Not worth your time! Go somewhere else if you want help !!!

Live in Sullivan Illinois. Bought a phone from Metro on Eldorado in Decatur. No service in Sullivan for Metro. I tried to talk To someone from Metro who could help me but Im told that only the manager can help me. After 4 days and 2 trips to Decatur from Sullivan, was able to talk to Mike, the manager. He said no refund. I cant help you. Rude and no customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

It says closes at 9 pm. Both stores were closed before 8. I wont be back. Was going to purchase 2 new phones. Your loss...

Wonderful service anytime I have to go in there

Service is always down at this store and every time I come in the guy is rude and just sits in a chair playing on his phone just his behaviors makes me want to change my phone service also never has no answers to explain why computers are down and has no customer service skills once so ever Id give u a name but he wears no tag but he was working April 20 th. Of the hours of 4-8 someone should really do something about his behavior Im not the first to complain about it
