The guy they have on Pershing is always great and knowledgeable. The last 4 visits he NEVER has any help. Identify busy times and staff accordingly. Pay for the labor so you can have better and faster customer service.

After having trouble with their internet. They determine I needed new equipment. After receiving it and complaining again. I had to pay for the return of the old equipment. After arguing for some time it was useless. I can pay for the return or pay for the new equipment. They really have you over a barrel!

Patient and knowledgeable Tech took care of my issues. Considering what all he had to deal with I think a bonus is due .

Good staff, needs a store manager and more inventory. The staff was polite and help with the best of their abilities

After running into several problems at the AT&T store in front of the mall on Hickory Point Road, I decided to go to this one on Pershing. My experience was great. They are professional, friendly and great at solving problems. I would highly recommend using this store on Pershing and avoiding the store in front of the mall on Hickory Point Road... unless you enjoy one problem after another.

Easily the worst internet Ive ever had. Was going down easily half the day just about every day. I reset the modem multiple times and had a technician out that seemed to help speed a little, but didnt fix the issue.Now the employees here are friendly and helpful, and Im sure AT&T provides other good services. Just not basic internet.One last thing, the store does not help with canceling their own service. Apparently I have to take the equipment to a UPS Store...and there isnt one in Decatur. Seems like a huge inconvence to their customers.

Every one was very helpful. I get good service when ever I go in for help. The improvement I see is they need more help at times.

Ive had moderate success come into this place I bought a phone that did not work properly which of course was in the $800 range return it after 3 days and of course there was a restocking fee that was not made clear to me that I had no choice but to pay. Not too crazy about AT&T even though weve been with them for 20 years

Dissapointed with the service recieved today. I was trying to get a new sim card in an old phone while my current one is sent to Samsung to be repaired, and that didnt work. Not a big issue, it was from another carrier. What was an issue was the attitude I recieved from Ryan. He was very curt, and used phrases like that sucks instead of being appologetic or understanding of the situation. The real kicker was after I left, I realized my original phone wasnt working. I came back to the At&t store and talked to Ryan again and explained the issue, to which he said I didnt say I needed it working. Seems silly that I would walk in with a working phone and leave without one. Ill be going to the At&t near Forsyth from now on. Its worth the drive to have people that care.
