They have a dog washing station!! Took my new puppy there for his first bath and Olivia was so helpful! She has the best customer service attitude! She even gave my puppy a treat at check out!

Nice clean store but not very organized. Friendly staff and fairly quick service. Didnt have what I was looking for which was odd but other then that no too bad of an experience

Love this store! The Decatur location delivers amazing customer service and has knowledgeable, kind employees. My favorite store in town! Shout out to the store manager Jason, and Amanda for their exceptional service. Also the cashier, also named Olivia, was awesome!

One of my favorite stores, many unique products and good selection of garden and lawn supplies.

Website states they can refill propane tanks and they are open until 8pm. We head that way around 6pm with our tanks that need filled. Get there and the cashier says that they do not have anyone there to fill them. Why would a business advertise they can fill propane and not schedule an employee to actually fill them? There are not any specific times for filling posted on web site or in store. Every manager on duty should be qualified. Very disappointed ☹️

I went to get my two puppies their shots which I could buy there and do it myself but wasn’t sure bc I had never done before. But their was this sweet girl that has worked at the Vets Office for over a year and she said if I would bring my puppies she would do it for free. She gave both my puppies their shots and they didn’t cry, whine, bite or anything! And they even gave a great after! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the things I needed!!!

We visited the Tractor Supply today in Decatur, AL and have to say we had the best customer service weve had in a long time!!! With everything going on these days lets say people have been a bit grumpy, lol!!! But these group of employees were the best!!! Thank you to all at the Decatur AL location of Tractor Supply for making our day so much better and easier!!!

Extremely RUDE employees at pick up. I refuse to use this store again. Its a shame their employees act like that at a brand new store.Apparently, they didnt believe me that I was going to call corporate when I called and asked for a manager, the woman who answered said she was the manager. She most certainly was not and most likely the person I had the issue with. I did, in fact, call corporate and the District Manager, Landis, called me back within the hour. He was extremely nice and addressed the issue, but I wont be returning based on this first and last visit.

Love going to this store! Friendly & willingness to help esp Amanda! She was so kind & helped me with everything I needed!

First review--- Excellent experience buying a new grill. Im not sure if its common, but I happen to check their website after seeing it in store, and it had a $100 off of the store price offer with curbside pick up... Um, sure !! Again, not sure that is common, but I will now certainly suggest it hence forth. And the curbside pick up went great as well. Welcome to Decatur, TSC.

A good place to get your farm supplies!

Customer service was awful the last 2 times i been in there.I call and was told they had a 6 in 1 parvo shot so when I get there the cashier won’t even go look just ingore me and was so hateful.I won’t be back

Went to web site to see if tractor supply could refill my camper propane tank. Web site say they refill. Went to hartselle store and was told that they did not refill at their store and referred me to the decatur store. Went to decatur store and was told by the cashier that they did not have anyone certified to refill tank . Asked if manager would be able to refill and was told that the manager was not certified to refill. Good luck with your business because I will not come back

When shopping in the store everybody is so friendly.. but when I done curbside pickup the lady that answered the phone was very rude. If they don’t like doing curbside service they shouldn’t offer it.

Nothing really different about the store in regards to service or atmosphere compared to most other stores ( :( Except Lowes, the worst.). Visited yesterday and found that their prices are twice as much (for identical items) for A MAJORITY of items at other stores, but their prices on bigger items (mowers, safes, trailers, etc) are about the se as everywhere else. Nothing personal (because if have ppl willing to pay more, why not.), but my loyalty will remain with my current suppliers.

No need to look for help in this store, the employees are looking to help you as soon as you walk in. The store has a friendly atmosphere. Ill be Back .

I would give a 0 if possible. The staff was So disrespectful to us on Veterans day. Im still convinced there wasnt a manager on duty. I asked to see one and after 20 minutes of smart comments from employees I still never got to see a manager. I honestly think they marked the prices up on Veterans days just to get their 15 percent discount back. They are so disrespectful and crooks. Tractor supply has lost my business forever. I cant believe they treat their Veterans this way.
