A very professionally run place!

Professional, friendly and reasonably priced. This location also had a special whereto a small moving truck was provided when I obtained a unit.

Mrs Shenikqua Kelly was very professional. She catered to my needs according to my situation and knocked out out of the park. Because of her and the young lady I spoke with on the phone who’s name I forgot I will forever be grateful to God for them. They calmed me during my storm. Thank you so much for hiring people like them. Listen to me good Storage World; THEY DESERVE A RAISE!!

Shadonna was very knowledgeable about the business. She remained professional and operated in the new way of living, safe and with a face covering. She gave me a warning ahead of time about an upcoming situation that needed to take place if I was still present and she gave me instructions on how we would proceed to handle it when it happened. All Im saying is, this was Excellent Customer Service from beginning to end. Thanks Shadonna!!

This storage location is great! The staff- all ladies when Ive gone in are very helpful! The staff is very professional and nice. The grounds & the units were all kept very clean. I felt that my belongings were safe at all times. I will definitely recommend this location to others, if they ever need a storage space. ☺

I was displeased with the customer service. I got there 6 minutes before the store closed and I was told by the store manager she cant help me because I didnt come in 15 minutes before the store closed. She claimed she was the site manager, apparently the site manager cant stay en extra 10 minutes to help a customer.

The downtown location on Long Street is immaculate, very secure and well lit. I was so impressed with the effortless move-in process!

Ive had several units with them for a few years, the entire team are great people. Never had any issues with a break in nor destruction of the property or grounds. I highly recommend the facility if anyone is seeking storage space. Keep up the good work!! Plus the manager is not only professional, but pretty too!

This is my second time dealing with this company when I was going through a stressful time in my life. The customer services is excellent and the staff always handles business and a professional courteous manner. Jessica is always calm, pleasant, most of all she knows her job and that is what I value the most. I recommend this location to all. The office, grounds and units are safe and clean. A high level of professionalism is to be found here! Shenikqua was patient, and went the distance to make sure that I had peace of mind when I first ran into this location, frazzled (been a rough few months in my personal life), and even through multitasking (serving other customers), maintained composure. Definitely an asset to Storage World!They have the best perks, too. They GIVE YOU a lock for your unit! Plus, you can rent their truck to move in (first come, first serve, so planning ahead to take advantage of this is key). Its clean -- at least Ive never seen any refuse laying around, nor have I seen signs of any pests!I really like the location and that its well-lit after the sun sets (something that I cant say for another storage place that Ive rented from in the recent past). Also, theres ample room between buildings, which I REALLY appreciate. Again, by stark contrast (as compared with other storage companies that Ive rented from), where it was either very cramped just getting from your vehicle to your unit if there happened to be more and two [customer] vehicles in the same row, or upon exiting your row when youve wrapped up what you need to do in your unit, where another customer simply needs the space to do what they need to do -- whew, let me just state: If you can relate, youll like it here.

The team at Storage World are exceptional. They are very helpful and very polite to work with. The District Manager Latasha Doizier has always been warm and kind. The company has been of great assistance helping us (Begin Again Ministries, Inc.) serve the community. The facility is well secured, well lit and always clean and well kept. Awesome all around.

I volunteer for an organization that has a unit here. It is always clean (and bug free!) Been using it for years with no complaints. Even though our unit is up in front (not behind the gate) it has always felt very safe to me. Can highly recommend them!

I wish I could give them 10 stars for each person I encountered from the owner to the employees at the Storage Unit. It’s very rare that u find any business that’s in the business of making money but still make it their business to help others . My non profit organization ran into some challenges getting goods to the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Houston. Without thinking twice I was able to lean on the services that Storage World provided. The heir trucks were clean and available for us to pick up donations throughout the city and their campus was immaculate. I highly recommend Storage World because their service is exactly what you’d want in a time that your possessions need to be protected..
