I had without quite so high of price tag. She was so patient with me & explained the different features of 3 or 4 phones that were in my price range. She gave me a heads up on things that were different from my phone to the new one. I was really put at ease for this transition. Love my new phone! Thanks Sarah!

My very sweet grandmother has always paid her phone bill on time, has never had one missed payment. They always take her payments straight out of her card every month. She had been a customer of theirs for 15 years. This July my grandmother paid in cash for the first time. The dude at the Verizon store, in mtz, pocketed her almost $300 payment and has left us screwed. They are trying to get my grandmother to pay over $800 Because they continue to screw us over and over again. Verizon sucks.
Johnathan was a great help. His customer service was excellent. He was attentive to the need of my business and even went beyond by making sure the equipment I purchased was indeed the product that I needed.
Do Not go to this place!! We purchased 3 iPhone on line like Jonathan suggested. Said it would save us money. 2 out of 3 phones worked fine. 3 one wouldn’t activate. Spent hours with Apple they were at a loss. Recommended we take phone back. Russel wouldn’t take it back. Said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t even have phone 24 hours. Never able to use it. Verizon store helped 10x more than Russel who then basically told us to leave their store!! Had no problem taking $2000 but wouldn’t honor a defective product!!!! After spending hour after hour on phone with Verizon we are having to wait for new phone by mail!!! I can’t believe Verizon wants to be affiliated with an outfit like this. After some research found this is common practice with Russel. So shame on me for not doing research ahead of time. Just don’t use them!!! Read reviews. They have lots of bad ones!!

On June 1, 2019 I came into Verizon to purchase a new phone prior to calling in receiving very helpful information. While inside Jeremy and Jeff made me feel right at home. I bought a case with my new phone which I did not like...immediately these guys began the refund process and had me in a new case almost immediately. We talked about how to navigate the Verizon app, all the accessories for my phones and what benefits my lifestyle while staying in budget. I’ve never talked to anyone who put this much thought and effort into a customer. Knowing my questions were repetitive I felt like a pest but this wasn’t the case for Jeff and Jeremy as we oddly continued to have a great time and experience. Longer story short... I told them if my total didn’t add up to $1000 as Jeff kept up selling me ( lol im jk) that we were in good shape! Thank you guys so much.
