Destiny was very pleasant when I returned my rental to this location! No one else beats uhaul price when traveling the distance. My boyfriend and I will definitely use uhaul again in the future.

Haley was very friendly and helpful when I needed a urgent cargo van rental. She did prepare the van quickly, and moreover she did review/explain the contract and hidden fees one by one which may be charged later. I am not sure why some reviews are bad, but it was truly the best U-Haul place I ever visited. When I return the van there was a area black out due to heavy rain, but it waa going smooth with her mobile check out. Recommended.

I was up there on Saturday getting propane. This place had horrible service and I would not recommend anybody use the service here. They were not helpful at all to my needs and while I was waiting I overheard the employees talking about how the manager was arrested for drugs. Can not believe that they would let a convict and a drug addict run this place. Horrible overall.

I was very disappointed with this U-Haul location. My one star rating stems from work not being completed in a timely manner and reluctancy of the operator to remedy a problem. Let me elaborate: my accord was having a trailer hitch installed and the installation took over 4 hours! This is obviously irksome but the worst part was that the operator installing the hitch seemed unenthusiastic about fixing the root cause, which was that the u bolt broke. Thankfully she drove over to the other U-Haul in town to get another part, but didnt readily offer to do that. Instead, she tried to put off the installation to the next day. I would avoid this location!

Everyone need to avoid doing business with this location. No customer relations. Needed propane and was out. Didnt even check with other location for me when I asked. Just walked off and left me standing there.

The small parking lot makes it hard to drive big trucks if youre trying to load or unload into or out of a storage unit.
