I was sent here by Briggs and Stratton for warranty repair. Ali Repair said it was not warranty, charged me $70 for repairs. I contacted Briggs and Stratton who stated the way the workforce was written is why it is not warranty. They also adjusted my lawn mower blades but did not tell me. My grass is now far shorter than I like or normally cut it. Usually set on 2, had to set on 4 to get desired height.

I was severely disappointed with the customer service received when I dealt with Alif Lawn Mower Repair. While I have no doubt the have the skill level to repair small engines, they should do MUCH better in the customer department. My equipment was at their location for nearly two weeks without a word. After calling three times, I decided to pick up my equipment and take it to another vendor for repair. The customer service at the new vendor was refreshing. Customer Service Matters. It is imperative that you maintain communication with your customers, good or bad. You have to master both skills, customer service as well as the actual repair skills. Good luck in the future. People are always watching and listening and word of mouth will make you succeed or fail.

I dropped off my mower for a tuneup.The service is horrible. They lie about the length of time for servicr. They told me 10 days but it was 5 weeks. When I called to check on it, they were rude, hung up on me when I asked for the owner. Then, would not answer my calls, again. I had to call from a friends phone for them to answer the phone. The guy, Gary. Told me it will be ready when its ready. Yeah, seriously. I drove there to get my mower to take elsewhere and there is was sitting alone in the lobby. It had been fixed for a week ago, according to the tech. I spent $150 paying people to cut my grass while waiting on my mower to be tuned up for $100.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Just horrible & rude service. They dont care about their customers. Its a if We, the customers, owe them something. Straight craziness.

Alif wasted my time this summer taking 3 months to get my toro commercial mower blade to spin. They claimed to be waiting on an electrical module that Im sure they never installed just to rig the system by passing the safety. Now the safety switch doesnt work so I have to turn off the machine every time to disengage the blade. Worst business ever!

They had my mower for a month and didnt even fix it. They are a bunch of liars .dont waste your time.

Very dishonest and unprofessional. Short tempered with customers, has the knowledge to get the work done but does not apply himself knot his employees. It took this gently 3 months to diagnose and fix my chainsaw. Make matters even worse; I self diagnosed the situation and bought the parts to fix it & gave it to Mr.Alif because I have experience in small engine repairs! I just didn’t have the time to fix the problem at hand. So I decided to support a melanated owned business. I promise you, I will never support this company again. Please pay attention to the negative reviews.

BE CAREFUL, we took our lawn mower to this place and he fixed the blade. DIDNT tell us something was wrong with it and it WOULD NOT WORK. BUT STILL TOOK THE MONEY. Service was horrible. I took my 1st pressure washer to get fixed it took a week before I decided to call only to find out they cant fix it. So they sent my machine back in pieces. I took a second one up there, waited almost another week and was overcharged for what i thought was a repair. The second I got my pressure washer home and tried it, it did not work. I immediately took the pressure washer back and was instantly told that the motor was bad by another employee. Then I was only refunded half my money. This place rips you off!

I have been using Alif for over 6 years to maintain and fix my home small engine equip. Never had a problem. They tell you upfront what the process is and usually deliver as promised.

It is really focused on service. I only gave it 4* for now but i will move them to 5 once they fix my battery powered tiller. I just dropped it off.

Took weed eater and lawn Mower for a tune up. He kept it for a week and only had weed eater ready. Charged me 85 dls to replace carburetor on weed eater. Did not call to see if I wanted to pay for repairs outside of tune up. Overpriced very unprofessional.

Needed to have starter cable replaced. Dropped it off and after a week still not completed. Ordered part online and will fix it myself.Did not keep me updated on progress, so I went to shop and retrieved the lawnmower.
